Just purchased here for a second time and it was, again, a wonderful experience! Everyone was extremely helpful from the sales team, finance team, and even management team. This time around we purchased the GRAND CHEROKEE L and to say we love it is an understatement! Perfect family car with the FamCam feature I can keep an eye on my little ones while still focusing on the road. The large screen makes it easy to see every detail and is very user friendly and uses CarPlay without having to be plugged in! Safety features are awesome with back up cameras and blind spot sensors. Plus the look of the vehicle alone is very nice and has a 3rd row! It really is a good deal especially when I was able to work with this dealership. Will continue buying from here and getting service done here! Service team is amazing and always gets me in and out quickly. They truly care about any work that I needed done on my last vehicle and I know I can rely on them in the future.
Service department is absolutely trash. Just took my truck in last week for a 80k service (got there when they opened the first day, waited 4hrs and they havent even started, went back the next day and waited 3hrs). Yesterday morning had 2 dead batteries. Decided to get an air filter at autozone because I felt like the dealership probably has never checked my air box since I got it new in 2017. And no surprise to what I found. I have free oil changes and tire rotation until 120k miles and after this its not even worth the hassle going up there for it. Tires didnt even get rotated like they said they were going to do either, and oil all over engine cover.Granted the birds nest could have came after the oil change, but anywhere else does an inspection of air filters. The rest of that wasnt from a week of driving. Last time Ill do business at this dealership.

I was making a 13 hour trip and we were stranded in Collerville 6 hours into our trip. Two women in a 2021 Dodge Ram 3500. Brand new truck and we should not have had any issues but we did. Our destination was a bucket list item and a once in a lifetime event. When we pulled up to service Lindsey not only took care of the truck but she checked on us and cared about us! I must say the Collierville Chrysler Dodge dealership must be the most kindest, sweetest, best dealership in the mid south . I was going for service, I was met with the most welcoming reception ever. Chad was my service advisor and I promise you, I had no intention of buying a new vehicle, but Chad was so personable, that I wanted to but a buy car just to interact with this company. When I returned to pick my car up, Chad was gone out with another customer, but the young lady at the cashiers desk took excellent care of me, she walked with me to Chad ‘s office to take my payment, we were unable to do it at his office, so we walked back to the cashiers office with her apologizing every step for me having to walk back. Which was not a problem for me, but I was super impressed for her concern . I truly found these two people of Collierville Chrysler Dodge to be extremely fantastic representatives, I will definitely definitely do business with this company again .
I understand people’s experiences are different; and there are a lot of reasons for this, however, based on my most recent experience, I give 5 stars. My rating is specifically for the service department, their ability to get the vehicle serviced in a reasonable amount of time is the primary reason for my rating. They were also very professional, courteous and willing to take the time to help me understand repairs over the phone before approval of the work.Now, the dealer service is probably not the least expensive option, so if your going to post and complain about the cost, that’s on you. I knew going into this that I would not be getting out of there with a bill for thousands of dollars but, I choose to do business with a licensed, OEM supported service department where I know I have some recourse should an issue arise, if you want cheap, a dealer, any dealer, probably isn’t your first choice. If you want work done by vendor trained techs using authentic parts, then I recommend this group, no question.
What a wonderful experience! My husband was in search of a Jeep Compass & we found just the one here! Mr. Kerry & Ms. CJ assisted us greatly throughout the whole process, with utmost professionalism & the best attitude, truly! We walked in at 7:15pm (they close at 8) & they both invested their time fully with us even past closing time! They both were very informative & a delight to talk to. I would like to say I worked with Joni, who was very nice and kind and met me outside the business on day one… She introduced me to Anthony in finance who was very kind and told us he would try hard to get us what we wanted because he definitely wanted our business.. I need him to explain everything and he did step by step…. Because of his patience, I was able to make a decision… He called me on the phone as soon as the vehicle has arrived… I came in as promised and was met by new salesman who finished up where Joni left off … Big Phil was really nice and courteous and about business.. He took me out to see the vehicle and even though it was raining, he didn’t mind getting wet…. I asked him many questions in which he had an answer… He was definitely salesman material… And the finance lady (can’t remember her name)who drew up all the papers was very professional, explained all the many forms there were to be signed.. This is the first time I’ve had great customer service from beginning to end ….

