Do not go here. These guys literally ripped me off saying they gave me a good driveshaft n it was garbage. Now Im literally only a few days over there so called 30 day warranty so they can do anything like wow. I literally couldnt get my car worked on for weeks obviously right now. Jus go on ebay n buy the part new. Youl have much less of n issue. Go here expect to be ripped off.

Well worth the drive from Denver. I picked up a great set of BMW wheels with center caps and TPMS at an amazing price. When I arrived, they had already brought the wheels to the front of the shop, and they even helped me load my car. Very efficient. They are busy, so if you dont get a call back on an item, just try again.

Good computer search service accross notion in Colorado for auto parts

We ordered a front right spindle knuckle two weeks ago however....first they ordered the wrong part they ordered the left side then they said they will order it again...but this time the same part for the other side would be double the price plus another 5 days to wait for the part to be delivered so THEY NEVER HAD THE PART WE ORDERED IN THE FIRST PLACE wasted our time... awful customer service and business a simple fix is going to take at least 3 weeks now thanks to them.

I walked in and one of the guys was extremely rude. I was referred by south CO tires to pick up a rim for my car and it ruined my day going there. When the rude one went to grab my rim the other guy in the shop said, hell be right back. I said is he bringing his attitude with him? Everyone else but the young light skinned african american behind the counter was friendly and smiling and had a good energy.

Some of the worst service I have had. I called 2 times to check up on a part which I was told I would have by 4pm. At 4 I called and asked where the part was. I was told by Shawn who works there I wouldn’t get the part today since his driver went home. No apology or nothing. He needs a lesson on how to talk and help people. Reading these reviews and how awful he has been with others customers I understand why now. Regina is so nice there and very courteous. Find another Regina.

I see a previous review saying Shaun was unhelpful and I want to share my experience with Harris. I was in from out of town and basically stranded. Shaun was able to get my part within a couple hours and get me home. I know experiences differ but working with Shaun and the folks at Harris was a pleasure for me to say the least. I’ve made multiple orders with him and Mike in the past year and will continue working with them.

Way overpriced! I dont know if the guy who quoted me a price over the phone pockets some of the money from the parts he sells, but I wouldnt put it past him.Never paid and went elsewhere for a much better price!

Dont try to return anything here they only give you an exchange and no refund on the product you bought if you got the wrong part didnt carry the part I wanted so Im basically out$150 it doesnt say anything about no returns on my receipt never had this problem at any other store and I only have 30 days for something else to go wrong with my car or else I cant exchange it

The instrument cluster I needed is only available new OEM. I saved over $1000 buying a used one from Harris. Great service, they were knowledgable and made sure we got the right one. It came in the next day as promised and worked perfectly once installed.

They have the part that I was looking for and the price is just right. I would have given them a 5 stars but the counter guy Shawn was tripping balls and I had to repeating myself several times. Maybe Harris can put sober people at he front counter. Other than Harris has all the parts I need and i am happy they are located near me.

Very friendly and helpful over the phone. My part was showing in stock online, but they wanted to see it on the shelf before saying yes. Took my number and called back in less than 5 minutes to confirm. Prices were better than online. Upon arriving the staff were friendly and happily answered several more questions.

You have to harass them to find out they forgot to order your part for 2 weeks.Ive used them in the past and was very pleased, part arrived promptly.This last time, I waited 4 days before calling to check the status of the part after being told it would take 2 days. They told me Regina forgot to order the part, and got me on the line with her to remedy it. She swore she would order it, but then told me an excuse about it being bent and needing to come from a different location. It might take a little longer now, she said.Fast forward 4 business days, I call and ask for a tracking number, Im told to expect a callback. I never received this callback, and called them again, and told that they are trying to find the order. Waited for another callback. Nothing.Called the next day (at this point Ive called them 5 times and its been 11 business days) and was told there was no order status or tracking number because the order had been lost/neglected.I then called a different shop, have the part on the way, a tracking number, regular updates from the owner, and it cost 15 dollars less.

Great service and huge selection of car and truck parts

Called looking for power transfer case for my car, but when I called and talked to Shawn he said he did not know what that was. After saying it was for the AWD he still did not know what to look up. Later on my brother called and said verbatim what I had told him and was immediately given an answer and an offer on a part. As a female this sexist attitude is leading me to take my business elsewhere at an increased cost for the part.

