I just want to point out that I saw a manager (male with light pink collared shirt, short blond hair) pushing carts outside after a rainstorm. He even came to my car and asked if he could help with my cart while I was buckling my kids inside. Wow. Ive never seen a store manager do that, especially in wet conditions and dressed nicely. Extremely commendable and says a lot about this store that the leadership is willing to work alongside their employees. Thank you!!

Terrible experience there was a gentleman in the parking lot who couldnt make up his mind as to which side of the road he preferred so I waited patiently but was met with profanity laced flip off. We noticed this was one of the managers for this location and add insult to injury he then instructed 2 employees to watch our every move while in the store. DESPICABLE. I will ensure family and friends understand that while a manager may seem fair just know that at this location to them your just a black individual who needs to be watched

Everything is super clean and can always find help. Sushi is killer here.

This Publix has the best customer service they always go above and beyond to help you they do an incredible job keeping their shelves stocked Ive been coming to this location ever since I moved to West Boca 3 years ago. A lot of the staff knows my wife and my kids and they always do an incredible job making us feel welcomed it makes the shopping experience a whole lot better because they know who we are.

Pharmacist got a fax for my seizure medication that I needed and she filled quickly. Very cheap with GoodRx. Pharmacist was great and called when got fax. Found it at another publix that stocked it. Faxed immediately to publix around the block. Filled in hour. Amazing place.

Always great, been shopping here since moved into home 20yrs ago. Walking distance...unless carrying multiple heavy shopping bags, then 2 min drive tops!

Very well-stocked and organized store. Produce and freezer foods are in excellent condition and cold! I go this store when I can although I am closer to another Publix. Also, the people are very helpful as always at Publix.

This is their idea of a sub. They couldnt even be bothered to lay the meat out. The lettuce is pathetic. I watch someone put these out in the refrigerator case and grabbed one. This is fresh.I have had multiple issues with this deli. I WONT be back.The rest of the store is clean and looks great and employees are helpful and nice!Too bad about the deli as it was the only reason I shopped at this Publix... close to work.

Micheal the customer service guy with the bald spot is amazing. Solved all my issues instantly. This man is clearly built different, he needs a raise. :)

Been shopping this Publix for years. Great store, clean, well stocked. Great management, and customer service is A+. The bakery has AWESOME baked goods, and the employees are so helpful. Deli is great too. Many old faces and new. One young girl, tall with brown hair pulled back... I cant see her smile through the mask but I can tell shes always smiling. She is an absolute pleasure. A few other ladies whove been there for a longgg time are also super. One complaint - STOP with the Be right with you!!! If theyre really busy, you have to hear it 50 TIMES!! It is more annoying than helpful. And I really dont want to hear about the specials, I can READ it. Dont cut me off to give me your pre-practiced speech. FYI, introverts dont want to have conversations. I appreciate you want to be nice, but just take my order.

Publix has a star employee, and her name is Megan. She works in the deli area. She always makes me feel welcomed, considering I just moved to the area. She is fast in making my deli sandwiches, and remembers my ingredients. Please give this girl a raise or full time position. Not many appreciate their job or show passion like Megan.

Very nice clean well laded out supermarket. They also have a very nice wine section.

I do like to shopping at Publix. The Publix in Hillsborough and lions Im not too happy about the bakery the Italian bread they are slide but they are smashed I complained many times and so I stopping by my bread over there..

I went to this Store on July 31st looking for a pork shoulder. ( I had just left Western Beef after returning one (just purchased/taken home/opened - so rotten and putrid that we quadruple bagged it . That was my 1st and last trip there.)While looking through the Publix selection, I noticed that they didnt have any pork shoulders. An incredibly nice young man (masked, so all I could see was that he was African American with curly hair and glasses) offered, without asking, to go in the back and see if there were any available.The very nice butcher, who I think was the store manager from the sign above, kindly cut some up. They were large and I wanted to put it in the crock pot. Just from hearing our conversation, the young man asked if we wanted a boneless one and the butcher happily and very kindly did it while we were waiting.We both walked out in awe of the incredible customer experience.Thank you so very much!After opening the Western Beef one, I had lost interest in preparing the dish.

