Taylor was very helpful and was able to even lower our plan per month with upgrading to the Premium unlimited data plan. Also Taylor was able to help me out to get the new iPhone and pay less per month.

We had a great experience with Stanley McMurray! I waited and waited to make the switch from my old carrier that I had been with for 20 years. Stanley was patient over months of me promising I was coming in to take the plunge. My only regret is that I didnt do it sooner!I was pleasantly surprised when we finally came in to find that Verizon was more competitive in pricing than I thought. The prices and promotions were great. And the service cant be matched. All the sales people were happy and helpful, even when they knew I was working with Stanley. They all treated me as if I were their direct customer when I would spring questions on them.Stanley patiently helped all five of us as we went back and forth deciding whether to upgrade or keep the phones we had. People are ready to help you, amazing service, they take the time to answer all questions, they change my plan now it is more expensive instead of been a better plan, so I don’t think is better to go back to have the Verizon serviceBe careful and ask, they don’t let you know that your payment will be more that you are expecting. So be careful, if you want to go back to have their service

These folks are GREAT. The staff know their stuff and genuinely work, even getting creative at times, to ensure that we get the best deals and service options. Many, many years ago, in another state, I dropped Verizon because of some very rude treatment (VERY rude). We came back to them and have had a stellar experience for 10+ years.

I was pleasantly shocked to see her in this location. If I need anything else from a Verizon store, I’ll definitely call first and drive to whichever location she’s working.

I have bought my last 2 phones from this location and just pre-ordered my 3rd. While they dont have the largest selection of cases and such, they make up for it with friendly and helpful staff.

Irving was a complete lifesaver!!! He helped in between my sons baseball game, his phone screen locked up and Irving helped fix it and bc we did not have masks he gave us two, in return we bought a charger, but Verizon you have a star employee here, give him a raise or management. It is nice to see someone nice and helpful and fixed the issue.

Overall good experience, until the end I was offered a free 40$ screen protector to go with 1200$ phone.They charged me 40$ and when confronted a couple days later when I noticed it they said oh no we waived our 40$ setup fee.The 40$ setup fee was not verizon’s activation fee, I still paid that. It was basically a fee for turning the phone on and then letting me type in my apple Id so the backup would download.I know valuable setup service I would maybe have paid 35$ for but 40$...?it was such exceptional service until that little switcharoo scam. I’ll be purchasing all new phones online from now and not supporting local

My husband and I had to get new phones because ours had cracked screens etc and Cassie was AMAZING! She helped us to lower our monthly bill, get phone cases, a glass protector and upgrade to some amazing phones for an awesome deal! I have never saved so much money getting new phones! She was also very genuine, accommodating with our daughter, and could tell her main priority was us! Would DEFINITELY recommend asking for Cassie when going to the tower point branch!
