I will say, the work was well done. But the communication was absolutely awful. I was impressed at first, but then it turned sour. I was very disappointed in the end.

Very helpful and nice crew here. My friends van was sent here after an accident. They were great in assisting her. Kept her belongings nice and safe until we could come and pick them up.

Service King was highly professional and transparent with me during my repair and made sure to keep me up to date through the whole process. They made it very easy for me and even got me out a few days early. GREAT work!

I could not have been happier with the service provided by Service King in Colorado Springs. They estimated 2 weeks to complete repairs but were finished within days! I received text updates throughout the process. The work was exceptional and as a bonus my car was washed and vacuumed and returned in better condition than went I left it to be repaired. My Jeep was damaged by a hail storm and I was able to get seen for an inspection and estimate by a USAA representative within a week. A few days later they were able to fit me in to drop off the Jeep for repairs. They made it super easy and even paid for my Uber home. I am military and so is my husband. He was gone for training and I was alone with our 1 year old. Having my Jeep back quickly was important for me. It was done 8 days early! I will only use this company.

Amazing job done by the Service King repairing damage from when somebody hit my car. Beautiful paint job—Not only did my car look better after the repairs than it did before someone hit me, but Service King went above and beyond my expectations by also cleaning my headlights & putting down my moonroof that had gotten stuck open. Neither were part of the damage I’d gone in for, so to see they did that for me made me feel extra special. Highly recommend!! Thank you, Service King!

Top notch repair facility, from someone thats seen the inner workings from a professional, and customer perspective, iv been privileged to have inside access to experience the whole process from start to finish. Everything from the talking with staff on the phone, at beginning of process, to the professional staff that greeted me and checked my car into their shop. They help with everything from helping with insurance claim, and understanding what to expect, in the claim process.. to getting a rental car on site waiting for us as we arrived to drop our car off. To keeping us updated throughout the repair. And the most important part the repair on my vehicle was better than I could have possibly expected. It was like it came out of the factory. I truly cant say I recommend this repair facility enough. Give them a call or just stop in for yourselves to experience what professionalism at a bodyshop can be like.

Even after multiple conversations I was never told my car was still sitting on your lot after 2 months delaying any insurance settlement. We are now starting over. Along with the other problems this is the last nail in the coffin. If only someone had said something. What can I say?

Service King reviews are done internally by a reviewing body. Had my M3 evaluated, and have multiple shops in town that I know will do as good of, if not better, repairs. I understand labor is a key part, but they jack up the hours and cost associated. Either repair yourself or shop around in town and you will find a better repair shop - guaranteed.

Great communication throughout the repair process. The crew at service King was very responsive and informative while in possession of our vehicle. After the repair was completed the vehicle was dropped off in front of our house!

When I got into my accident I was terrified of the repair process. Service king not only kept me informed about the entire process with every change, but they took excellent care of my car and returned her good as new. My truck was damaged in a hit-and-run and these guys got it looking like brand new, and it was done several days earlier than anticipated!

Friendly and convenient to work with. They handled the interaction with the insurance company to make the process quick and easy. The required work looks good and they did some extra work buffing and touching up scratches.

07 Ram purchased new. Never been in accident but damaged by hail twice over the first handful of years so chose to do the repairs here. Had minor issues initially, but ended up satisfied. Painted hood & topper etc, yet wouldnt warranty either after returning years later & the paint was peeling/fading. On top of cab paint chipped off & was starting to rust. Didnt even want to write me a new estimate. Huh? Took to another shop & insurance covered the damages -$100 deductible, no issues. Its like they dont even want satisfied customers. I was simply looking for a shop that does good work (never been to another prior) since I have lifetime bumper to bumper & take care of my vehicles better than they take pride in own work. Other shop complained about following sub par amateurs as well. Not a good experience & lost lifetime customers. Good luck with yours, but be warned.

This is the second time I have had Perkins involved with collision repair work on my Saturn VUE, and I must give them top marks. They completely dealt with my insurance company, in order to get all necessary repairs done, and were very professional and efficient through the whole interaction. The body work was excellent, and they even went beyond to clean and detail the entire vehicle. I would not even consider using anyone else in the future after such good experiences!