Nice friendly atmosphere. I was greeted by Joni on Saturday, as I was going to pick up my daughters car. I didnt know where to go and she showed me. My daughter dropped the car off to Chad and he did a great job making sure the vehicle was taken care of and the job was done. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly business

My visit to this facility was not as timely as I had hoped.The experience on the day I was there compared to other facilities that I have used was not the best. I needed an oil change and a tire rotation. I sat for approximately 3 hours waiting,decided to leave and did not get my vehicle back until 30 minutes before closing time at 6:00 p.m. Upon receiving my vehicle my tire pressure monitoring system notified me that the tire pressures were not adjusted. When I looked further,I looked in the engine compartment and there were drops of oil all over the engine And fan shroud. Overall the people were very friendly. I have not yet had the opportunity to the opportunity to check the lug bolts on the tires for proper torque.That will be probably be tomorrow and I hope that there is not an issue. In the future I will find another facility.
My car was sitting there for almost two months with no work being done to it. I asked if they at-least figured out why the car was having problems and was told no, they haven’t look into the issue yet. I then asked about a loaner vehicle, but was told no due to vehicle shortage at the dealership. Eventually, I couldn’t wait any longer and went to pick the car up. The service rep told me it should be running fine. Confused by Johnny’s (the service rep) comment, I asked him if any work was done on the car. He replied no, and advised to take the car somewhere to get fixed.
The sales people were really nice and accommodating. The service department keeps contact with the customer, which is great. I just want the truck I purchased to get fixed as soon as possible. I hope the part comes in soon.
I went to CDJR last night and worked with Kerry Hirshman. I have to say after several not so great experiences here - he made up for it immediately. He was completely honest/upfront with me and answered any questions I had with ease. Because of this - I came home with a brand new 2021 Jeep Cherokee! Due to it being late, they weren’t able to detail and clean my new car same day, but Kerry went above and beyond by driving to my work and picking it up to be cleaned today.I am so impressed with the customer service I received and will definitely work with Kerry again in the future!

I recently took my 18 Ram 1500 into Collierville Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram. Long story short, a cable was misrouted, and the main wiring harness was damaged in the process of running some wiring. I dropped the truck off with Chad Johnson to have the issue looked at and the best way to have the harness replaced or repaired if it was fixable. Chad went above and beyond to keep me in the loop every step of the way. I can tell Chad treats every customer like just that a customer ensures their issues are addressed, and the customer is satisfied at the end of their visit. Its hard to find someone like Chad in the automotive service industry this day and time. Its about getting them in and getting them out as fast as possible. Not with Chad and Collierville CDJR. I recently purchased my dream vehicle, a 2021Jeep Wrangler, from this dealership. I can not say enough good about my experience. The Wrangler that I wanted was very specific. Johnnie resolved an issue I had with my ABS/ Traction Light. He also rotated my tires & completed an oil change on a cold Saturday morning within 3 hours even though they had about 15 Jeeps/ cars ahead of me! THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST VEHICLE PURCHASE IVE EVER MADE. THEY LIED ABOUT THE CARFAX ON THE CAR I BOUGHT. AN IT TOOK ME A MONTH TO FIND OUT. AND LISTED MY CAR AS CERTIFIED PRE OWEND. IT HAD MULTIPLE AIRBAGS DEPLOYED AN DAMAGE TO FRONT LEFT FRONT AND LEFT SIDE. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE SELLING LEMONS. I AM TAKEING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS DEALSHIP. MY INSURANCE COMPANY WONT PAY BUT 35K OF THE 55K IM OUT FOR THIS CAR IF I TOLTAL IT OUT BECAUSE ITS NOT WORTH WHAT I PAID DUE TO PRIOR WRECK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ITS DEFINITELY NOT SOMEWHERE YOU WANT TO FIND YOURSELF. 20K LOSS AS SOON AS I BOUGHT IT

Came here to pick up a part everyone was so nice I was welcomed at the front by Joni she smiled and shook my hand I told her we was just looking for parts she walked us all the way back to the counter and was friendly. We spoke to Mike at parts they didnt have any tshirts that had Jeep logos as we wanted to buy one for our friends birthday I wish we could have gotten one other than that it is a nice friendly place. When we get in the market for a vehicle this is where my wife and I will come to.

