Took my 2017 F150 for hail dent repair. Satisfied with end product except for some attention to detail. When reinstalling the hood after being removed to repair, the hood is set to far forward, so it is off alignment and the Toneau cover seal had to be corrected because part of the seal was tucked under instead on laying flat. looks like Phil Long Collision center may need better quality assurance and pay closer attention to detail. this will be my second trip back to Phil Long Collision center to correct an issue that should of been caught before it left the shop.
The scheduled 1st oil change and basics were performed and I had a slow leak in the tire with a nail in the tread which was to be fixed at the same time. Scheduled maintenance was all performed but the flat was never fixed. So now another visit is required to have it repaired. Very annoying to have to revisit an existing problem even if you are retired with lots of time on your hands! Makes one wonder what else was missed.
Was kept inform at every step. Very responsive. The work was done very well and cant tell it was repainted. They delivered high quality results on scheduled completion date. They even went above and beyond by getting a new bug deflector from the ford dealer and installing while they had the truck. The bug deflector was damaged a week before dropping off for the paint repair. 5 Star service all the way. Thank you.
I was walked through every step of this process from start to finish. In my 40 years of driving Ive never been in an accident or collision until I was hit by a lady not paying attention. Once I called Phil Long at the suggestion of my insurance they took all the stress away. The team at Phil Long explained the process, kept me informed during the repair process and even completed the job early. Took car in for passenger mirror replacements after being hit by Sheetrock on Hwy 83. Took them a week to fix. We showed up to pick up the car and there was a large dent on the hood. They claim the damage was there when we dropped off car. They said, Oh yeah, by the way you have damage here”. They refuse to claim the damage, they’ve been fighting my insurance company for over a week. I still have no vehicle. We know the damage wasn’t there because we stood in front of my car comparing side to make sure we weren’t missing any side damage. Absolutely no integrity or honesty.
A little late on this one, but these guys are legit. Had some front end damage (my fault, i wasnt texting) and the boys took great care of me, the front of the house did too, this ladys are awesome! Escape looks great, got it back in about 2 weeks. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Great customer service and repair work! I’ve now had three car repairs completed here and each time I’m impressed. The work is superb and the customer service can’t be equalled. Robert Talltree, Outside Sales Rep, sets the customer interface standard with prompt and thorough estimates, providing the customer repair options and following up with regular updates, all with super people skills! I also complement Duane Meszler, General Manager, for staying so involved in all repairs and clearly working close with his team to provide customers the best service possible at reasonable rates. The quality of repairs is without equal and the spray-in truck bed liner I had installed recently shows excellent attention to detail and fine finish. I’m a stickler for detail and all the work I’ve had done here has exceeded my expectations. Prepare to be impressed with the repair work, the friendly staff and a great overall customer experience!
Received awesome customer service. The technician Ricki was very helpful. Not only was my vehicle repaired in a timely manner but I also received quality information on how to fix other issues with my vehicle. My lights were not working and before my vehicle even began repair was taken care of in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend. Someone ran into my vehicle scratching the right side. After 1 week of service my vehicle was returned without a scratch. Did some knocking around to see if there was any noticeable differences but could not tell. Awesome job!
Went here for hail damage repair on the recommendation of Allstate. I took the vehicle in on a Monday, about 2 weeks after the initial estimate. I was told it would take 5-10 business days for the repair. After 3 days, I got a panic alert from the car, which I got pretty much every day they were working on it so Im guessing but cant be sure that it sat for 3 days before they started working on it, because at that time I also started getting text messages that said my repairs were going really well with some other generic information. I got the same generic text 3 days in a row, when I finally asked what was really going on. After 9 business days I was told that everything was done on my vehicle but that they were just waiting on a part as the one they needed was delivered damaged. Im not sure why they didnt have this part already as it had been at least a month since I got the estimate. The following week I was told that the part was in, and not damaged but now there was an issue with the windshield repair. I reminded them that 5 days prior they had told me that everything was done except for the one missing part. Eventually on Thursday, 18 days after I had brought in the vehicle I complained to the manager. The card was finally finished after they had it for 3 weeks.I also thought the cost of the repairs was excessive, although as it was being covered by insurance this was Allstates problem.The quality of the work seems good but I would never go back here simply due to the time it took for the repair being so far off from the estimate and the fact that I felt I was intentionally misled about when it would be completed.