This place is awesome!! I got rearended and had $7100 worth of damages that needed to be repaired and these guys got me in right away! I got weekly updates from Joe to let me know what was going on. They told me it would take about two weeks to get all the repairs done but called me a few days before and said it was ready to go! Fastest auto repair Ive ever had done! Ill admit, I was worried to see how my car was going to look after all the work they did, but they blew my expectations out of the water! My car looked like it was fresh off the lot! They detailed it and made it look awesome! Youd never be able to tell it was in an accident. Joe went through the work summary with me line by line and explained everything. I seriously couldnt be happier with how my Jeep came out. I hit a dear on New Years Eve & have my Jeep fixed from that & some hail damage. They literally hooked up my Jeep and she looks brand new! They even got me the fastback top that I wanted instead of the regular soft top. Mike Foster was the man handling everything and I would HIGHLY recommend bringing your vehicle in to this facility for repairs. Thank you a million guys for all of your hard work!!! Extremely satisfied & Im completely in love!!!

Busy shop but worth the wait.

Perkins Paint and Collision is a great place to get your vehicle fixed. Slid on some ice and wrecked my Highlander. Front tires blown, wheels damaged, shocks ruined, and axle bent. They worked with my insurance company, fixed the vehicle quick, and now my SUV drives better than it ever has. The mechanics here are honest and trustworthy. They advocated on behalf of myself to the insurance company to get the best results for me. Although I only used them for an insurance repair, next time I have a problem with any of my vehicles I will be taking them here. Keep up the good work!

My car got hit by a drunk driver and these guys did a great job getting my car fixed. They do a good job

I had my Subaru fixed at Perkins Paint & Collision about 3 weeks ago. The repairs were substantial (over 6K) and everything was great, my car looks new again. I was kept informed by the staff and given adequate updates. The original repairs were supposed to take 2-3 weeks. However it took almost 4 weeks to fix my car, I completely understood because additional damages were found and I know that it takes time to fix things correctly. I am a Subaru fanatic and was hesitant when the insurance company recommended Perkins but they were so helpful and even let me see all steps of the repairs by emailing me photos. I would highly recommend Perkins Paint & Collision!

Excellent and responsive service. I worked with Mike Foster during the difficult time after an accident. He was friendly, professional, and made me feel a lot better about the process and what was happening. I highly recommend Service King if you have an accident. I wasnt disappointed.

My Subaru got hit and was sent here for repairs by insurance and was completed on 1/23/18. They did an amazing job fixing it and I was kept up to date on the progress at all times which was very nice. Everyone I dealt with very friendly to boot

I brought my car into Service King after an accident and they made it an absolute breeze. I believe the gentleman who helped me was named Mike and he was so friendly and professional. The receptionist was also wonderful. The team at Service King were wonderful and gave a silver lining to a stressful situation.

Garbage! Garbage! Garbage! I went here and they have too much work and lack the resources needed. I had to tow it out of their shop to a shop that can handle it ( Lighthouse Automotive) because they really dont have the tools to do the job. They outsource most of the task to neighboring shops while being a vetted service provider. Great sales channel but poor service providers. I highly advise people to reconsider putting their safety in the hands of these greedy people. It aint worth it. Garbage.

So took car in to get fixed. They fixed the collision part but return it with issues on my electronics to the car! They want to fix the issue!!. Fort Carson black list here you go

Came in for a quote to have a headlight replaced... not just the bulb but the whole damaged fixture. Another company quoted me $600. After less than an hour, service kings had replaced the bulb and mended the fixture. Total cost... $0.00!!!! I will be brining all of my service work to Service Kings!!

I brought my car here for hail damage. They moved my appointment date twice. Then after they had my car for three weeks they told me my car was complete but was waiting on extra money from my insurance company except wouldnt say what for. And they wouldnt allow me to pick up my car until then. So it sat with them for an extra week. They constantly say theyre going to call you to follow up, but they never do. You have to constantly call them to get any information. Then they tried saying my car was totaled (it wasnt). Then when picking up my car, they said they would take care of my rental car from Enterprise. I called Enterprise about four hours later and they had no idea. Turns out Perkins never called them to take care of it. Thank god I followed up.

Called early a.m. to make an appointment, when I showed up I wasnt on the schedule and they couldnt perform the task requested. Wouldnt be a big deal if I didnt spend the last 45 minutes in traffic getting down to the springs. Also the receptionist was completely rude and unhelpful.

Worst repair service I have ever had. They assured me they fixed the mechanical problems I had with my truck and put my life in danger by putting me back out on the road with a severely bent Axel. I took it back to them to repair and they put the burden on me to go to the shop they out sourced the mechanical repairs to where I was treated very poorly. I finally took my truck to a shop where I had received very good service where they quickly determined I shouldnt even drive the truck do to the fact that it was just plain dangerous. Do I have to even give them one star?

