Buying our new phones with Kelly was an enjoyable experience. He displayed knowledge and patience in getting the best deal for us. He thoroughly explained the difference in the phones and helped decide what the best match would be for us. Then he completely broke down the costs and advised me of the total cost and the impact of our monthly statement. All in all it was a good experience thank you, Kelly for a job well done.

Service was awesome in-store, the workers are amazing. George was great, understanding, and patient with me.My issue is with the company. I mistakenly was charged $800, fixed the issue after THREE calls to costumer service. By the time they fixed my bill I had over $100 in late fees and my phone was disconnected due to none payment. Then I couldn’t even call costumer service till my bill was paid (which makes absolutely no sense). I’m irritated that AT&T made a mistake with my bill and I had to go to the store twice to fix it. My phone was disconnected for a week because of the mistake that AT&T made. Yet, I dont get any sort of discount or refund for my troubles just a “we’re sorry”. It’s quite ridiculous.

Really great customer service! Terri was very helpful and patient with us! She was positive and friendly and a problem solver. She was absolutely wonderful in helping us with our phone issues.

The staff was attentive and communicated well that they had a little bit of a wait. Chris was very honest and let me know the best deals that I had in front of me and let me know my wait time for my phone. He was also very aware and made sure i new that sometimes the dates may change and come in sooner or later that what is guessed. He was a honest sales man and made my time at the store enjoyable!

I had Brandon help us along with a trainee. My husband and I were switching from Sprint and I was going to walk out because there was important information on my phone that I couldnt afford to lose if I traded in my phone. Brandon and his colleague proceeded to tell me I can back up all my information. Once they told me that I was so excited and made the switch with my husband and I. We even got some great accessories to go with our new iPhones. Brandon was very knowledgeable of everything and answered all our 21 thousands questions. I highly recommend him and his colleague for helping us.

I accidentally washed my phone in the washing machine, and Makie was extremely helpful in helping me to replace my phone.

I had a good experience twice recently at the At&t Texas Ave location in College Station. First visit Steven helped my wife and me order screen protectors using a warranty service. He was polite, patient, very helpful and answered all our questions. The next visit was with Jorge, who quickly helped me by installing the screen covers. He greeted me, did the installation himself, and did not require me to wait for the next consultant. Once again, polite, patient and prompt.Impressed by these two young men and the helpful service they provided!

I went to this location and dealt with Steven Gonzalez on a Saturday evening. Time was NO object for him. He answered multiple questions between me and my husband and never seem put out with us at all. The sad news is that he will be leaving, but the good news is he will still be with AT&T in Dallas. This was such a positive experience, I contacted his manager Nathan Kus. They are both wonderful people. Definitely a great, positive way to get service.

Not sure that I got the best service. The guy was nice enough, he just didnt think the tablet we brought could work with any of their plans as a phone. And neither did the colleague he checked with.. I know that is not the case, but I am done with AT&T after this and overpaying for many years. Will migrate to a different provider as soon as possible. Didnt give them 1 star only because the reps were very nice.

Anthony was so friendly as I walked in the door. Even though there were people in line, he quickly assessed that those people were being taken care of and he personally took care of me. He was most polite and very personal. He explained the plans to me and made sure I understood before going on to the next step. These guys missed out on over $1,000 sale on new Samsung device + accessories last Friday (4pm August 20). Employee with no name tag was outright Thuggish. Best Buy down the road Gladly replaced my broken phone with a new one.
