Most of the staff here are very nice. Every once in a while, youll get a new worker who doesnt know much. But most are attentive, professional, and hard working.
Chase Bertles helped me and 15 others at the same time. He was the notary and had to re fax the document 4 times but it finally went. Watched him give others superior customer service as well.
I have faithfully used this UPS Store location for 14 years. I generally get good/ok service. Sometimes there is an exceptional day. Sometimes it’s an off day. Today was one of the latter. The young man helping me was irritated that I was sending packages. That they weren’t pre-labeled and that he had to help me. Well pardon me. But that is what your store does - ship packages! Train people to have a smile and servant heart or change jobs. Looking around the store not one person had a smile on their face. I will consider other shipping options in the future. I honestly get better service at the USPS!
Small little store. Service is usually pretty fast. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful.
Ive been here a few times. I knew what I wanted and how I wanted my packages shipped. The manager was rude and said that whoever quoted me that was wrong and I explained that I had been in twice prior with the same type of packages. He then proceeded to tell me that whoever did it was wrong. He pulled out his tape measure and sure enough I was right. Then the other staff member started assisting me. She explained that she was new and I told her that was alright. She asked another coworker a question and the manager came back around. He then proceeded to talk down to the staff member that was helping me. He told her that if she had a question to not just stand there to ask for help. I asked her if he always talks to his staff like that and she nodded.
Store was clean but employees were not welcoming at all! I am amusing they are very unhappy! I walked in to drop off a prepaid package. I got in line and waited while the young girl was helping another customer. When she finished, I waited for her to finish then I walked up to the counter. The young girl looked at me so, I handed her my package, she took it, printed me a receipt and then walked away. She never spoke one word to me! Nothing!! So rude!
Always liked UPS stores until i came to this one. I have had a couple times when boxes where delivered and I go inside and they forget to give me one nor do they email me a package arrived. Then this week was not acceptable at all, I came in on February 4th and renewed my box for 3 months which actually had a price increase then yesterday I checked my UPS tracking number on a box sent to me it said delivered then return to sender. I was confused and went to my UPS store and they gave me a number to call which was the Bryan TX UPS hub. After speaking to them a few times my box was noted return to sender box owner no longer at address. I called my local UPS store and had them verify my PO box and the statement back was yes we are working on updating the system to show you renewed but i paid a month ago for renewal and spent about 2 hours today tracking my own box, driving the the UPS hub and back home. This is not acceptable at all. Please let me know what can be done as Im paying more for a service not being fulfilled. Update i called today February 23rd and still they say on the computer i show as closed. Wake up UPS store i paid almost 4 weeks ago to renew, how they said they will call the ups mailbox manager. You cost me a lot of money sending so many things back. Who is the owner here? See pictures below
Just wanted to share that this store goes out of its way to help customers. I needed to mail via the USPS a return package but wanted to avoid the post office due to COVID-19. Use this store somewhat often, so went in and asked if I could leave the package with them to get to USPS. Not only did they say yes, the young man said he would tape the box up (I didnt have any tape at home), tape the return slip on it, and get it out to USPS - PLUS I had a mislabeled package that USPS dropped at my house and he even took that for me too - what a blessing to get all those done by a special UPS clerk - thanks so much! Use this store if you need to send packages anywhere!
Very disappointed with this location! I was in there today around 2pm with my elderly aunt and a man in front of me was not wearing a mask. My aunt saying whatever comes to her mind in her sweet little voice stated he is not wearing his mask The man turned around felt his pockets and condescindingly said Oh I must have left it in my car The clerk then stated they recommend it but dont enforce it. Are you kidding me...you dont enforce a state mandate! How is that possible. This is how Covid continues to spread in our area is because people are not wearing their masks and not enforcing a state mandate in the local business. Come On Bryan/College Station we can do better than this!
Customer service was very helpful in packaging my Amazon return.