Poor customer service, no accountability. Hail damage repaired but vehicle was not operational due to some windshield damage which eyesight and calibration issues. We drove to shop running and it was returned not running. We had to pay additional $869 out of pocket and waited another 6 weeks for the car. They just abandoned issues which was a great hardship on my family. Never again will we use or recommend this collision center.
I had a very large dent spanning the entire passenger door on my 2016 MB GL550. I didnt want to have my vehicle repainted nor my insurance premiums increased, so asked about trying PDR before going ahead with a ~$4K replacement of the door. They werent sure how good the PRD outcome would be, but I figured it was worth the $600 to give it a try. After the PDR, the door looks absolutely perfect. I cannot believe what they were able to accomplish via PDR.

I believe I already posted a example of Phil Long Ford. The customer service person that took care of me was Jordan Parrish. He did an excellent job. He was Professional, Helpful, Kind, Funny. Service on my car on the other hand I am not quite sure. After leaving Phil Long Ford on Motor City, I took my car to Tire World on South Nevada to rotate my tires and check my brakes as that was where I got the brakes done originally, the caliper had stuck and ground down the brake pad which they repaired and did everything they were supposed to do, yet I wonderjust what did the service tech do? That just tells me that they didnt do the proper how many points service checks that theyre supposed to do on my car at Phil Long Ford.
I had a dent repaired and they were very professional and timely. They were very concerned about not wasting my time and I would go back. Its one of those experiences where you think its so good, its only right if I give a review.
Phil Long Collision did a great job repairing the body damage on our Xterra. The paint job matches perfectly, they used OEM Nissan parts, and delivered on time.
I took my car in for repairs and the process went smoothly overall. The ladies at the front desk were always pleasant. However, after I picked up my vehicle and came home, I noticed a full bag of trash on the floor of my passenger seat. I looked inside the bag and it was full of old food, lipgloss, sunglasses and other personal items, none of which were mine from what I could see. I called the manager, Duane, to discuss it and he never returned my call. To have someone else’s open food and lip care products in my car during a viral pandemic is a major health concern for me and my family. It is unprofessional and just plain GROSS. Extra care needs to be taken with clients’ possessions, and this time it was not.

Unreal how long this business takes! No updates n9 info no texts or emails then when you haveto call into get info you get no details they cant help you transfer youto someones voice-mail cause hey never answer and eventually they may contact you back. Not to mention the front desk people scheduling you for a different time than the one they giveyou and then your rescheduled 20 days out!?! Even the manager doesnt answer the phone at this place!

I called on Monday to get an estimate to put some hinges on my car. I have the hinges all I needed was for them to put it on. The woman that picked up the phone transferred me to someone else, I left a message and no one ever called me back.On Tuesday I called back let the receptionist know that I was never called back and she transferred me to a man. I told him my situation and the make model of my car.He proceeded to tell me that it was going to cost me $200 to put the hinges on my car. I said why $200? He said that they may have to make new holes gave me several reasons on why it was that price. It sounded to me as if he was making reasons for it to be that price.I will not go to Phil Long.

Got a bed liner sprayed in. Looks great, clean lines, good thickness. Its less than 24 hours old, so not sure how it will hold up, but it has a lifetime warranty. Hope they know my truck will be around for 20 years.

There is a little scam going on between the dealer and insurance companies. I got an original estimate for 4K less than what Phil Long Ford provided for causing minor hail damage to consider my car towed. They put two door panels for sending my car over for two tiny hail dents that could of been taken out easily, but choose to add two new doors. I recommend NOT USING A DEALER. Always go through small shops for better service and working with you. The dealers want to take your car, so you will buy new ones.

