We got rear ended by a drunk driver and were recommended to go through Karle for the repairs. Just picked up our vehicle today and I am very pleased. The car feels like it did before the wreck. The staff went above and beyond during their time working on our car. Very pleased with the overall experience.
Moderate damage to my Subaru after someone backed into it. Professional quote from karle coachworks with a completion time of a few weeks. Did not get car for nearly five weeks. Once received they failed to put on bumper cover and caused me to wait 2 plus hours. Once car is home I realize dirty hand prints all over headliner, door bumpers put on incorrect, steering wheel not centered after alignment, rear door will not open from inside. Karle did correct the issue but I had to Drop the car of for a full day. Poor quality control and poor customer service. I will not state the price of the repair as it was insurance work but seems extremely overpriced. Only reason for 2 stars is the paint and body work appear professional and they corrected the issues. Very unfortunate.
Best body shop in Colorado springs. Family owned. Friendly staff. Quality work. Highly recommended.
Very helpful even before pricing the services my vehicle would need!
John was just the nicest guy and very helpful! He got us in last minute for a minor incident and made us feel very at east about the situation. Would highly recommend this place with super nice people and friendly smiles!
They have done great work on my vehicles in the past.
Excellent customer service. My car looked brand new after the repair done at Karle Coachwork. Staff communicated well and got me in my car as quickly as possible. Highly recommend this shop as the best in Colorado Springs.
5 STARS FOR KARLE COACHWORK!!!!I could not recommend Jon and his team more. Hands down the BEST customer experience I have ever received. Jon is an incredible man and business owner who is passionate about what he does and genuinely wants to help with their expertise.COULD NOT RECOMMEND KARLE COACHWORK MORE!!!
Absolutely top notch customer service and bodywork. They fixed my Porsche on the exact time schedule they said they would and kept me informed of any issues. John was extremely professional and also really just a really nice guy. I would highly recommend Karle Coachwork.
Karle Coachwork is the place you don’t want to go (because who wants an accident right?) but you will be so glad you choose them once the work is complete. They do EXCELLENT work; our car came back looking better than it did before the accident – credit (much credit) to their detail guy. Thanks Ann
My husband and I own and operate a paintless dent repair shop in town. Occasionally we get cars with hail damage that need a conventional body shop repair. We have probably sent a dozen cars to John Karle in the last year. Each time, the repair and paintwork have been beautiful. We have tried a few other shops in town and they did not have as clean of a repair. We expect a high level of quality from any outside vendor we use. I have to be able to warranty their work to my customer. I have always been pleased with the cars we have had repaired at Karle Coachwork. They do phenomenal work!!
Unfortunately with 5 drivers and 5 cars in the family I know their phone number by heart. Ive used them for years. They are very responsive, honest and do high quality work. Repairs are always on time or early and reasonable. If it is an insurance issue they take care of the whole thing. Easy, Easy, Easy. I cant recommend them enough.
Great staff that took care of us and our car! We had to get some dings out of the side of the car before selling it, and we also had them detail it while we were there. Amazing job... we sold the car in just a few days and the buyers commented about how good of shape it was in. Would definitely return there with our cars in the future!
Gabe does a fine job managing the many facets of an auto body repair shop; Karle has done very good work on several of our familys repair jobs. While there will always be delays, Lori does a good job keeping you in the loop. Thank you for your attention to detail.
I would highly recommend Karle Coachwork. Took my Toyota 4 Runner in and had a very positive experience from the estimate through the completion of the body work. We have had work done on our Honda Civic in the past and was pleased with that job as well. Excellent customer service.
My Subaru was severely damaged by a hail storm last year requiring over $10,000 worth of repairs, which included replacing the roof and other portions of the car, PDR, windshield replacement, etc. I took my Subaru to Karle Coachwork and I am glad I did. If you want a shop that will take their time to produce great results, this is the shop to go to! Unlike most people who want their car back ASAP, I told them to keep the car as long as they needed to make it look like new, and when I picked up the car it literally looked brand new! I even parked it next it next to a newer version of my car (same color and all), and my car looks better! Just goes to show that if you want something done right, take it to someone who will take their time to do it right the first time!
