I regret not getting the name of the woman working the desk because she was the sweetest human on the planet. Seriously, she was the epitome of good customer service. On top of that, the repairs to my exhaust cost far less than I was expecting and I was in and out very quickly! I will definitely be back to this location next time I need something fixed.

Manager shows up late and employees lock customers out of the building to wait until he arrives since hes the only one who can take service orders. Give this place your money only if you enjoy being treated poorly and have plenty of time to wait around for the store to open late.

I enjoyed the test before the diagnostic test to assist in finding out whats going on with the car... No overnight storage fee was very helpful in a time of need... The staff is wonderful too. (I suggest each and everyone of us (everybody) should know something about your own car at least)...

After years of going to terrible mechanic shops it was refreshing to come in here and get my problem fixed without hassle. The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and honest about prices and procedures. I dont let just anybody work on my car b/c thats my A&B but her and the tall black guy with airpods in (I think he might have had locks not sure) that fixed my flex pipe on my Lexus es300 made feel comfortable. Only charged me 280 something for it while other shops were telling my I need a whole new flex pipe which wouldve costed over $800. Im a little concerned when going to New shops for the first time but the guy that welded the new piece on to my flex pipe showed me what work he did and explained things to where I understood. Oh and before they even did the repair they even took a look at the issue for FREE or rather gave me a free quote as they would say. They said the repair would take 1hour but was finished in 30mins. It was also raining this day so I mean it was just all around great service. They actually look like they wanted to be there. Wish I had got their names for this review so the can get their credit.

I came in and received a diagnostics, later came back to have work done on what was provided during diagnostics, waited 3 hours after being told the wait was less than an hour, they test drove my vehicle and said my issue was resolved. Not even 20 minutes after leaving i noticed my issue was not resolved. Brought it back few days later when i had the time just for them to tell me what the REAL issue was and wanted to charge me for a second service after the first one they suggested didn’t work. The woman at the front desk had nothing to say other than she understood how i felt but never offered to make things right. Diagnose the right way or at least be willing to correct your company’s mistake.

I went to Midas concerned with a car leakage, they made me wait for about 2 hours to finally look at my car. They did not even lift the car, they said go check with the company that changed your oil last time.They were not willing to check where the fluid was leaking from.Very disappointed and would not recommend anyone to use this place to check your car.

I have always thought Midas operated with integrity which is why I have trusted them in the past with most of my vehicle repair service. It was convenient because they are open on Saturdays. However, today they tried it!!! My car was leaking coolant and as I figured I needed a hose replaced. They boldly gave me an invoice for $346.31 which included a $12.99 price for the hose, $110 to add coolant, why I asked “because it takes a long time” was the answer I was given and the remaining costs absorbed by labor and taxes!!! Seriously!!!! 😡🤯🙄😱 Prior to my dad’s health decline he taught his daughter a thing or two. I knew to ask for my keys. I literally drove 2 minutes down to Conquest Auto and was able to have my car repaired for an honest $110. We work hard for our money and I will not allow distrustful business practices to steal mine. To think of the countless number of unknowledgeable individuals they’ve robbed is mind blowing.

Took car in for Muffler repair and left it overnight. Door panel was damaged when I picked it up and they didnt take responsibility for the damage.

Terrible waited over 6 hours for my car to not be fixed and my brakes are still squeaking. Work staff is so terrible

Worst experience. I honestly feel like this shop is the worst. Brought in a vehicle to be repaired it left in worst condition than when it was brought in and charged for parts that was not authorized.

Overall I like Midas as a company . I been going to the kennesaw, Ga location since 2017. Since I moved I decided to give this location a try. Overall it was a bit expensive, and it took longer than expected . But the team was professional. And Shelly was amazing, she had a friendly demeanor and was overall excellent at explaining everything I needed . As well as the mechanic that worked on my car. Will definitely be coming back .

Bad service. I left it over there for 3 days to get the brakes and windows fixed. They couldn’t fix the window and told me it was ready for pickup, I went there to pick up my Toyota because I assumed they fixed my brakes. I spoke to the receptionist about everything and she came to realize that my brakes were not fixed. 3/10 poor service. Went to the dealership instead to get everything I needed complete in timely fashion.