Lets start off with the fact that my family has used this place before and never had a problem. However, I used this place to fix some existing damage on my car. I got an estimate and payment approval but had to wait to take it in. I received multiple calls to make an appointment after I explained to them the situation. When I called to make an appointment, they couldnt find me even though my insurance had sent them payment. I made an appointment a month in advance to allow them time to order all the parts as recommended by their tech. I sent my car in after waiting half an hour to do a walk around and had no problems. I opted from text updates. Worst mistake ever!! This place had me believing it would be ten days and nothing wrong. Apparently they have been waiting on parts but didnt call to inform me. I called the day I was suppose to pick it up and no one called me back. No one informed me that my car wont be ready for another week! By the time I called back, Melissa had left the office without calling me to tell me. This place is unprofessional along with criminal. I should of had a call when there was any problem or hold up. Its not like they had a month to order parts or anything! Three weeks out of a car for a job that shouldnt of only taken ten business days... this nightmare never ends with being told it would be ready Tuesday. It is again not ready!! I was told to call if I have any questions but I have had all my calls screened by the general manager. This is absurd. NEVER use this place. Its a sick joke for customer car service
Stopped by late this afternoon with my husband to have a fresh scratch looked at to see if there was anything that could be done. The manager came out, looked at it, and suggested one of their specialized technicians may be able to clean it up. So, just before he was finished for the day, Tito, did some amazing light sanding/buffing and made the line practically invisible and the finish was amazing. The manager and Tito were super professional and friendly; definitely plan to go back for other vehicle work.
Very professional and honest! Had my truck fixed there, it was in the shop for 2 weeks. Got my truck back and drove it all the way home and noticed a scuff on the window. When I realized this it was a Friday after hours and they are closed on the weekend so I texted the chat service and first thing Monday morning Kimberly responded right away. Later that day I brought the truck back in and they fixed the scuff no problem! It was quick and painless! They could have said that “they didn’t do it” but instead they were amazing! Kimberly was a huge help! Highly recommend them.
Excellent service. I visited to have my vehicle appraised after suffering hail damage. The associate who helped me was very friendly and efficient. The waiting area was comfortable. Several staff members asked me if I was being helped, indicating that they are eager to ensure customers are taken care of. Overall a great experience.

Let me tell you I will never come back to phil long collision center again instead of 8 days it took 3 weeks and I still have a tail gate that doesnt work ill have to bring it back to be fixed not happy with Phil long
These folks did an amazing job with our car, which we brought in with an insurance claim. The finished product was excellent and the work was completed very quickly. They even took the time to clean our all-weather floor mats!Its never fun to have to visit a collision center, but if my wife and I need to again, were definitely going here. I had my car towed to Phil Long for Body work and was totally disappointed in the customer service. My car took more than 20 days to be repaired because they said they had to order parts from Germany. When I picked my car up my black leather interior was covered with white dust from all the body work. The representative Cody Singer told me they dont detail cars and I would have to clean it myself (WHAT The...) It cost me $175.00 to have my leather and carpet cleaned and cars interior detailed. I had to bring my car back a week later because of all the rattles and Cody Singer said it wasnt their fault. My car never rattled before the accident. So I took my car to be inspected at the Mercedes dealership in COS and they looked it over and said it was not repaired correctly and Phil Long Collision is responsible. So I took my car back and had to listen to Cody Singer tell me it wasnt their fault over and over again. I wasnt leaving and just kept standing by his desk, so he finally stomped off and had the body shop guy go for a test run and he heard the noise. The body shop guy told Cody Singer that he heard the noise and he thought he knew what it was. I was then told that they dont offer a loaner car or cover any rentals. It was their fault for not fixing my car correctly the first time! A week later and $495.00 in additional rental fees I picked up my car for the second time. When I walked out to pick up my car I immediately saw a large door scuff on my car door where someone opened their car door and hit my car. When I pointed it out to Cody Singer, he told me it was already there and they didnt cause the door scuff. Bold face liar! Couldnt believe how terrible they treat their customers and flat out lie to your face. I would think twice before taking your car to Phil Long Collision Center! I have never been so disrespected. Cant believe they are still in business!