I want to personally thank Lori, John, and their employees for all their extremely hard work to get my vehicle done after the awful July 2016 hail storm. We had some speed bumps with the insurance company and also the leasing company to release the check for payment, but they remained patient and diligent in the entire process. They were very informative on the progress of the vehicle. They were extremely considerable once they found out someone hit my motorcycle, offering a rental and willing to pay for it out of their pocket. This business was a pleasure working with and my Jeep looks amazing. Again, couldnt be more satisfied and was pleasure doing business with this company.
Excellent service. They were very quick and courteous in fixing my tailgate lock on my Ford Escape. Will refer them to everyone and go back when am in the need.
After my wife crashed our vehicle they were able to have it lookong like new again. Took a little longer than expected but they uncovered unfinished or incorrect work done from a previous repair and they corrected it. Paint and everything looks good no weird gaps or anything in the seams. If you want your vehicle fixed like it was before your car wreck then you need to see Karle Coachwork for your collision repairs. Family owned and operated for 40 years, they DO accept USAA insurance even though I was told they dont. Be aware your insurance company is sometimes out for themselves..
My car got into a fender bender and John and his team took exceptional care of me. My van was meticulously repaired and the process was smooth and painless. For auto body repair, I would highly recommend John and his team.:andy
I would like to commend and THANK Karle Coachwork for their amazing work. John Karle is a very dedicated man, he strives on great customer service, making sure the job exceeds his own standards, VERY fair pricing, loaner car options- a wonderful shop. I have a very special BMW M5 that had been hit with close to $15k worth of hail damage, John and his team did an amazing job and actually looks better than when off the factory floor. They did a complete color change on my car and its so superb...Im ready to show it off in a car show! I highly recommend them- honesty, integrity, wonderful paint and craftsmanship and bottom lie, nice people that make you feel welcome and appreciate of you coming to them. I drove from Castle Rock just to come to this shop- its worth anyone in the front range making the trip here- superb super superb! Check out the pictures I posted and you can see its show car quality-Thank you!BeauCastle Rock, Co
What an amazing company! Truly the Home of the Invisible Repair. We had the misfortune of driving on the highway when the hood of of our 63 Volkswagen Notchback came up. This car was all original and Karle Coachwork took it in and made it like it never even happened. They were able to match the paint perfectly and you would never know anything happened. They have since worked on several projects for us. Some for fun and some not so fun. I will refer Karle Coachwork to anyone in need of good service, friendly staff, and quality craftsmanship.April
I choose coachworks after seeing they work on Toyota I had hit a sign and smashed in the front. This. Was on April 4 2017. I just got my truck back from repairs...August 10!!!! Also in May they gave me the price it was going to cost. When I called for final bill it was 1700. More than what they told me. I complained and they did lower price but still 800. more than what I had been told. Four months of dealing with this.... would not recommend.
They did a great job repairing my car. Kept me informed and finished on time.
This is a Wonderful Place to get Body Work Done, Insurance Quotes & Getting a Vehicle Restored.. Ive got a Real Good Friend named Mike who has worked there for like 7 years & He is really Good.. Johnny & Gabb are wonderful ppl as well, stop by an see what kind of Deal they can work up for you, They will work with you the Best they can.....
I cant say enough about this place. Honest, efficient and superb work! I came out on top with a totaled car from the hailstorm thanks to CC!
Great team, very helpful and knowledgeable!
Excellent customer service and excellent repair work done on our vehicle!
Weve had bodywork done by Karle Coachwork team, and they did a great job. The quality of the work is superb, and the attention to detail definitely shows.
When I called them to schedule an appointment, they told me they were busy, so we scheduled for a month in the future, when they assured me, they would be able to get right on it, and it would only take them 2-3 weeks to complete the repairs.OK, sounds good right? I took the car in on the scheduled day, thinking all would be well.6 weeks later, I still did not have my car. They had excuse after excuse as to why it wasnt their fault. Bottom line - they told me 2-3 weeks, and it took nearly 7 weeks to get my car back. 7 weeks. So how was the quality? Well, the paint looked great. But when I got home, I couldnt pop the trunk or open the fuel door. After some adjusting, I was able to get the trunk working again. But the fuel door was missing a spring.I also noticed that there was a lot of noise coming in through the windshield. I took a closer look and realized that they had installed the windshield incorrectly! So I took the car back in, and had them fix the fuel door. Then I had to take the car in on another day to have them re-install the windshield. So here I am, about 8 weeks out, and finally my car is completed. If you dont mind being without your car for 2 months, and dont mind being flat-out lied to about how long its going to take, and then have to take it back in several times afterwards to get all their mistakes fixed, then by all means take your car to Karle Coachworks.
