Clean, variety to choose, staff is extremely helpful in all the departments, cashiers are efficient and accurate. Pharmacy is great as well. Bakery will take special orders.

There has been an improvement in staff willingness to assist you to find stuffs in comparison to 3yrs ago I work on and off in this area with seniors. So I shop there every week.The ladies restrooms are well kept 99% of the time. The 1% I blamed on the users who put papers on the seats and leave it. My advise to those users pick up your papers. I dont want to see it

I now work there in the Frozen department. This store is the the busiest store around. Come in and say hea.

Came to pick up my prescription today. Its the closest one to my house. First off. Im injured. You can clearly see I am by the way I walk. I ask employee #1 where the handicap carts are. Instead of helping me. He jist pointed and told me by the restroom and continued doing nothing. I said thats not very accessible having them way over there. Still did not offer assistance. So I wobble every step in pain to the handicap carts. There was a manager there standing right next to the carts. I said out loud that I didnt understand how to work them. Now could I have walked over to him, absolutely not. Every step is pain. She literally stood there. Acting like he didnt hear me. Which he did because my mom was standing next to him and she heard and hurried right over to help me. Then we get to the pharmacy and I explain to him that I am in pain and couldnt go to the other store. He tells me he cant transfer one of my prescriptions. Now Im sure he could have at least tried to. Or at least gotten a manager to come get my cart so I didnt have to take it all the way back to the bathrooms when I was right by the door. So I just left the cart. Horrible experience

Publix, wish shopping is a pleasure every single time. The birthday cake I ordered was absolutely delicious, fresh and looked amazing. The lady in the bakery at Coconut Creek was very very nice.

They have a self service section that was much more convenient! I wish all Publix invested in a few of these. Quickest trip to the grocery store! Staff friendly and helpful

More registers were open - a big help on a Saturday morning. Store is always very clean and neat, staff is knowledgeable and very helpful.

Very helpful and courteous, but prices are generally higher than say, for instance, Walmart, but 99% of the time produce very fresh. Sometimes berries are 3 for $10.00...just buy 1 or 2 because they spoil fast due to being in store for a day or 2 too long and they want to get rid of inventory. Good bakery and deli!

You can find very good products fresh, organic or any thing you need to make a nice dinner. And many promotion 1x2. So I loved

This Publix is clean, well stocked and organized. I usually go to the self-checkout, which flows quickly with its four kiosks and the clerk there is usually very attentive to any delays and needs.

Its a fantastic location its close to my home it is always well stocked sometimes they have buy one get one and other than that everything is pristine everything is aesthetically laid out very visually nice to the eye the prices could be lower but now we have inflation on the way so we can help the Consumer Price Index unfortunately were coming out of a pandemic so you have to expect this but the bottom line is its a great place to shop clean quality customer service and its run very well I like going to Publix its a nice experience!

There are always fresh food,veggies, they have curb pick up, the employees in charge are waiting for you in the right parking space and you dont have to get out of the car. Actually I like this store they always have what I need.

This Publix is nicely stocked, clean & they also have a drop off or pickup lane by front doors under the Publix roof. Out of weather.

The store is big, nice and clean, and from what I saw, well stocked. The lady at customer service could have been a little friendly. (She really wasnt at all.) The self checkout was quick, easy and user friendly. I would have liked to have seen hand sanitizer near the entrance/exit. The only one I saw, which was near customer service wasnt working.
