Dont take your car anywhere else! Millennium will do it right!We could not be happier with the repair work we received from Millennium. My elderly mother accidentally scraped the entire passenger side of her car against a parked truck metal bumper. The damage was significant. She did not have collision insurance, so we shopped around for pricing on a repair. Millennium by far had the best customer service and lowest estimate. Junior treats you like the most important person in the world and is generous with his time to explain the repair process. They took the car when scheduled and finished on time. The car looks like new! They even did some additional polishing of scratches, and we didnt even ask! If we are ever in need of a future repair, we wont go anywhere else. You shouldnt either. Take your car to Millenium and they will treat you right! Wish we could give them six stars!

I used this shop recently for collision repairs. Junior and Linda were great to work with and handled all the insurance company communications. After the repairs were completed, my car (an old but sporty Acura TL), came out looking nearly as good as when I purchased it years ago - no small feat. I highly recommend Millennium Auto Craft.

I brought my vehicle to their shop Monday, April 19th. They told me the work to my car would be done in a week and I would be able to pick it up on Monday, April 26th. Apparently, they didnt even start working on it until the 26th. All in all, it took them 4 weeks to do the work to my car, and this is my only car so I had to pay for a rental car throughout this. They never proactively called to update me throughout the entire process, they never gave me an accurate expectation of repair time (it always ended up being longer than what they told me), and to top it off they still didnt even fully repair my vehicle (they used a clearly damaged bumper piece rather than replace it with a new piece). They used to be a great shop, but they just arent doing as well anymore. Pretty bad experience from start to finish. Definitely DO NOT recommend them to anyone.

This is literally the greatest shop Ive ever been to! I was recommended by a friend and when I came in Junior was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, listened to what I have to say, and actually cared about my car. After the recent hail damage out East, he was able to get my car in right away and he promised to have my car done by Wednesday the latest and he delivered. He even cleaned up the glass in my car and vacuumed the front of my car. Glass looks amazing. He puts so much care into his business and customers and gave me a fair deal. Millennium Auto Craft has officially gained my business!

Where do I start off, I believe the paint job came out quality work. I did have some other comments. The manager Matthias, his office when I first walked in had cigarette butts layered underneath his desk and reek of wet ashtray throughout the entire office and front waiting room. We had picked up the vehicle a day after it was done, in the middle of a super busy day and I was able to squeeze in picking up the vehicle and dropping off the rental in a 45-minute window in my day. I didnt have much time to overlook the entire vehicle but notice the paint job look well and the door seemed like the accident hadnt happened. After driving the car in the sunlight, it looks as though they had the vehicle in the shop with all the doors open and windows down while everyone in the shop was sanding other vehicles. Which in turn left a heavy layer of dust all over the inside of my car. A white handprint on the front windshield, the back windshield dusty, bolts and brackets and nuts and pieces from the old door left on the rear passenger floorboard along with cigarette box rappers and greasy hand smudges on almost every door. You would think that the doow would fall off while driving down the road. After Matthias expressed his deep apologies, he told me to bring it in so they can take care of the car and detail it for me. I brought it in and sat for maybe 20 minutes while someone picked up the trash and bolts out of the back seat and used a wet rag to wipe down the Dust that was left on the inside surface of the car. When they said it was complete and ready for my inspection, I came out and grabbed the cleaning rag from the technician and went behind him and cleaned up the areas that he missed or that was visible it the shop light. There was still dust in really visible places that i wiped up in front of the technician. He made me understand that this is not how they run business and expressed his deep apologies but if Im having to go behind their technicians to clean my car in front of them, then either the technician or the manager didnt see it was important enough to clean the vehicle right the second time, or the first. Apparently the manager doesnt overlook the vehicle when he releases it to the customer.

Absolutely incredible team! I was taken care of immediately after calling in with little notice during a move. Employees stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. This is 100% the top auto ‭care center I have ever utilized and I have been to many. Millennium is truly a step above with it’s customer service, great pricing and even better work quality!!

From the first phone call asking how I would work with repair through an insurance accident claim, I was treated like royalty. The owner explained the process, handled all details with the insurance company and rental car agency and made sure I had the best parts so the car would last another 100K miles. Repair & paint job was fabulous when completed. I would never go anywhere else after this experience & Im grateful to their entire team for all of their hard work!

Customer service was what you would expect .,..from a good chiropractics visit. They approached my prolem, gave me a resolution and had me confident all will soon be back to normal (fortunately it did not take 36+ visits)

Got rear-ended and had to choose between an independent shop or a chain, I decided to take a chance with these guys. It worked out extremely well, Junior was helpful, kept in constant contact with me, helped me with my jeep and insurance (to not get totalled out) and even helped replace my rear shocks.The repair happened fairly fast, and everything went fine. I was happy with the service, and hope I never need repairs again but will come here if I need to!