I made an appt Tuesday online for minor service at the first available time on Friday. I left work early to get the work done only to arrive on time to be told the appt time was for consultation to come back at another time for service. Say What?!? That is unacceptable. The service department had all week to call me for a service time and not to miss work for a face to face time to schedule another date for service!
Lacey was my sales person when I made my first purchase in 2018 and she was great! She referred me to Hank Cotton this go round with my trade in since shes in a different department and hes equally just as great! He made sure I got a great upgrade in my same price range. Now Im riding in a brand new 2021 Jeep Cherokee and couldnt be happier. Everyone is super nice and very responsive through email and phone calls if I have any questions. I had scheduled maintenance performed on my Jeep, an oil change, air filter, and cabin air filter with tire rotation. Nothing spectacular about the visit.I rated less than average because the cost was high, I had to wait 10 hours, I did not get a return status text from my service advisor, and when my Jeep was parked in the lot after the service is was parked so close to another vehicle I could not get in on the driver side. It was parked crazy in the parking spot. I am big on customer service and it was less than average in my opinion.The staff was friendly and my Jeep was not dirty after the service. That was a plus but expected. I pay the extra costs because I am looking for top notch technical and customer service.
I bought a low mileage Doge Ram 1500 and I am very pleased with the truck. It was a low mileage 4x4 with lots of nice features. I test drive the Ford F-150 and the Chevy Silverado and the Nissan Titan. The Ram was the best ride. My salesperson was Big Phil and he was very friendly and I felt no pressure at all. It was nice to buy something in my home town of Collierville.
I would highly recommend Rodney Diggons as not only a knowledgeable salesman but the type of non pushy caring person you hope meets you in the parking lot when you start that dreaded car buying thing. He was willing to let me drive as many cars as i wanted and got answers to all my questions. Very professional, courteous and patient.
CCDJ performance on my routine tuneup and tire rotation was superb. In an out in less than an hour. Hats off to you guys.
My experience was just poor to ok. I dropped off my Jeep Wrangler on 6/30 for the following items:1. Steering damper recall2. Oil change3. Lift kit install4. My radio shuts down constantly when it is USB wired to my iPhone.My oil change was done ASAP. The steering damper was on back order and truth be told not even aware if it was done or not. The lift kit parts took a while to come in according to them. The TSB on the radio is apparently no longer serviced by Jeep so my wrangler with only 6K miles has a radio I can’t use the features on; so I’m just stuck with it. How does this even make sense?? Finally, I got my wrangler back on 7/30. So they had it for exactly 30 days and I’m less than pleased with my experience.
I purchased my Grand Cherokee from this location so I went there to get my wipers looked at. Curtis, a tech, was so nice to take 5 minutes to help me. Super nice guy!!!
This horrible dealership was recommended to me to purchase a vehicle for my Aunt 2 weeks ago. . The car was driven to her for over 160 miles instead of towed. The car stopped working 8 days later. They are not willing to do anything about it. NOT even tow it to get it serviced. They are like robots saying the same thing over and over. They could care less about the customer experience. Once they sell the their junk cars they are done. 2016 Ford Fusion should work more than 8 days. Spoke Services managers, general mangers, and others that were willing to do nothing. Do NOT purchase from these people. Their cars are junk and they know it. They are rude and ready to hang up on you even when you are talking intelligently to them. STAY AWAY if you want a good car.

I went in with my husband to pick up his new Ram 1500 Laramie and ended up with a 2021 Dodge Challenger R/T. Everyone was super helpful and answered all the questions I had about the car. Sales Associate Zach and Sales Manager Cornelius went over and above my expectations to try and get the car I wanted. I ended up with a Smokeshow R/T and I absolutely LOVE IT! The purchasing process was smooth and CJ in finance explained everything and made sure I got the deal I wanted.
