My husband and I have been using metro for a while now and struggled with coverage. We stuck it out hoping it would improve. At last I could no longer use my phone for basically anything. The service and the phone were useless. So I went in to the store and asked for help. I was told my phone was discontinued due to a defect so they obviously couldnt give me a replacement of the same phone. I asked about a replacement of similar cost and quality. They said absolutely not, Id have to purchase a new phone out of pocket at full price. My husband, friend, and I start quietly trying to brainstorm if perhaps we should look into other options since the phone is no longer functional and they refused to replace it. The rep inside the store begins suggesting other providers and their locations in a rude and catty manner. What kind of employee urges customers to quit their business?! I was so angry with her attitude it sealed the deal. I was only lightly considering switching before that little tantrum. After, my mind was made up. I went right to Verizon and switched immediately. So much better.

This store has great service and good selection of accessories and phones. Leslie was very nice and attentive and helped me find the exact phone and accessories I needed. Definitely recommend stopping by here for good customer service and quick access to anything you need for electronics!

I bought my niece a phone from here, and they provided excellent customer service. It’s a place where you can count on friendly staff that has the customer’s needs in the forefront.

This location required that I purchase $30 worth of accessories. I was able to talk them down to $25. Why should I be required to by their cheaply made over priced phone case and screen cover? I was told that judging by the coverage map I would definitely have service at my house. Unfortunately that was not the case. I brought the phone and all accessories back for a refund within 2 days. The sale rep informs me that she will not be able to refund me for the accessories. She ended up calling her manager and even the manager would not authorize the refund. So basically they misled me on coverage and still got to keep some of my hard earned money and Im left with nothing. Not the proper way to do business. If you have to do business with Metro Pcs I would definitely find a location that does not require the purchase of accessories.

I used to be a Metro PCS customer years ago. I never liked it then and I still dont now. Its a great starter phone service or for kids. The service signal is atrocious throughout the United States. Their are so many things in fine print and loops to theyre deals. I stopped but to buy a phone as a gift the site was poorly stocked and the customer service was worse than awful. Needless to say I left without purchasing a thing. Theyre phones and accessories are cheap quality and overpriced. Unless you need a phone badly I wouldnt get a Metro phone.
