The store clerks was great very helpful and they were good at making recommendations for the vehicles. The prices were reasonable and the guarantee was also fitting. I really cant complain.

Extremely poor customer service. I went to another store in the area just because of the poor service.

I have been going to this Advance Auto Parts place for years to find good customer service to a hit or miss customer service rep. I have dealt with a Nasty attitude from employee Eric. Sucking his teeth and throwing up his hands. Acting like Grady on Sanford and Son. The manager Angela have received several complaints from customers and have not done anything to correct his customer service/ attitude. Not to mention District Manager Roger from the corporate office, he has not done anything to correct Eric Grady behavior. My neighbor also stop going to this store and have also. I want people to understand, stop spending your money in places that does not appreciate you as a customer. Let them go out of business. The location is 5621 Riverdale Road at Flat Shoals Rd.

Dont come into this store unless you know for a fact that they have what you are looking for. I am a female & I was dressed in a mechanics jumper. I walked to get some specific tools for a vehicle I am working on. They didnt have basic tools on thier shelves. In the middle of me receiving service, my counter guy, Zo (yes that IS his name) stopped to help a Spanish guy with a battery. I did mention that he shouldve called an associate to hel instead of dropping me cold turkey. I was losing my daylight. Becoming very upset, I turn to the manager, Lisa, to state my discontent. She begins with he was helping you for a long time. Lisa watched all this unfold & could have helped but maybe she was worried about her next hair appointment. She also looked very high on something. At this point there is no calming down & I have no choice but to leave without any of the items I walked in 90°Georgia heat. Advance Auto, you need to check your footage @ #9646, the Flat Shoals & Riverdale rd store. I was there around 7:30.
