Great people to talk to, none of the sexism I typically face in auto stores (typically men talk down to me as a woman in an auto store) they were polite and helped me understand how their scanner system worked for checking my check engine light.

Long wait for parts delivery to store.had to drive to Toledo for same day parts in stock.

Was driving through town and discovered a small kitten had gotten up into the front bumper of my car. Stopped at this Autozone to get a part to attempt to take front bumper off to get the kitten out. The manager of the store came out to help, jacked up my car, took tire and part of bumper off to rescue the little kitty! Did this all for no cost! Amazing service and so grateful for the time they took to help despite being busy with other things. Will for sure keep them in mind when passing through town again! Kitty was okay and was able to be reunited with his mommy!

Bought new windshield wipers here. Went with the most expensive ones thinking they would last a while. Only had them for a few months and one is making a horrible screeching noise. Went to my local Coldwater Mi store told the guy about it. He said “well I can sell you another one” I said “Why would I buy another one if they don’t last longer then one year” “he said sorry about your luck” As I was leaving he yelled “thanks for coming in”The customer service at this store is going down hill. I will never go back to this place.

In and out quickly and you have to wear a mask or is curb side pick up if you dont have a mask

While our daughter and her family were visiting us near Allen Michigan, an 8-week old kitten climbed up into the area behind the bumper on their Toyota. On the way home, they stopped in Coldwater for coffee and heard the kitten crying. I wasnt home but came when they called. There were no tools in my vehicle so we went across the street to the Coldwater AutoZone Auto Parts store to buy some. We joked with the counter person about our cat problem and he immediately went to Gary Goheen asking if they had time to help. Mr. Goheen finished with his customers and then, using his own tools, removed the front tire and enough plastic trim to allow him to gently reach inside and retrieve the scared kitten. He refused all offers of payment saying he was an animal lover too. We appreciate the thoughtful assistance of all of the staff at the Coldwater store and especially Mr. Adam Goheen for his work to save or cat.

It was a successful trip to the parts store, dealing with the morning manager is the way to go. He knows what he is talking about and is helpful knowledgeable with out coming across as a know it all jerk. I deal with him every chance I can.

I get all my parts there love there warranty 5 stars in my book

It was fine I wasnt sure what I wanted to buy my 02 dakota needs alot I need an iac I wanted brighter headlight bulbs, I wound up with a 3/8 drive 10mm socket and a Haynes repair manual for my dodge so I will be back lol...I was never asked of I needed help finding anything which Im ok with I dont like to be helped unless Im at a complete loss...the clerk that assisted me with check out was friendly and I left satisfied I will shop there again
