This is a reputable company. They shipped the same day as purchased to my FFL thru GUNBROKER. Easy to make contact by phone and email. They answered my calls and responded in minutes to my emails.

Won a bid seven days ago, sent money six days ago. Have tried to make contact, but they have not responded. This is extremely poor customer service, the lack of communication makes me think they have just STOLEN my money.Please avoid this location at all costs.A young boy called and informed me that he was upset at my review and now has cancelled the transaction. It is a shame this company had a young inexperienced customer service representative call and cry about a review. They may be a family owned business, but the young boy has no business dealing with customers. I did get upset when he said out of the blue, I will not ship the item. They claim to be sending a refund, I am not holding my breath on that.They say I threatened them, well if saying you will post a review is a threat, they need to shut down Joseph is the young boy I believe.This place is a rip off.

I do not have enough kind things to say about the staff at Boss Firearms and Boss Firearms as a whole. Every time I call to place an order or ask a question they are always able and willing to help. They ensure my questions are answered before I hang up. They make you feel apart of their family! I highly recommend them to anyone I know or anyone reading this review! Purchased an expensive HK part on Gunbroker. Received a formal invoice by email the next day and tracking when my order shipped. I was concerned that the default picture in the auction was a new old stock part. I received a brand new part in factory packaging. I couldnt be happier with my purchase. This company should not be trusted. BRAND NEW credit card and his company was the first purchase on December 1 2020, December 2 2020 I had over 1500 $ charged to my card. I called to find out what could have happened to which he responded with a lie that I caught him in (im a computer programmer) to which he then admitted the truth. He then went on to blame the website gunbroker and it HAD to be their fault. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS MAN OR HIS COMPANY. you will definitely be cheated, lied to, and taken advantage. when reported to local authorities they said they already have a file on him so I know this wasnt the first and sure it wont be the last.