I brought my car here after an accident that caused quite a bit of damage. The drop off was quick, and the receptionist helped me rent a car from the rental agency nearby (who picked me up). The repair to my car was fast, perfect, and they even filled in some unrelated scratches nearby! It has been 6 months since they fixed my car and the repairs are still perfect.

I had brought my sons Mitsubishi in several times. My intuition that something was fishy went off from the start. However, Progressive reassured me they are a certified repair clinic and have great repair technicians. After I had the first repair the same damage happened a second time. This time there were several new scratches and dents on the body of the car. It looked like someone walked on the car hood and roof. I cant prove it came from them.Then, while my son was driving, the entire wheel fell off. Thank goodness he was in a cul-de-sac and not on the highways. This caused the body to dent and crack several more components. The new repairs cost more the the first repairs.Needless to say we didnt go back a third time and will never be back. I dont trust them or their work.

They have good hours open on Saturdays very friendly staff and they actually covered the work of Perkins bodyWork shop which they bought out.

I took in a 2010 Metallic Black Challenger R/T that had been damaged by hail. My first day there dropping off the car I had the privilege of personally meeting Mr. Perkins. This guy isnt the run of the mill shoppe owner; he was dress in a mechanics suit and turning wrenches on his own project (an old g Willey Jeep). Mr. Perkins knew me by name and proceeded to walk around my vehicle with me and associate Joe. After looking at the damage he gave me his personal guarantee the car would look like new. Mr Perkins then invited me to eat lunch with him and his staff (excellent grill burgers). Joe (my liason) kept me up to date with all the changes and he took great care in making sure I was completely happy with my car when they were finished. This wasnt a 2000$ fix either ....there was almost 10k in damages to this vehicle. I got to say my car looks just like Mr. Perkins promised it would.....like new....I would recommend this shoppe any day of the week and twice on Sunday. Do yourself a favor and take you car here for repairs....Ask for Joe, and tell him Steve said....hi.

So there sign says all makes-all models but when I Called for a estimate they told me they dont do older cars. What paint shop doesnt paint older cars.... lame!

Brought our car here after a crash and all that was wrong was our tires, based on the reccomendation of the insurance company. For some reason, these people were messing around with our heater/AC and it didnt work after we picked it up. They said to brng it back free of charge, and now they continue to make excuses as to why they need to reschedule, why they dont have a mechanic and no one is available to fix it even after having an appointment weeks in advance... they fail to call to notify people of their mishaps and shortcomings and are extremely unprofessional. This second time they had our car back, they fixed the heater/AC, (as far as I can tell), but they went through our car, in the console, glove box, everything, claiming they vaccuumed it, which they did not. They forgot to put everything back. Beyond sketchy.

Their were some hiccups along the way, but they were slammed from the two big hail storms. This caused the repairs to take longer than originally estimated and resulted in the front bumper originally getting overlooked. When the bumper was pointed out they apologized and took it straight back in and had it fixed back up within the week. Once you get past that, the vehicle looks like it has never been affected by the hail storm.

Took my Porsche in for bumper damage. They left it in the parking lot with the top down while it rained. Caused severe electrical damage. Refuse to accept responsibility. Held the car ransom for 2 weeks trying to force me to sign a release of liability. Had to get a lawfirm involved.

Perkins Paint and Collision are horrible.They have had our Jeep for over two months on a job that was supposed to take 4-5 weeks. Every time we called Eric, to see the time frame as to when we could pick it up, we got the run around. We finally went in person to see our Jeep, after several calls went unreturned. When we got there out car was torn to pieces. Looked in worse shape than before the accident. Again we got a big run around. Finally told our car would be ready to pick up by the end of the week, well it wasnt. We went in today to pick it up after confirming that it was finished, and it looked like a 2yr old put it together. They wanted us to just go ahead and take it of their hands now so it wasnt tying up space on their lot. We refused and got another big run around. At this point we are not sure if we will ever get our Jeep back, and if we do what condition. My advice, look someplace else unless you like shotty service, excuses and a lot of people dropping the ball.

Just dont do it, seriously dont go here...They messed up the paint job on my car and then they want to blame another shops work. I see they changed their name as well (Perkins Paint and Collision). My insurance cut me another check so I could get their shoddy work fixed.
