Worst experience of my life from a service department anywhere. I was told 2-3 weeks for service on my machines, it was 2 months. Started making calls to check on progress after 4, very hard to get a response. There is no covid excuse, it was all simple repairs, so there was no waiting on parts. I wouldnt bring my machines back here if the service was free. Absolutely awful.

Amazing experience having Wilder as a salesman. He was very understanding with the bombardment of questions .His knowledge of the bikes in the shop was top tier. He managed to get me an fantastic deal on an 07 sportster 1200. He also managed to get me $100 cheaper insurance. 10/10

Overpaid for my rzr just to have it this summer, went to pick it up, it wasn’t clean at all, missing the whole passenger front door(which was told only the lower portion was missing), paint on the cage was chipped, bolts were loose on the roof, absolutely zero fuel in it(you’d expect if you pay $34k for something it would come with a full 10 gallons). Door came in 3 days after I picked up rzr, now dragging feet on assembly of door and shipping. They told me it’s not our fault about the door, instead of overnighting it to keep the customer happy. I’m well beyond irritated at this point, and I can’t say I’d recommend people going there.

I had a great experience w/Justin in the sales department when purchasing my new ATV. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make certain I was not only comfortable and satisfied throughout the purchasing process but also that I received an additional accessory that I was adamant about obtaining to install on my machine. After several phone conversations and a couple weeks of failed attempts to locate and ship the correct part it never seemed to bother him going that extra mile to make sure I received said accessory even after an agreement was reached and I had left w/my ATV. He actually did it with pleasure and sincerity. I would gladly do business w/Justin and the Planet Powersports team in the future. Highly recommend.

Stopped in today at the Coldwater planet powersports to pick up a helmet for my son. They are currently running a special for Polaris Slingshots, take one for a test drive and get a free dinner for two. We have been looking for a four wheeler for about two years calling planet Powersports was the right choice for us. First time buying an ORV and these guys did a great job all around. It was a comfortable process with great pricing. Our sales associate Wilder was super knowledgeable about the products and made every point of the buying experience easy. I contemplated writing a review on this place but after reading other reviews and seeing the same issue I will continue my review. Sat two separate days at this place. On the second day we negotiated a price signed the agreement and gave $500.00 cash and left our two bikes and tittles to return the next day to pick up our purchase. Minutes before leaving to pick up our purchase, which is an hour round trip, I was told there was a mistake and we have to pay $2000.00 more. This product was featured at the county fair a week prior with the same price on it as it had on there lot so there was no confusion on our part.You guessed it, we brought our bikes home and a $500.00 check not cash. Completely angered and absolutely disgusted. My family has been in business 50+ years and would DEFINITELY never do business this way.As we were loading our bikes back up another customer was loading his razor which he was picking up from service$3300.00 worth of service I might add, he said he was possibly interested in trading it for a new one. They would only allow him $200.00 for the $3300.00 he just paid them. Not counting all the other bikes, 4 wheelers etc he purchased prior from them. He too will be shopping elsewhere. A hand shake doesn’t mean a thing anymore either.

WORST SALES EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Wasted 3 FULL days of my time including a day off work to TRY to purchase a motorcycle. Unless your getting a loan from them they dont want to sell you a motorcycle. Your cash or credit card isnt good enough.

Purchased a 2013 golf cart from them had it just over 30 days and it quit running took it up to them and they had it for 2 days called and said it was done 2 days later it quit running again and had to take it somwhere else and pay to be fixed will never buy anything from there again .

We purchased a 2020 Honda side by side and love it! Our experience with Planet Powersports was great, we were treated well and they worked with us on meeting our price points. We drove an hour away to purchase the side by side and had to come in later in the evening to pick it up, they all stayed late to tour what they offered and helped us load it up. A day later they called to check in on us to make sure we got home safely, two days later they called again to see if weve used it, then called again to make sure everything was great. I would recommend Planet Powersports to anyone, they have a large selection from motorcycles, side by sides, ATVs and snowmobiles. They also have an offloading track in the back that we were able to test drive which was great so we can experience what the Honda offers.

Mike was super cool. Everyone had good attitude and good conversion. Really good at what they do. Free hot dogs and coffee. I Drove a couple hours and they made it worth it fer sure.

I visited Planet Powersports because I was looking to upgrade to a different sport bike. I dont remember the name of the salesman who assisted us, and he was nice and trying to be helpful, but I got irritated when he jokingly assumed that I wanted a hot pink bike. I kindly stated that I do not like pink at all, yet he made another joke some time later again assuming Id want pink riding gear. As a woman who rides, I felt he did not take me seriously as a rider who was there to find a bike I had done extensive research on. I consider Planet Powersports to be a good dealership, but I strongly suggest their salesmen think twice before treating a woman any differently than they would a male customer because in this case, I chose to look for my bike elsewhere.