Absolutely awful ...they give you one wait time but do another. I waited over 5 hours trying to get my vehicle serviced and the quality still wasnt worth it. I will never go back to this place...

Just came in at 3:40 to get an oil change and was told they couldnt do it because they close at 4pm. If Im correct the closing time it the time your taking the last person not to turn anyone down 20 min before the time you close. Poor customer service

The Customer service Is great, but I came to get my car repaired not to be social and Midas on Old National did not get the job done😥 I normally try to save money by using local mechanics in my neighborhood but this time I wanted to take it to a professional establishment warranty I paid 650$ on 8-5-20 only to have the exact same issue on 9-14-20. If you value your time and money go to AAMCO in the beginning or choose a Midas in a different location. Midas always has me taken care of, no matter what I need done. Im a bit of a shade tree mechanic I tend to do everything I need to on my vehicle, but whenever I do something that is out of my expertise I love coming to this specific Midas because theyre people always have me taken care of the people who run this place are amazing.

I have been coming to the Old National location for a few years. The staff is great and very thorough, no sugar coating on car issues, they give it to you straight. Service is within the time promised and correct. Prices are reasonable compared to other shops. I would most definitely recommend.

The staff was friendly and courteous, wait time was decent. Have no complaints regarding the service. However, I’m extremely disappointed in the fact that the shop does not accept coupons from Midas’ corporate website itself. Even though the website shows them as a participating location. And even the envelope they put your receipt in, encourages you to visit the midas website for coupons and promotions.That’s false advertisement.Again, zero issues with the staff and service.

So far so good, very friendly staff. Smiles from the time you walk through the door, love the personalities. Robert is a hoot and knowledgeable. This is my first time here and hope my car wont explode after leaving.

Ok...this was the best experience. Free diagnostic, warm cozy center, very knowledgeable staff. They fixed my catalytic converter which was improperly installed an took less time than others shops to do the work. Owner was very sweet and it was affordable.

The customer service is always excellent. However, the service this time was questionable. I went in for a full-service oil change today. I dropped my car off and walked to run an errand. I was told that they would call me when the service was dine. That call never came. Then, when I checked, my fluids had not been topped off, the maintenance required message was still on, and there was an oily handprint on the hood.As I had already driven off, I called the shop and spoke to Robert who assured me that I could come back at my earliest convenience and they would correct any issues. Ill update this review after they make the necessary corrections.

They keep telling me it’s one thing about my Honda Civic and not fixing my car that I’ve paid for! I’ve been spending a lot of money just for them to tell me they don’t know what’s wrong with it! They said they fix everything to fix my engine light so it won’t come on this is my third visit on the same part I’ve paid for to have the engine light I’m up here every week to make sure they fix my car! I’m highly upset

Robert was absolutely great to deal with. He took his time giving a very fair and honest assessment of a used car I considered buying (I didnt buy it). He saved me significant cost and frustration and gave me excellent additional advice. The shop is conveniently located and they are very easy to deal with. I highly recommend!

This location has wonderful people working here. The customer service and telephone etiquette is THE primary reason why I chose this location. After I spoke with 4 other companies (good year, pensoil and 2 other non brand name places), I chose this location because the gentleman on the phone I think his name was Taylor was very knowledgeable courteaous and polite. he was very informative and very calm and not mean and yelling in my ear like the other places. I received excellent service from the gentlemen at this Midas. I walked in for an oil change and they got me in in 5 minutes. The oil change took about 20 minutes and the price was about average for what I would pay anywhere else. They also gave me a heads up about some other problems they noticed about my car that needed my attention. They were all very nice and seemed like good people. Over all would highly recommend this location. I will be sure to return for my next oil change.

Got a oil change for 77 dollars ... next day I noticed my panel under my car was dragging on the grand on sat ... I brought my car back Midas and they told me that it was my fault because I ran over something... wow 😯.. my mind is blown!!!! Than they zip tide it back !!! Now I have go to dealership and spend 300 to fix this !!!

Robert was friendly but this location would not honor their corporate online special ($19.99 conventional oil change) with free tire rotation. Because they wouldnt comply, I called the next nearest Midas (Fayetteville GA) and was told that every Midas was required to honor any special that the corporate office advertised. Midas in Fayetteville GA knows how to treat their customers. They were friendly, courteous and valued customer satisfaction.