Never had any issues here. I had my truck there twice and my wife’s once. The work was flawless. Customer service has always been great. This the only shop I would choose. There certifications are incredible. Check here first before any place else. Especially if your insurance is paying for it.
If I could rate this place 0 I would! Absolutely terrible service. There is a scam or aomething shady going on between this place and the insurance company. I was in an accident in October and just got my car back this last Friday late afternoon, 7 weeks after the accident. They did not do an alignment on my vehicle after installing suspension parts so my car almost pulled me right into the ditch! It did not pull that bad before they worked on my car!!! I hadnt had anywhere to be until today and when I drove the car my engine light came on after only driving a few miles and my entire car started shaking like crazy! It did not do that either before they fixed my car. I am going to have to bring it back in the morning and hope they fix whatever they messed up or didnt check in the first place. How did they not check my engine for issues during that entire time of having my car? How did they not test drive it at least the little distance I went to see that the car was NOT DRIVEABLE! How was my vehicle not totaled in the first place when they initially estimated the damage at $2700 and then they changed that to $7100? Please DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!

Walked in to get a quote and everyone just stared at my wife and I. After a few awkward moments someone finally stopped with the chit chat that was going on and asked what we were in for. Not a good first impression. Wouldnt recommend with that kind of service. If your insurance sends you here for inspection Id recommend to ask for another location.
Doesnt get much better than Phil Long for sales, service, and collision. Ive mistakenly taken my F-350 King Ranch to another shop, for some minor body work. Never again
They have great customer service. Cody Singer, the Collision Repair Consultant was very nice and took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answer any questions I had. Everyone who worked there was really friendly. They drove me to work and picked me up promptly. The work was done in the amount of time they said, and they even washed and detailed my vehicle. I would highly recommend them.
We took a car in for an assessment of damages. The car was held for 20+ days and the insurance company was billed for storage in addition to an inspection. Representative wouldnt release the car until she finished negotiating w/ the insurance company. We were told the car couldnt be repaired for 6-8 months. However, they started ordering parts. They wanted us to bring in the check issued for the insurance company estimate. She was going to get paid one way or another. Questionable business practices at best.
They did such a good job repairing the damage to my Subaru Forester that it looks better now than what it did when I bought it (used). The carpeting in the car was thoroughly cleaned, something Ive never experienced at a repair shop before. They kept me up to date by text on the repair. Finally, their receptionist remembered my name from when I first contacted the shop almost a month before, and she also helped me straighten out my car rental with Enterprise.
Management is awesome! If you have a discrepancy they will meet with you and set a date to get it handled! I appreciate the great customer service.
Great work on complicated body work for a F-150. Roof and door damage was worse than initially estimated after disassembly showed more damage underneath. However, they still finished early by a day or two and did phenomenal work. Never met repair technician but he did a great job. Truck looks like new. Customer service specialist was friendly and kept me up to date with text messages along the way. They worked flawlessly with USAA to pay out the claim. Highly recommend them!
Every detail of my collision repair was handled seamlessly and beautifully in June of this year. My car was immaculate inside and out when I picked it up ahead of schedule.
I took my vehicle here twice on separate occasions to see what solutions they could provide, but times I was sorely disappointed.The first time my vehicle was scratched by a valet driver, and I had to pay out of pocket for repairs. The Phil Long Collision Center quotes double of what every other reputable repair shop was. Obviously I decided to go elsewhere.The second time I came because of the hail damage, and the insurance required me to come to this location for an estimate. I obliged but wanted to make sure I had options moving forward. Instead, Phil Long Collision told me ‘we can do the work at a later date, but we would need to file a supplemental claim based on damage we WILL find’.Long story short, I’m sure they do a fine job at repairs, but charge a higher premium. The staff is not as friendly, and there are plenty of other options.
I have never had a good experience with any auto body shops. Of all my experiences, this was my best by far! Deidra (I hope that is how you spell her name) and Duane were very professional, especially since my circumstances were a little out of the ordinary. I would definitely use their services again in the future. I just hope I do not have to.