Recently bought a Can Am Maverick X3 that they ordered for me and bought several machines from them in past these people are greatest people to work with to get you what YOU want. I highly recommend them from sales,service and financing they are the reason why I keep comingback,thanks, guys!!!

Do not deal with a salesman named mike down there. He is your typical lying slimy salesman. I live an hour away, they put together a hammerhead go cart for me than sold it during my hour trip down there. So they sloppily threw another one together right before I showed up (without the requested windshield because they had just sold the last one) and the tire practically fell off during the test drive. So he promised he would let me know when a ranger 150 came in. Needless to say he screwed me over on that deal as well. He lied to me multiple times through out our many conversations. Also I bought a 4 wheeler from them 10 years ago and got the extended warranty. They never filed the extended warranty and pocketed the money. When my motor blew I had to get a lawyer involved just to get it fixed. This is the most shady dealership I’ve ever dealt with.

I felt that everyone had my interests in mind rather trying to up sell me. I drove over 2 hours to do business with them and wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. Wish they were in my neck of the woods.

My family and I had a great experience at planet powersports. Our salesman was a young man by the name of Wilder. Very polite, respectful and caring legit human being and we all know in this world how far few and in-between those types of folks are. When we arrived he was helping another guy so he informed us it will only be a little bit longer and asked if there was anything we needed. We told him wed look around and for him to take his time. Every so often hed check with us make sure we where doing ok and hed be right with us. Long story short he showed us several ATVs and went into detail about each machine and we walked out of there with a Yamaha Kodiak 700! We will eventually come back and buy something else. Also everyone that was working the day my family and I was there...was very polite and professional. Keep up the good work planet powersports

Thanks to Nick and Mark for getting my bike tires switched out on short notice a few weeks ago. Expected to have to drop them off and come back but they fit them into their schedule and got them done quickly before closing. Kyle does great in parts and helped fix an issue recently to get an item exchanged out. Connie Jo is a pleasure to talk to in apparel and always willing to help. Nice to have a local store that I can get help on a first name basis.

Recently bought a helmet to replace the one I was using. The one I wanted was not in stock in my size. So the sales Person talked me into the BMP helmet, had alot of nice features that I was not looking for but thought would be useful. The helmet was almost 500 dollars, reluctant to buy the sales Person gave me a percentage off. When I went to use the helmet on a recent trip to the U.P. I found it too big and it slipped over my eyes....kinda contradictory for safety. The week after my trip the sales person called me to see how it worked out for me, when I told her it was too big and I had to buy a new one on my trip to safely ride she said oh sorry sweetieI asked if an exchange was possible she said no, I should try and sell it on line.If there was a negative star I would use it to rank Planet Power Sport.Not one time did she check the fitment of the helmet. Seemed to be more focused on her commission on the most expensive helmet they stock. Further more spending close to $1000 on two trips within a month at planet makes you just anothet number.....NEVER AGAIN will that place get any of my hard earned money, and I will tell all my friends into motorsports to not go to PLANET RIPOFF!!

Cool stuff, prices could be better make sure you do yourself a favor and shop around. I was looking at a 2012 vstar 950 they had for about $5,000. with 23,334 miles when I came across a 2015 vstar 950 with 750 miles priced at $6500 and that included shipping to my front door, whew!

Got a sweet honda in like new condition for a good price. Drove a couple hours to buy it, there was a little miscommunication over the phone on delivery details but they handled it quick. Dillon was a nice sales guy to work with. Would buy from these guys again.

** Edited star rating based on their followup.** I would not recommend Power Sports based on our experiences with their service department alone. Scheduling pick up and delivery for service is an absolute nightmare. Hope you never get Dave as your service rep, he was rude and unwilling to help. We pre-paid for maintenance with assurance that we would get preferred scheduling, but that has not turned out to be true. I would recommend you look elsewhere for service if possible.

I have a very expensive street legal RZR, got it back and it dripped oil for a week from not properly Changing the oil. Was annoying but not the end of the world. Tried to get a quote on $800 worth of accessories, never called me back or even bothered to quote. Disappointed.

Terrible experience last week. Dishonest salesman and the bikes I saw were in horrible condition. I would never give them my business.

We took our KX 60 down to planet Powersports and it had milky oil which means all you have to do is split the cases and put a new gasket in there but then what they do they think it leaks oil so they tighten the drain plug So tight it so tight it cracks the cases and they want us to fix something they broke

Bought a new side by side and broke before I even got a mile on it. Ordered accessories for it that they said would be there in a week. Still not there three weeks later. The communication that was needed to get sxs fixed ridiculous. It is amazing how nice they are and how well they communicate when they are trying to get your money. Service is horrible once they have your money. They have definitely lost any future business of mine.

Bought my waverunner from them and they were very helpful in finding the right one and keeping up w/ regular maintenance. Also a great place for snowmobile gear👍