I purchased the part that i needed for my daughters car at harris. SHAWN assisted me and told me hed call once the part was ready. After 3 days of no call from him. I stopped by at shop. Shawn wasnt at work that day and there was no record showing he had placed an order for my part. Regina at the counter was very helpful and saw that I had paid for my part already and completed my order and got it for me the same day and was very apologetic.P.SHarris Ive read the reviews and it seems like Shawn is a problem for your company. Why do you keep him around? I would have given you a one star review, but due to the prompt action on your other employee. I gave you 3 starts. Im not sure if he is the same Shawn that was given poor reviews from your truck parts, but I can only assume that he is (possibly related to the owner?)Just to second the previous poor reviews of Shawn. He did look out of it when he was taking my order and this could be the reason why my order was forgotten. Maybe its time to part with him or place him in the back. He is not a good employee and quite frankly an embarrassment for your company.

I was looking for a grill for 2014 Nissan Altima. I called a guy his name Shan and I sent my friend to buy it. I am living in Denver but I was in Miami in that time. My friend took the grill directly to the bodyshop and it took long time to finish the car after everything done they noted that the grill is not fitting my car actually it is not for 14 Nissan Altima. I called back the Harris Used Parts Inc and they ask for receipt and I don’t have it and I asked to talk with the supervisor but he was in vacation as Shan said. I called after 10 days and Shan answered my call and he didn’t allowed me to talk to supervisor and he told me that 30 days returning is gone and I told him that I was waiting your supervisor because I didn’t have the receipt but I can show the transaction in the bank account. I couldn’t arrive to any solution with him and he hanged up the phone twice he was too rode. I told him many times Just give me the right part I didn’t want to return it I need to change it. Finally I went to LKQ and order the Grill it was $40 cheaper.

Tried to charge me %20 re stocking fee on a transmission that was total junk and worse than the one I pulled out. Transmission Clinic of Colorado inspected the trans from Harris said it shouldn’t even be re sold. It should never have been labeled as a sellable unit. Bushings were shot and there was more metal shavings in the filter than my original transmission I had them inspect as well. The pictures are of the magnets from the transmission from Harris. Look at all that! The tech who tore it apart said they were double if not triple the size of what they should be.Won’t ever give another dime to these people.If you need any used parts for a SAABMile Hi automotive is your place. 90 day guarantee vs Harris 30 day. ZERO restocking fee. Oh and they actually had paperwork for the trans. Harris simply “lost” theirs.....should’ve been red flag #1Then they wanted to pay me in check even though they don’t accept checks themselves and I paid in cash!!Overall total joke of a shop.

Not even worth a 5 minute drive. I needed a third brake light for my eclipse and they wouldnt sell it to me because they wanted to keep the entire rear deck lid together in case a body shop needed it. Im a paying customer who came to a used parts store to purchase a used part and I was turned away. What good are they to the public if you cant buy what you need.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!I bought a fender from Harris auto parts and it was removed from someone who just started working there stated from Mike. I wasnt able to put the part on my car since its was bent by the screw area where it was removed. I called and explained the situation. I took me 3 days to get an answer from Toni which was delivered to me today.I was told that it was in perfect shape when I left and I should have told them right away when I bought it and then she hung up in my face. Im very disappointed in their costumer service. They are the professionals and they shouldnt sell a damaged part without informing their costumer.They will never get my business again

THIEVES!!!!! I needed a throttle Bodie they had to order it. I had to pay 185 dollars over the phone. Got it 3 days later. This part was junk. It looked like a antique. I waited the weekend and took it back first thing Monday. 3 people in front, I went to the one and said I would like to return this. INSTANTLY every person at the front desk attacks me about the part. The b***h lady told me it was missing something. It wasnt she agreed later finally the guy would take it but on top of a 20% restock fee he was going to charge me 20 to 30 dollars for shipping which was not on the return policy at all. I told him the part was junk AND HE SAID HE KNOWS!!!!!!!!!! I paid 50 bucks to rent a paper weight for the weekend. Complete thieves. Dont go there
