Great services and quality customer services, they went above and beyond to help me with my repair. I brought my vehicle for service, I didnt know i still have extended warranty on the vehicle i purchased .they call and get the information and was able to make the repair that would have cost me thousand of dollars but with their help i only have to pay for is my deductible. i cant thank them enough to for this help during tough time like this.if you go there please see Daniel or Roland, these guys will help you out
PAS Automotive is my go-to garage. Having been a student at the University of Maryland in College Park, the location of this car garage proved to be vital when I needed a repair on my daily driver. Roland, is a very knowledgeable person and was always there when I had any questions, comments, or concerns. Unlike many other garages, PAS really treats you like family and never tries to take advantage of you. I would highly recommend this place!
I have been a customer here for years. Their work is not always the best but they were always willing to correct their mistakes in the past. This last time I went there was a new manager and he was rude and did not repair my car correctly. I took my car in because I got a code indicating that I needed a 02 sensor replaced. They initially said that it would take a few hours. About 10 minutes later they said I was ready to go. As soon as I pulled off the same code popped back up. I called them immediately and was advised to bring the car back which I did. They initially refused to look at the car then they simply used the device to clear the code without doing any repair or examination. Again I left and the code came back. I called and spoke to the shop owner and he agreed to a full refund but never refunded my money. I then filed a dispute with my bank and the shop denied offering a refund. I have reported them to the BBB.They lost a loyal customer of at least 5 years.
Brought in my car to have my front left axel replaced. The customer service experience was fast and pleasant enough - until I picked it up.Brought the car back to my house, less than a block away. Took it out that night and within 3 minutes, the car begins rapidly slowing down, the tires won’t respond to the engine. I only barely manage to pull the car into a parking lot where I call PAS. They sound annoyed over the phone but send me the number of a tow truck. I call and wait for over two hours in the cold for the truck to arrive. Keep in mind that I’m no more than a few blocks down the road from PAS.I call the next morning and they tell me “we’re looking at it, we’ll call you when we figure it out.” Three hours later I call them again. “We’re done dude.” Tells me that the part he ordered “was too small.” Nothing else.Would definitely not bring my car back here again.
After purchasing a coupon for an oil change, calling, scheduling online, and emailing, I came to my scheduled appointment which they refused to confirm online and not only did they refuse to do my oil change that day, they refused to give me an appointment. for the next 3 mo. (my coupon is good for 3 mo). The coupon states the shop has to refund me at least the price I paid, but they told me to contact the place I purchased the coupon (they said contact PAS). Do not waste your time with this shop. They basically stole my money and refused to change my oil. Completely unacceptable.
This place does a great job and they are caring and mindful of peoples finical difficulties that often arise with car issues. Understanding and reasonably priced

I got my oil changed here yesterday. This place gets an absolute zero for customer service. Two days ago when I came here a man passed my car 3 times, looked at me and kept going. After no one came up to my car to ask if they could help me I started to get out of my car to find someone. The man I mentioned came over to me. It was the owner! He tells me to come back the next day. Two employees are outside. Like the owner, they dont greet me. They dont smile. They dont identify themselves or ask how they can help me. I ask them whos in charge. They actually conferred before one sent the other inside to get the owner. The owner comes out FIVE MINUTES later asking if I needed my battery charged. IM NOT MAKING THIS UP! I had to walk through the work area to do paperwork and make my payment. If I had another Groupon I probably would not choose to go here again.

Located in College Park MD, at Exxon station, literally in walking distance from the University of Maryland campus.First and foremost the owner Daniel knows the business well. He has excellent customer service skills and is very knowledgeable. He gives it to you straight, lets you know upfront what he can do for your vehicle and for you. He is willing work to with you and give you guidance and sound advice so that you can make an informed decision. He will talk with your insurance company and/or warranty company to handle that business, so you can be worry free. I recently had a terrible experience with the Darcars Nissan shop. Daniel had my car towed from their shop to his, fixed the problem and also repaired my broken sideview mirror which I did not even ask and guess what... I did not pay a dime for any of the services! He actually made a way for me to get money back for the trouble I had with Darcars Nissan. At Phamatic Automotive services, you can expect Daniel to give you an explanation of what is going on with your vehicle, and an estimated timeline of when you can expect to get back on the road. Daniel and his technician definitely meet and exceeds the expectation of a mechanic shop. He is trustworthy, experienced, knowledgeable, reliable, kind, caring and also has good sense of humor. This is the only place for me and my car!
Very unprofessional. They confirmed appointment the day before then left me waiting in the cold for nearly an hour before even sending a courtesy text letting me know what was going on. Don’t schedule appointments you can’t keep. Never going back.
I havent had a bad experience here. I have gotten my oil changed here a few times and had some work done on my car. I always felt like I was treated fairly and honestly.
I usually never leave horrible reviews or good reviews. But this is probably worst experience I had at car center.So because i had to be at work at 1pm. I made appointment at 11:45 am for oil change. Oil change does not take more than 1hr or so. I arrived at 11:40 am. They tell me that there is 2 walk in guest ahead of me. My thought is what is the point of making reservation. I texted owner who accepted appointment, he tells me he cant wait for me to arrive so he accepted another customer. But i arrived 5 minutes before my appointment.On top of missing the delivery of promise of appointment, Receptionist is inefficient even in front of frustrated guest. She realized that they dont have the part in store that they need for their car. It took awhile for part to arrive i understand thats not something you can control. But she could had put the order in as soon as she knew if they did not have the part in house so that it can expedite the service. After all the hoops to jump through, Well i ended up getting out at 2 pm. Hour late for what i had be after this. The owner and their attendants really needs to look up definition of appointment. It was just awful experience overall. And the attitude of what am I supposed to do by the receptionist and owner really didnt help.