I have had problems in this UPS store, never receiving an email when packages arrive or not given all packages when I come to the store. I have emailed the owner but he has never replied either. Communication is poor to say the least.
Went to mail a package and asked about a mailing service that staff could not answer. If you work in the shipping business you should know the answers to those questions and the girl was rude.
My wifes father (WWII, Korea, Vietnam vet) recently passed away age 92, and we needed an urgent notarized document for transmittal to a Corpus Christi financial institution. Mr MARCUS SALES went out of his way to help us on 6/2/20, which eased the stress related to the loss of my wifes Dad. Mr Sales is an outstanding young man and his demeanor and streling character reflect greatly on himself and UPS. Thanks again Marcus!
Walked in, instantly greeted, had 3 separate items to return to Amazon with 3 separate bar codes, 1 of which I had a printed copy for, guy was polite, scanned my barcodes, handed me my receipt, and said have a good day.I think I spent more time typing this review than I did in the store. (Which was nice because it smelled like wet carpet in there.)
I always dealt with this UPS store when I lived in CS until I moved away in 2016 back to Nashville. I am now setting up my US based address in Nov 2019.Guess who I picked to take care of my shipping? This one!
These people are lying scumbags. Drew is a real piece of garage. We shipped a very expensive watch to a customer and when he got it, he claimed he received a book. After we got the box back, we discovered that it was not even the same box we brought to the UPS Store to package and ship for us.Drews response was to conspire with the person(s) who may have scammed us in blaming it all on us to avoid liability for his store. Then he added insult to injury by calling me and trying to feed me a bunch of lies about a delay in UPS processing the stores insurance claim on the watch, when in fact he had put the blame on us with UPS corporate.Avoid these scumbags like they have the plague. They cannot be trusted. On top of that they are way over priced. I no longer suspect the customer as it is obvious now who the real culprit(s) are! I dont know who owns both the UPS store on Longmire and Texas, but he or she needs to spend more time at the stores and clean house of the morons and thieves.
Fast, efficient, and friendly. They go the extra mile -- When I accidentally tried to return a box with a fed x label, they sealed the box, put the label in a clear plastic envelope, and taped it on the box so that I was able to simply drop it off at fed x instead of waiting in a slow line. My local UPS store is the best!
Three guys in the store and no one knew how to work the copy machine and didnt try too hard or seem bothered. The guy who was helping me States, Its the machinery and the know how which we dont have. They said no one ever comes to make copies and we never use that machine. OHe admitted none of them have the knowledge to work it. Dont advertise what you cant provide. The UPS in Bryan always helps with printing study guides for school and etc.
Lost a return package and now I am out a few hundred dollars since Marcus at the store said its their policy not to give new tracking info on return to sender boxes. Great logic..
Wow, this store is so great! Marcus was super helpful in making sure all of my packages were labeled and packaged correctly for each of my Amazon returns.
Great customer service!
Ive been sending and returning things through them for many years, as they are much closer and less busy than the College Station post office. My only issue are generally UPS pricing which they dont control, but they will also ship prepaid US Post Offices packages for free. FAXES which somehow still exist can be sent and received there. They are quick, courteous and professional. While there visit my favorite Chinese restaurant Jins, and pick up a gallon of milk at Krogers. And no, I have no relationship with them than being a long time customer.
I ship a lot through all carriers. The team thats at this location now is fast and courteous. They know what they are doing and move quickly.
Great experience every time we go! Fast, professional & very friendly! Highly recommend this location!
Awesome service !! Very friendly and welcoming
Friendly, fast and good service here
If I could give it no stars, I would. They must hire semi-functional retards. If someone asks you for a rectangular box longer than all of the given dimensions, does it matter which side is the length, width, and height? If you dont know, go to work for UPS.Their customer service was passive-aggressively rude, and their quote was $45 more expensive than FedEx. No wonder theyre in the tank while other services are doing well.
Fast and friendly staff
