Great, friendly service! Came in on my lunch hour because I suspected my car battery was bad. Jeff tested it AND offered to change it for me, and Gary was able to get me a great price. In and out in 30 minutes, these guys are awesome!

Polite, very helpful. Havent done a lot of business with them. They were nice enough to order a solar kit for me with no deposit over the phone requested. Unfortunately I discovered the solar panels can not stay exposed to weather so Ill see how cooperative they are when I return it.

Not so good they are not unique among suppliers they carry the same things all of them carry.

This napa store wasnt stocked very well. I needed tools I would consider common that most auto parts stores would carry also I had to have a sensor ordered instead of napa having it in stock. I had like 4 things I wanted to do on my truck that required some basic hand tools and I walked away with nothing that would help. This experience is the primary reason I stay with autozone. Although I feel the counter person at napa was very friendly and knowledgable, the store looks like its about to go under