The customer service was terrible at Phil Long Collision Center. The short review is: communication from them is terrible and non-existent, they do not hold true to their ready date, the receptionists are rude if you ask them questions and call within 30 minutes of closing, and their workmanship is not up to par. The long version is below.I originally had an appointment in September to have my vehicle repaired but the day before the appointment, the receptionist called to say it needed to be rescheduled to a month later which was annoying because I also had to call the rental car company to change my reservation.When I finally dropped my car off in October, everything went fine. I opted to receive daily text message for updates and the messages I received stated that my car was targeted for completion on Friday at 4 pm. But the day before, I received a text and voicemail from Melissa stating that there were parts that they were still waiting on for reassembly and they would be in that night and she would update me the next day, Friday. After not hearing from her all day, I called the center at 3:20pm and was told that Melissa would call me back within the next hour. I waited and heard nothing back at all, so I stopped into the office hoping that my car would actually be done. The receptionist went to find Melissa and then relayed to me that my car was not put back together, so maybe next week. I told the receptionist that someone needed to contact me back with an update.Monday, noon rolls around and I still have not been contacted. So I call and text again asking for an update. Melissa texts me that she will check with the technician when hes back from lunch and get back to me. In the afternoon, she tells me that the car is put back together but now the airbag light is on and they have to take it to the dealership to be reset but she will call me later with an update since it should be a simple reset which they cant do there at the collision center. Again, no phone call and no update. So I call at 5:20 that evening asking for Melissa and was told by the rude receptionist that everyones pretty much gone home for the night since they close at 5:30pm. She says shell go ask someone and comes back and tells me its not fixed, its still at the dealership and that they couldnt reset the code and have to look into it further. I asked when it was anticipated to be done and she said I dont know...it could be 9:00 tomorrow morning, tomorrow afternoon or whenever.The next day, Melissa calls to tell me the car is done and that they just had to reset the code (not what the receptionist said). I told her that the code was not on when I dropped it off and she says that sometimes that happens when they put cars back together.I go to pick my car up and question why the estimate is now higher than it was the last time and again, the receptionist is rude and says for a supplement. After going through my paperwork myself, I see that they have charged me $169 to reset the code. I question it again and the receptionist says Your insurance pays for it anyways.After looking over my car with Melissa, I bring up concerns on the alignment of the fender. She tells me that she doesnt see what I see and that she can take it back to the technician and he can try to adjust it. I ask if adjusting it would then set off the airbag sensor and start all that over again and she says she doesnt know and that I can continue to drive the rental car. Instead of leaving it there again, I decided to take it home and get another opinion at another shop on the alignment of the fender.I will never take any of my vehicles for repair here.
Although every time I came I had a long wait at the front desk, I felt the staff were very professional and great at giving me updates on my vehicle repairs throughout the process. I would recommend them to others. Their repair work after I was rear ended is top notch.
Took 7 weeks after dropping truck off. The work looks fine but found 2 small paint chips on side of truck and white adhesive on dash. The thing that bothers me the most, after 7 weeks they could not find the time to put my mud flaps back on. Put them in the back.
After a hail storm, we were directed by our insurance company to take our vehicle straight to the repair shop due to a high volume of claims. Phil Long Collision Repair stated that they could fix the car and sent the estimate to our insurance company. The soonest appointment was a month out. My wife was to drop it off a day after I deployed overseas. After the car was dropped off, Phil Long Collision Repair changed their mind and claimed it was a total loss. I had an entire month to buy my wife a reliable car for while I was gone if they would have just totaled it in the first place. Now I am overseas and my wife and three small children are driving my work car. To add insult to injury, when my wife went to pick up the license plates earlier today, she asked if someone could take them off for her. She was handed a screwdriver by a woman at the front desk. She told my wife to do it herself. Thanks a lot Phil Long. Way to treat your costumers. There is no excuse for that.
I want to thank the many Phil Long Collision Center employees for the care and exemplary service provided to me throughout the hail repair process of my car. My Acura looks brand new again. Contacted Phil Long collision center after an accident because I wanted a Ford service center to do the work on my F150. Received a call and email the next day from Joyce. She asked me to send the estimate from my insurance company and they would see when I could be scheduled. I sent the estimate and waited. I called and left a message the next day asking for confirmation they received the estimate. I emailed a couple days later. It’s been about a week and a half now and I’ve heard nothing from them. So I contacted another body shop. I was pretty disappointed because I’ve bought two cars from Phil Long. I hope this isn’t the level of customer service I can expect from now on.

