I just recently purchased a SUV from this place. I got there a little before closing, and they did not turn me away. In fact, they accommodated me as soon as I pulled up. This first greeting was from a young man with a ball cap (Kevin, I hope is his name), but he told me to come on in and get comfortable. They never mentioned it was closing time. So, I did just that. Jimmy Barber started my application. He was with me on the test drive and was a great person to work with. And then the last person I dealt with was Terry Avant. He was super kind, nice, and engaging. More people came in after me, and they still made sure everybody was taken care of. I hope to buy from them again in the future, I had a great experience at Collierville Auto Center. Nice car lot with even better workers. Please give me the proper name of the young ball cap and shorts fella. His named escaped me, but he was really nice, as well.

Purchased a Vehicle the ending of September 2020 and yet to receive the tags. We keep getting the run around from the dealership. Every day its a different story! I called the Financing Company for assistance. The financing company informed us that the STATE in which we live has not received any title/registration information. They reached out to the dealership and just as we expect NO RESPONSE! This is ridiculous! We should not have to wait nearly 3 months for A TAG!!!! They wanted their down payment money but are not holding up to their end of the bargain.

The Salesman (Q) was fine. General Manager was the problem. As stated in previous reviews, the truck was over-priced. I made a offer and would have worked with them to come up to meet in the middle. I even provided a screen-shot of a newer truck with less miles for less money. GM takes the Salesmans phone and texts back saying he is glad I found a truck somewhere else because my offer is ridiculous. I will never step foot on that lot again.

The store Manager Judy is always rude every time I come to the store. I hate coming in when she’s there. I don’t ever want her to check me out because I have to try so hard not to tell her about how rude she is. She needs more training on interacting with the public. She’s very arrogant and rude. She’s nice to the staff but rude to paying customers.

Bought a car for my daughter in December 2019. Both the salesman Q and Terry in finance told me that the amount paid would include tags and title. Just now getting the paperwork in March 2020 for tags in which I was not planned to pay for. Kept calling to office and either Q is unavailable, not there, on vacation, etc. barely called back. Not concerned at all. Terry basically just wants your money and once they get it he will tell you anything just to make you happy. Will take my money elsewhere to find my next vehicle. Wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to this car lot. Horrible communicators. Once they have your money, don’t expect anything additional, like customer service. Horrible experience. Not a well-run business from my opinion and experience.

Bought a Mini Cooper with no problems. I spent 4000 dollars in the following 3 months fixing everything that suddenly went wrong. Still waiting on my second key, not to mention, it took 2.5 months and several calls to get my license plate and registration. I have asked to speak to the owner/manager 3 times but every time I ask he has just walked out with a customer. This place is shady and the way they do business and handle issues is bound to catch up to them soon. I will not step foot back on this lot.

My dad bought a 2015 Jaguar F-Type (Red) . We are in Saint Louis, MO. It’s been 3 months now, we still have no title. Nothing. Called. Said they would send temp tags, 1 months later. Nothing. We all feel like this company is selling cars with no title. Great cars, Dude that traveled down here was nice and funny but they can’t get a title to save there life.

The automotive department is great as well. Im so glad I choose to buy my car from them and Jose and Mark helped me out a lot with my extended warranty, a great thing to have.

One of the best experiences I have ever had at an auto service center. This place was recommended by Discount Tire and I went there to have the brakes checked out on my Audi. Greg (Service Manager) immediately brought my car in, had the tires removed, and showed me the problem. He didnt try to oversell me on anything which was very refreshing. Greg gave me a tour of the place, let me talk with his detailer, recommended a couple places to have additional work done (that they didnt do), and even gave me his cell number if I ever had any questions. Now thats what I call VIP treatment. Mario was able to turn my rotors, save my pads, and even gave me a ride to work so they could spend the proper time on it. To top it all off, I was even charged less than estimated. They have certainly won my business as well as my respect. There should be another category of review for companies that go this far above and beyond.

I was looking for cars and this place has a website that posts false info to get your info. Don’t be fooled. They want way too much for their vehicles. I would’ve loved to use them because the car salespeople are nice. Sadly, I will be purchasing my car somewhere else. Due to their overpriced cars and false info.

Like everyone else, I originally thought this team of snakes were great people. Never held up to any of their promises and also attempted to keep my money because of their own employees mistakes and incompetence. Wouldnt recommend giving these people a dime and i wouldnt recommend them to even my worst enemy.

Had the vehicle for 2 months without making a payment. The finance company was the problem. In the end, it was the finance company that wasnt going to approve the loan. I drove the vehicle back and turned in the keys without a hassle. Unlike other places, when a deal sours, I didnt experience hate and bitterness. Because of mileage of use of the vehicle< I didnt get my cash down payment back. I would definitely do business again. Id of given them 5 starts, however they need to ditch that finance company.
