Excellent work and customer service. I use to use Capitol Cadillac for repairs but this shop was first rate. Washed my car beautifully and everything was smooth. Would recommend them to anyone who needs quality reasonable car repairs -

They have great customer service. I was provided with two estimates that were affordable by me. I cant compare with any other shop, Maaco was my first and only choice from word of mouth recommendations. They havent finished my car yet so I can comment on the finished results yet.

I own a 2000 BMW M5 that had been sitting for years. Several months ago I finally decided to get it back on the road. I use a company called Einstein Auto that specializes in BMWs to work on my cars. Once they got the car running great I started looking for a an Auto painter to bring the car visual back to life. The estimates I got ranged from $7000 to $10,000 which was far more than I was able to spend. At the suggestion from the owner of Einsteins, I decided to give Maaco a try which is across the parking lot. He spoke very highly of their work. Honestly, I did not have the best impression of Maaco. I cannot overstate the incredible job that they did on my car. I was even told that when the car was initially done, the manager took a look at it and him them do the whole car over again! The managers names is Mike and I will forever be in his debt for the fantastic job he made sure was done on my car. His Maaco, will be first option from now on. I plan on taking my 06 M5 there next. This is my second time using Maaco college park and the service is exceptional!! I needed to get my driver side door fixed, both mirrors, and the front bumper from an accident and my car looks brand new! I goofed and left something very important at home and had to keep the owner Mike past his closing time to wait for my boyfriend to bring the document, and he was dealing with allergies and he was so accommodating and nice about it even though I know instead he wanted to put me out of his shop. Lol I absolutely recommend them to anybody for paint and body work! Jose’ is amazing as well he worked on my car both times and it looks awesome but I definitely had to shout out mike! Thank you Maaco! You’ve got a forever customer and I’ll remember my paperwork for sure next time! Lol

Mike is the best when it comes to customer service and being honest with the customer. He explains everything to you and tries to find ways to save you money.

Dropped my 14 year old cargo van with Jose before leaving on a two week vacation. It was in pretty rough shape from years of neglect and abuse to the point where I would park a block from a customers house. Shameful! I couldnt believe my eyes when I picked it up. It looks brand new!! All the dents, dings gone! Paint job is factory quality. They even fixed a lock on one of the doors that had been popped by thieves a few years ago. I couldnt be more pleased.

Rediculously quick turn around time. Overall great experience. The managers Mike & Jose answered all of my questions and their technicians had my car out of there in less time than imagined and for cheaper than expected.

I have highlighted all four qualities of competence to describe my experience. I worked with Mike who I found to be professional courteous and quite competent to do the work. The work was complex but completed in a reasonable amount of time. The bodywork was excellent, the paint work equally so, and I was very satisfied with the finished product. This is my second experience with Macco anf I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They are very good at what they do.I forgot to add that the job in question was turned down by three other supposedly competent body shops where in they expressed that the job was too complex for a variety of reasons.

Let me just say this place BLESSED ME!! I want the world to know how grateful I am. I wish I could post the before and after pictures. The manager Mike is the greatest! Ladies you know how places try to overcharge us when a man isn’t around. Not here. My car looks BRAND NEW and my damage was great. They even painted the car. PLEASE give them your business! Mike is a very very responsible and fantastic person. He fixed the problem of my air conditioner and horn in very timely manner. He even did the touch up for my car for free when he found some scratch. I even did not ask for this!! Such an amazing service! Definitely recommend to all my friends!

We talked about what was possibly going on with my door handle and Michael spoke to me with conviction and certainty that not only he could get it done, but also with minimal to zero other worries. Our car was towed there on a Sunday evening after an accident. I found Kevin and Jose to be very helpful and courteous. Kevin assisted in the claims process and everything that he told us about the car and the process was accurate. He was very informed and helpful. The car was totaled by the insurance company but we were not rushed by MAACO to expedite the claims process when the insurance company dragged its feet. Their assessment of the damages were spot on with the adjusters.

This is a 5 star garage. Their repairs are always amazing. The mechanics are awesome. Highly recommend the.

This wasnt my first time getting a vehicle painted at this shop. I have had four vehicles repainted there and several more just repaired. Ive never been disappointed. Fred and his son have always provided first class work on all the cars and trucks Ive had done there. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I just returned from having a dent repaired and having the entire car painted. I worked with Mike Berres throughout the entire process. The work on my car was completed a bit sooner than the estimated time, and it looks much better than before. The final price was the same as the estimated price, so there were no unexpected surprises there. All in all, it was a good experience.

Got my car repainted and dents repaired here and the did a great paint job. Unfortunately the new bumper they put on my car seemed to be low quality. My sister got into a minor accident where she backed up into another car in a parking lot. The other car had no damage but there is a crack now in the bumper and now you can see it looks like there is styrofoam in it or something similar. I think that higher quality bumpers should dent and not crack. Although the price was very low so you get what you pay for. It was around $2000 for all of the work I had done