Even as a guy heavily into cars with a small collection, I find body shops still to be a scary place to deal with....But that is not the situation here! During the Colorado hail season (when other shops wouldnt even talk to me) these guys were easy to work with, made me a feel like a priority, were very personable and in a very timely fashion took care of my Jeep. I had zero issues and was very pleased. I would highly recommend! As I was in their shop, I witnessed much more expensive cars than my own to be made whole again and I think that says a lot about this shop and its very professional staff. Great experience...I came out from a movie and saw I had been hit, and of course they didnt leave a note, so had to pay for the repairs myself. Millennium did an amazing job blending the paint on my solid body car so I didnt have to paint the entire side of the car at $3000+ - and got it done sooner than promised. Recommend them highly!

I took my car to millennium after a car accident. They were recommended by the insurance provider. Communication and service were excellent during my experience. They worked well to explain process, next steps and billing. I felt very cared for the entire time.

Junior and the Millennium staff have provided exceptional customer service from the beginning. Our newer vehicle had extensive hail damage including a broken windshield from the 2018 hailstorms. We called for a quote and were able to schedule an apppointment right away (other companies 2 weeks or longer for an appointment). We obtained a total of three quotes. Millennium offered to handle all the little details like rental car arrangements, calls to the insurance company, and they warrantied their work 100% as long we own the vehicle. We decided to have Millennium perform the work. They initially provided a 3 week timeframe to complete the work. The vehicle was done a full week early. As we took delivery on a day of a snowstorm so the vehicle was covered in ice/snow, Junior offered a full detail on a better weather day of our choosing. I returned on a non-blizzard day and they detailed the vehicle. They even drove me to a nearby coffee shop to wait for the vehicle. Its incredibly rare to find this level of customer service AND high-quality work these days - they definitely went above and beyond! We highly recommend Millennium! Thank you Junior and your staff!

Junior went out of his way to not only provide excellent service repairing a sideswipe of my son’s Xterra, but also made it happen on a rushed schedule and detailed the inside on top of it. I couldnt have been happier. I got a strong recommendation from a friend and also noticed that they had much better ratings than most of the others. They were prompt, courteous, and friendly. I needed a new bumper. They painted it first and then called me in to replace. They had my car for a total of 1/2 hour while I waited. Final cost was less than what they quoted me. I will send anyone looking for a recommendation there.

I was really pleased with the staff and management at Millennium. Not only did they do a fantastic job repairing my vehicle, but their communication was great. They kept me in the loop as to what was going on with the progress of my vehicle. I was in good hands from start to finish. I Have no reservations whatsoever recommending millennium for any auto body repair.

Several years ago my car was rear ended and Millennium did the repair. Quality was satisfactory even though the paint was less than a top match for original color. Later I was backed into and they again did the work, replacing the front fascia. On picking up my car I heard a thumping underneath and found they had not even properly reattached the bottom shrouding. I took it back, they supposedly fixed it, but on hitting the road I still had the same problem. I finally jacked the car and fixed it myself. Now, several years later, their paint job on the new front is starting to peel. Their prices are high end, but not the quality.

I posted a very positive review nine months ago at which time I was very pleased with the general body work (fit and finish). When I collected the vehicle at the time there was required electrical work that needed to be corrected. It was very simple correction, they wired the lights in the exterior rear view mirrors to the ignition and not to the light switch, nine months later and several attempts still no correction. Simple body work is acceptable, more advanced work go somewhere else. Really sad, if they only knew the importance of keeping their word and making good on the promised they might have a successful business. Theyve destroyed any chance of much future work from me. VERY SHORT SIGHTED!!!

The folks at Millennium did a superior job of repairing our Subaru to brand-new condition in a timely manner. From hail dings to major damage I would highly recommend letting the pros at Millennium do the job. And they handled the paperwork with our insurance company seamlessly!

STAY AWAY!I brought two vehicles for repairs here on two different occasions. My car was a simple paint job on the front bumper, I paid in cash. It took 2 weeks to complete the job, Im sure because he had bigger insurance claim jobs to take care of and I was put on the back burner. The work was good so I returned with my wifes car, BIG mistake. Hers had been in a bad hail storm, several thousand dollars worth of damage. While the work was done in a timely manner, the quality couldnt have been worse. Dont get me wrong the outside of the car looked fine. The techs caused damage to the inside of the vehicle. I fixed the upholstery on the ceiling, it need to be re-tucked in around the doom light. Next day my wife notices several of the buttons around the edge of the ceiling upholstery are out right missing. Returned with the car and demanded a fix, another week passes. After receiving the car my wife notices the sun visor is cracked and wont stay in place, again I returned with the car and we are still waiting for a call for an appointment for the repair. I have made several attempts at contact, the part is ALWAYS on order. The storm was June 7 2012, this post was made September 8 2012.

With my knowledge of Millennium Auto, nothing leaves there, with out the owner inspecting and releasing the vehicle to his satisfaction. Ive communicated with Mr. Bober, on my vehicle in reference to dings, scratches, and keying, you want to see miracles, take your vehicle to Millennium, costs are low, no dealing with insurance, just pay out of pocket, you will be amazed how Mr. Bober works with customers. He has a dedicated team, and they are aware of his expectations.
