The service here was excellent.the ladies at the front desk are great now, my car onthe other hand was a different story lol.for 500+ a week I expected a full size vehicle nope it was a compact.went to fill up after pickup and there was a rag stuffed in where gas cap should have been. they did reimburse me the funds for having to buy 1 but nothing for the inconvenience or safety hazard.day 2 the gas light came on and it happened to be pouring outside,the driver side door had been pried open so many times it caused a gap and I got rained on while driving.the car was also manual windows and locks.they are cash only so to extend I had to drive back to the location where I heard many complaints about check engine lights and maintenance issues.i think if they get some more quality cars they would be an A1.

Great car rental spot if you need a vehicle and don’t wanna go through the hassle of finding this and that or you may not have a debit card. This business deals in cash only. Which can be convenient at times. The two women there as of 10/12/2020 were amazing. They get you in and out. Normally they only allow local travel, but they make exceptions. The manager was wonderful as well. Easy to work with and great customer service. I would recommend Atlanta Cash Car Rentals Inc. of Old National to anyone.

Terrible Car they gave me A couple days ago it broke down on me all the lights where on and it wasn’t no oil in the car. It was smoking and had me stuck on the side of the road.

I called to ask about a rental and I completely understand if they are out of rentals, but before I hang up the phone the dude says “ that’s how you get people who are local off the phone” I was shocked. It’s ok, don’t ever waste your effort or time with this place.

Grateful for this company to have cash rentals because my family and I needed it. Although paying cash is convenient their were some very unprofessional situations that went on that made me not want to do business. If you can handle the owners sarcasm, tardiness, renting a dirty car with no gas by all means this is the place. I was grateful to pick it up and just as grateful to drop it off. I did get my deposit back in full so I am grateful for that as well!

BE AWARE!!!Be aware of this business. This man is a con artist and a thief. He rented me a car that broke down after the first 24 hours. Did nothing at all for me. I sat with the car until the date due back called several times while I had the car for him to address the car being broke down with no response. He refuses to refund me for the two days I lost. I spent a little over $300 using a Uber that weekend than had to rent another car from another company for $275. Now I’m out of money and without a refund. He keeps saying I’m only giving you a credit which I have tried using several times. 100 percent this man is a thief. Now I have to waste my time taking him to small claims over a lousy $143 which is going to cost him a lot more money in the long run. I have screen shots of our text messages along with videos of the car not to mention to interior was absolutely disgusting. I will be uploading everything for the public to view here shortly.DO NOT DO BUISNESS with Terrance end of story. If something goes wrong he will not make it right completely contradicts everything he says. A big time hypocrite here. Than tries to make you feel sorry for him thinking that can excuse his actions.

Don’t believe the reviews. Look up the old reviews of this place on TaraThis place is a ripoff. Check out Turo or Flexdrive or any other place before coming here. I wasted damn near 600 on renting a car for a week!! Aside from that this place is why people don’t do business with black people. All this place cares about is money.