My car has been here for 1 month and they still have not fixed it, now theyre telling me it will be another 3 weeks just to fix a door. And a quarter panel. Do NOT go here unless you want to be away from your car for 2 months.
Dear Mr. Karle,On March 27, 2017, I retrieved my vehicle from your shop after receiving an email from Gabe stating that all work had been completed. I arrived at your shop and was greeted by Gabe. Gabe escorted me out of the building to where my car was waiting. He went over all the “repairs” and “services” that your shop conducted and or provided and even went as far to say, “That’s a really nice Lexus.” I was so happy to have my car back!I then proceeded to my home where I met up with my boyfriend. My boyfriend told me that the work that was completed was unacceptable and that I should take the car back to have it fixed the right way. He walked me around my car and showed me the discrepancies in the paint, the tape that was left behind and painted over; the “orange peel” that is occurring in the paint job; the debris and grit that got mixed into the paint and then was clear coated over; the white grime all over the inside of the doors that was left behind; how the rocker panel is still bent and doesn’t line up with the rest of the car; and most importantly how my rear passenger door isn’t lined up with the rest of the car at all. I couldn’t believe it.How could this have happened? Why did your employees allow me to drive off with my car like this? Why did Gabe tell me that all is well and then take my money knowing that there were signs of substandard workmanship? How could an experienced and trained professional allow me to drive off with my car in that condition? How can they tell me lies when it is painfully obvious that there were big mistakes made? How does a “professional” allow for this to happen? Isn’t there someone inspecting the cars before they are handed off to the paying customer? I don’t understand why I was treated this way. Could the reason be because I am a woman and that the consensus at your business is that women are stupid? Did you think you could get away with producing subpar work because it was an insurance job and your company gets paid no matter what? I don’t understand how you could have my vehicle for 9 weeks and then produce my car to me in such an unacceptable condition! I can’t believe that I handed over $1000.00 to your company and that your company accepted my money knowing that my car was not fixed properly. Moreover, I had to rent a car and pay over $900.00 out of my own pocket while my car sat at your shop for 9 weeks. At the time, I didn’t mind paying the rental fees because I was certain that you were working hard to make my car like new again. I even told Gabe over the phone once that, “I didn’t care how long it took the techs to fix my car just as long as it is done right and looks good.” I honestly believed that this was what was occurring during those 9 weeks. But, I was so wrong. My car looks as if you slapped it together in just 3 days and then threw a paint job on it and called it “done”. I have been taken advantage of by your company.Unfortunately, I don’t know that I can trust you or your employees nor can I afford to pay for a rental car while my car goes back in your shop for another 8 or 9 weeks. The sad thing Mr. Karle, is that your employees lack morals and they obviously do not take pride in their work or your company for that matter. And, unfortunately, your employees represent you and company. You should know that what they are representing is that they have very little respect for you or themselves.I will be sending my attorney a copy of this letter, a copy of the original work order and a copy of the “final” work order that Gabe produced to me and then passed off as a completed job, as well as pictures of the mistakes and faulty repairs that occurred at your business. All of which, provides proof that your company attempted to mislead me into believing my car had been fully repaired when in fact it had not.
2 days late on repair. Found problems with paint job after shop was done. Took my car back for the 2nd time to have them fix it, and it came back with lots of holograms and swirl marks. They told me to bring it back a 3rd time. I decided to go to a professional detailer and pay, rather than going back.
They lied to me on the phone over and over about when my repair would be finished. I just dont like businesses that dont show integrity. I mean, Id rather hear the truth about whats going on then to be put off over and over for whatever reason. There is something slimy about that.
Great service and pricing.
Good work
Great shop