Got exactly what I was looking for.

Wonderful meat department. Greg and Hugh went out of their way to help us out. We were going to make barbecue. We were looking at the picnic pork roast but really wanted Boston Butt shoulder. Hugh promptly cut up some pork shoulder and we had a choice of with or without a bone. Greg made us feel special.

Very clean and knowledgeable Publix staff. I should have written a review 2 years ago, but they have the most personable staff. They might not know my name, but most recognize me. I was at the Deli and Kristina and Lee helped and took my order for 2 subs. I ordered an Turkey Italian sub and turkey sage sub. Both are new but they took their time and cut the meats and made sure that I was satisfied I was very much impressed with the patience and time that they took to make me happy. I will probably be back tomorrow. If I could I would give them 7 stars!!!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Going to this publix is a bit of a gamble when you are a person who only goes there for subs and milk. At the substation, there is 3 out of 10 that you would get a worker who is not in the right frame of mind, slow, or just doesnt care about the quality provided to the customers. Therefore, the quality would be bad. Then you get the people on other days who are very good at their work, they do a good job making sandwiches that are worth buying, and they are nice. Therefore, the quality is good.It got better over the years. The cashiers are good.I would not advise buying chicken tenders when they are on sale. They sometimes taste old.I will give 4 stars because of the nostalgia the area brings. I could of gave 3.

Clean spacious well lit

Smaller than a normal Publix, but a really friendly staff and clientele. Excellent selection unless youre looking for offbeat items, but you can always head to Wholefoods for that. Easy to get in and out of unlike the Publix off of Hillsboro and Powerline where the parking is terrible and the customers are a bit on the old and hostile side. I go the Coconut Creek Publix even though its farther as do all my neighbors.

Joe in the bakery is the best! Always has a smile and makes your day great!!

The cashier Mar**** at terminal 103 was so rude. He just kept talking with his coworkers and completely ignored everyone checking out. Not a single word or even looked at his customers.it is kinda ironic that this happens in a Publix store which is known for its nice shopping experience.

Very clean and tidy. Has everything I need(minus auto parts). Floor personnel is happy to help finding what I need. For the few years I have been shopping there, I never had a problem. Management cares for the customer as well as the staff, very attentive. Employees are great! I want to thank Karen, Amber, Dion, and Katey for making my check outs wanting to go back again! So helpful and friendly! If only other business could do the same. I only hope I could put 7 stars, but scale only goes up to 5!

Be aware of your seafood .The man who never seems to like working And will complain and make an excuse to about everything you ask will literally sell you rotted seafood . Should have known when he kept looking suspiciously at us and the crawfish .

Its my Publix. I was very impressed with the politeness and smiles from the young woman who bagged my groceries. She made the trip so pleasant. I think her name is Fawn? Wish I remembered because she treated everyone with a smile.

Another overpriced Publix

Deli Department need serious help in customer service. They dont care that people want some hot foods.1/14/19 Around 7 pm another customer and I wanted some hot sides. Two ladies at the hot food section gave us a bad attitudes and said Your too late...you came too late...you need to come earlyPlease teach them customer service because I believe customers should not be told when and where to come for hot food especially when they are still open.

After years of shopping here I finally have had enough. The service was always spotty at best, but lately the rudeness of the clerks is off the charts. And if you complain to a manager about it, he will attack YOU for daring to criticize his precious ignorant employees.Guess what, genius? I am a customer - that means Im paying your rent. And now I am taking my money elsewhere - you arrogant fools dont deserve it.

Go to Publix if you need produce. Anything else is waaaaay overpriced. Would you like a bottle of wine ? Well, what about 4.50$ per bottle more expensive than anywhere else. Orange juice 1.00$ more than anywhere else. And the list goes on. Nice store but waaaaay to expansive
