For the last several years I have gone to this location for my company car service and my personal car. They are always very busy but give realist times frames and generally I’m always in and out. I see some other women leave reviews of saying women are taken advantage of. I have watched the staff with other women as I wait and they always fully explained what they know is going on with the vehicle at that time. My experience has always been the same I come in for a service and never given the pretense there is anything wrong. Even though I have an in depth understanding of cars there is no way the staff knows that. Mr. White is always the same and I appreciate all the staff as well. If my tires air is a little low they top it off unlike the Shell up the street that charges 1.00$ per tire for air!!!!

On the day when I arrived at Coopers Tires I had a blow oit around the corner from the shop I called Coopers and told them what happen they told me to drive very safely and slowly when I arrived I had not had my tires rotated since purchase last year a very expensive lesson for me to get my tires rotated every 5,000 miles hey took care of me and a customer gave me a coupon for oil change thanks to Coopers Tires for helping me in a timely manner.

Nice smiling, wrong service by purpose.Never been serious.Just a little touch to hide the real problem just to bring back for more money.He doesnt say the real reason of the problem.I wish God will destroy him and his business as soon as possible.

Owner is a Real nice guy but the people that work under him are Crooked. Came in to have Tires Mounted and a wash and detail. Got there before 12 and didnt leave til around 6 because they claim they couldnt get the rim hubs off which i understand but the reason for the bad review is that when i got my car back The antenna was bent (due to them taking it through a machine wash next door) and later when i got home i realized that something valuable i left in the car was missing from where i left it. Not something that cant be replaced but still you try to support a Black Business and this is what you get. That will be my first and Last time going to this Place!

Horrid. I spent over $700 on tires to find out they didnt offer road hazard repair on them when I purchased them (they do now). I had to pay 15.00 to get my tire plugged. This is why I have to take my time, talent and $$$ to those other guys. When you purchase tires all of that is included. I really want to give 0 stars. #shady #neveragain

Ive been coming to this place since before it was Cooper Tires, way back in the late 90s when was Fantastic Tires and Auto repair.., later (Good year Tire, and auto repair) up until what it is today (3/26/). Trust me when I tell you, this is not the place to save for your cheap everyday car maintenance. Use your home garage (youtube dyi:..) or neighborhood mechanic can handle most fluid changes, such as oil, wind shield wiper, power steering, or anything you can buy at Auto Zone and install without using a tool .. do it yourself. These guys are top line mechanics, and when you take your car for service, youre going to pay for top line service. Hence, if you want to maximize your time and money reserve your trip to Cooper Tire auto, for when your check engine light comes on, or some other major malfunction that you cant handle (requires tools, and unloosing stuff) and shouldnt trust a non-certified mechanic to touch. These guys have state of the art equipment, a well organized customer intake process that will allow you to wait in a relatively comfortable lounge, and can time out most jobs so that you can decide to wait or comeback when the job is complete. Rarely have they not been able to diagnose a problem which I had with one of my cars that needed to be adjusted from my first cost estimate, in fact, it only happened once with a sensor of some sort, and that was to inform me of another issue which I may have wanted to address since they were able to uncover the problem in the course of fixing the original issue. All and all, Cooper Tires & Auto, is not a bargain-discount back-ally shop youre not going to barter, or strike up a side deal from the home-boy network . They will work with you regarding tires as they also have associate partners within a network that may carry a cheaper brand, with less miles on the performance warranty. What you will get from Cooper Tires, is top line service from certified techs, working with state of the art equipment in a timely and efficient manner. Usually the first estimate is the most accurate, however, as with all automotive jobs sometimes you have to reassess a situation once you get the car on the rack and open it up. In cases where this has happen to me, I was alerted before hand, given all possible costs that may come about, and a choice to proceed or comeback latter without additional cost. If you want reliable service that wont have you revisiting for the same thing or else theyll cover the store warranty at 100%, goto Cooper Tire & Auto, I guarantee you wont be lied to, and customer satisfaction is their guarantee.M. Beware of their kindnessn the owner is kind and the whole staff is polite. But they are overpriced Crooks hiding behind a smile, and if I had to bet none of the outside mechanics are mechanically certified.

This location takes advantage of women. They seem to come off friendly, but its a facade. The process is extremely long in identifying the problem and then the problem is never fixed but the bill adds up. That is the goal. Please avoid this location at all costs!!

This shop and some of the employees seem real shady and untrustworthy; cant put my finger on why - other than to say that my vehicle does not drive as well as it did before taking it to them! They try to be intimidating with their overly loud voices as they discuss your particular repair job, and/or brush off questions you have about your car or their repair of your car. Excessive fees for their work, and I believe they will switch parts (like tires): I know they will outright lie to you! But never again to me!!👎