Robert provides excellent customer service! They have very reasonable rates and make efforts to reduce costs to customers where able. Did my brakes for significantly less than I had been quoted elsewhere and for extra good service, noted a nail in my tire and repaired that free of charge. Thanks guys!

Best service....EVER! Thought I had a flat tire and all the guys were awesome, smiling, and so helpful. As a woman, I was worried that i would be taken advantage of but they guys walked me through it. They explained everything to me and were HONEST! They have a customer out of me for LIFE!!!

I went in for for an oil change and received superb service, not to mention the guy behind the front desk was extremely nice! My car was given a simple inspection and I was immediately notified about my windshield wipers that were worn out and my tire was over inflated in which I received new wiper blades and some air was let out of my tire. I will recommend Midas to my family and friends and most definitely will be returning for service on my car.

Will definitely return. Ive been to tons of mechanic shops and treated horribly but everyone here was professional and pleasant. Needed my lean condition ( if you ever get a lean code you know it can be tormenting as a day in Hell to find AND fix using old school methods) checked out, they got me in, gave diagnostic pro bono so ill be returning with future business.

These fantastic people restored my faith in humanity today. I’m in the army and was in the area on duty and had a vehicle part brake that would have left me stranded. I called at least 6 shops including vehicle specific shops and no one could or would help me and kept giving me a corporate run around. Not only did they go out of their way to help me but it was probably the best experience I’ve ever had in an auto shop. They were extremely friendly and courteous and the price was beyond generous compared to other shops which would have taken days to help me at the two locations that actually could do the work. I wish I lived in this area because they would most definitely have all of my business.

Excellent Customer Service! If it can be done for free, theyll do it. If there is a less expensive way to get something done, theyll suggest it. Family owned and you can tell they take a lot of pride in that.They really improved my perception of chain mechanics.

I waited 2 hours to get 2 spark plugs replaced. I didnt see anyone touching my car after an hour. The guy who was working on it at first seem to be on some type of drugs. They tell me that $845 of work is needed and $215 to replace 2 spark plugs!!!

I have found this establishment to be fair in its pricing, speedy in repairs and good customer service.

I was asked what oil my car takes and I didnt know, so he wouldnt take my vin number over the phone to help me come to the results of how much would my oil change be before I make a trip. What happened to good customer service this morning because I didnt receive any!

My dad took his car to a mechanic (Anything Automotive) who charged him $150.00 just to look at his car. Then told him the issue was the break line, so for another $150.00 he said he fixed it. On the way home he heard a clicking noise, took it back to the mechanic and they wanted to charge my dad more money saying it was a new issue. Dad took car to Midas, they found the break line rubbing on inter tire area and fixed it for free. Go to Midas, they were very kind and helpful.

We love the Midas on Old National Hwy. We stopped here in a bind on our way out of town for vacation in 2012(ish) when our tire was “wobble wobble wobble”. Whoever had changed our tires before didn’t tighten them - WTH! Anyways, the tightened us up, no charge, and back on our way. Ever since then my husband and I have come here - hit a pothole and busted the plastic guard under my car, oil changes, I even come bc my car’s headlights are really hard to change. Sitting here now and an employee just gave me a great rec to deal with Prius’ headlight issues - cheaper than the product I was super proud I had found. Bob and his son and all the workers here have always been nothing but amazing to work with. Thanks y’all!

The Midas cent at Old National highway in college park Ga is a total Rip off the agent at the front desk is a professional con-artist the mechanics are NOT skilled experience professions. I paid for a service that was never performed weeks later my car began to give me multiple problems due to this error on Midas behalf. After bringing it to their attention they admitted there fault and wanted to proceeds by doing the service for me one month later. How is it free if I paid for it? But because I was woman and I was alone they thought they could get over on me. I have to call an officer and do a report because they refused to refund me for not preforming the service. This place do not deserve any stars. The front dest manager was rude, nasty, and, a complete con! DO NOT GIVE THESE PPL YOUR MONEY OR YOUR CAR if you care about the care of your motor vehicle

They never accept the coupons that cam be used to discount oil changes. And the synthetic oil change is just expensive for no reason.

Ive been to this location 3 times and was well taken care of each time. My go to spot for any car trouble.