Billed me for a part they didnt even installed. when I showed proof that new part wasnt used I got a refund on that part . If I hadnt pointed it out I think it would have been part of the over billed estimate I got. I was told its normal to overcharge a estimate by 30% or more. why do we get estimates if the shop can over inflate a bill when ever they want. I was told it was a 3 day job and after 8 days I went in to find out what was going on with my truck. Office lady went to the shop and found out I could come back that night and pick it up. why couldnt somebody save me a trip across town just to find out I had to come back.
If you expect good customer service this is NOT the place to go! My father’s car was wrecked and taken to Phil Long Collision Motor City. The insurance decided to total the car. I went to clean out personal property for my parents and Phil was the worse person I have ever had to deal with. He walked me out to the car and unlocked it, I asked him for a trash bag or something to carry the stuff to my car, he walked away without a word and went back in the office and sat at his desk. It took my friend and I about 20 minutes to get everything out. I went back into the office and Phil, another guy and the girl receptionist were all just sitting there. I did them a favor, they asked the car be cleaned out that day and I made it happen in less than 2 hours of the phone call. You would think Phil could have been more customer focused. I will never recommend this collision center, if you can’t get good service cleaning out a car how do you expect to get good service if your car was in the shop for weeks! Phil I think you need a job that does not deal with people!

I have waited for my brand new 2018 Ford Explorer to be fixed for over 3 months now. Everything was supposedly fixed in November but they were waiting on a part that they told me would be in early December. They would not contact the manufacturer for me and continuously avoided my questions. I was so frustrated I called the manufacturer myself and found that 350 pieces of the part I’m waiting for shipped out exactly two weeks ago. I don’t think it’s reasonable to take 4 months to fix a brand new vehicle while probiding bare minimum service and giving me the run around. Completely unacceptable!
This place is the GREATEST. Took excellant care of my car. Max is a gem.
Man, where do I start. I got my cars front end fixed here after it was slammed into parked outside. Everything seemed good until I got into it after it was fixed. Battery was dead, bumper placement was way off, power steering/assist is grinding, and something wrong with suspension. Called several times and got the same round about. Probably shouldnt of signed that paper...

Have had work done twice. They always do an amazing job. The staff is very helpful and kind. I would recomend anyone use phil long collision for their vehicles repairs.
At first I was going to rate dissatisfied but mention how great Faye I think her name is at the front desk. Until today. I had to take my car back in after the initial repairs from hail damage due to when I went to pick up my vehicle there was a paint chip that was not on my car when I dropped it off. When I brought it to their attention, Kimberly and a USAA estimator argued with me that it wasn’t them and went to show me pictures of the damages they had taken before and of course didn’t have picture of the paint chip. Since again.... it wasn’t never there. Customer service was great before they got their money but the minute they did and they had to fix their mistake it was over. Everyone was beyond disrespectful and unpleasant. Today when I went to drop the car off to get paint chip fixed the lady at front desk never even acknowledged me when I arrived there at open. Sat their for 10 minutes when I asked who I needed to drop key off too. She took key and didn’t even take my name or say anything to me. Then before leaving I asked if she needed my name or any info and she said no. Then no one called me all day with an update or anything. Granted when car was there for initial repairs they were updating me daily before they received their money. Do not. I repeat. Do not go to this location. The worst customer service I’ve ever received. Even if Usaa directs you there. Do not do it. Ask to use caliber or anyone else. I would pay to use someone else then deal with being mistreated by Kimberly, estimators there, and the lady at the front desk. When my husband went to pick up the car because again never called to let me know if it was done though I had called multiple times... they didn’t even ask my husband for identification (he had never been in. He was deployed) and just handed them the keys. Literally anyone could have taken my car today.I will make sure everyone I know including all the military families do not use this shop!Worst. Customer. Service. Ever.
2016 Ford F350, light hail damage. My insurance asked me to get an estimate for approval to have it repaired. Not only did they refuse to help me, the person at the front desk was exceptionally rude about it. Ive had my trucks serviced at Phil Long Ford for the past 4 years...until today
Brought my hail damaged Kia in for repair and they suggested some other minor repairs while they had to paint. The results were incredible! Perfect paint job and it looks brand new again! Terrific result - exceeded my expectations!
I had a dent fixed. I worked with Steve and he took great care of me. Im shocked at the level of service given the reviews I read on this place.
