Went to the bakery the other day and they were amazing, from the sweet clerk at the front Jenny to the cake decorator Shelby, they were very welcoming and helpful and provided an excellent service for me. 10/10 staff

New to target and new to online shopping. Once I arrived at the store, a rep was able to direct me to the correct location. Once a got to that location, the wait rime was super short.

I may have found my new Publix! This store has the old school layout that I saw as a child. We arrived on a Sunday morning, and the store was not crowded at all. I love that! The products are easy to find, and the sales are clearly marked. I even scored a BOGO on two bottles of Merlot! The only issue we had was there was no one bagging groceries at the check out. Im sure this is a different situation during peak hours, so no biggie. Also, they have cart returns in the parking lot! This may not sound like a huge deal, but the other stores in the area dont have them, and its weird just leaving the cart in the grass/on the curb.Overall, my shopping experience truly was a pleasure here. Ill be visiting again to see if it will become my permanent Publix home!

The line took an extremely long time, especially considering there was only one person ahead of me. The line next to me went through at least four people before they finished with the person ahead of me. If someone is having multiple issues and having to keep going back to get replacements or arguing the price for multiple items, the store should eventually stop placating them and move on to the next person.

This was without a doubt the worst experience I’ve had at a Publix. I stood waiting, ALONE, for 10-15 mins. It wasn’t until I had to acknowledge the Department Manager Manny, as he attempted to close the restaurant. The time was about 8:30pm. I thought it was closing time. I googled their work hours, IT WASNT UNTIL 10pm. Manny allowed the Deli to be unfit. Conditions were atrocious and highly unsanitary. Please review your cameras.

Not only their food is consistently great, but heir attention is always friendly and prompt. It is always a great experience. The fratelli that run La Fontana are always making sure everything is perfect, and people feel welcomed. I wish this place is here for many, many more years. I just miss their Italian Music CDs.

Parking is free and theres lots of items, and food departments. Hot deli, cold deli, bakery, frozen, produce, meat seafood, and floral section. Full service customer service center and full service pharmacy. Free shopping bags to load all of your items. Complimentary valet service to your car, friendly staff, and huge savings.

Publix,Where Shopping Truly is a Pleasure!

This Publix used to be outstanding, and at one time, I would have given it 5 stars. I have shopped there for over 20 years, and it is NOT a pleasure anymore. Many items are not stocked, or are not on the shelves, and finding help is usually impossible. The management team is seldom on the floor anymore, and when I do see them, they are not the least bit friendly. Products are constantly being discontinued, even though I am told by staff that they are good sellers. Almost without fail, when I find something that I really like, I can be assured that its not going to not be there the next time. As far as Im concerned their motto should be If its good, its gone. While Publix is still better than many grocery stores, there is no pride in being the best of the worst. Given their prices, I am better off shopping at Walmart. Prices are cheaper, and I dont expect to receive any service.

11/22..Its always a pleasure to shop at publix. I stopped in for dinner..Not many shoppers during the time I was there (3pm). The manager or one of the managers in pink top black plants appears to be very efficient and on the ball, but not very friendly. Judith,the cashier was very pleasant. Over all this location is alright.

Add 2: 23 min to make a meatball sandwich and the meatball is cold. Cant believe that.Add: today they took 23 min to make me a sandwich. Be aware that they are never ready in the morning. 8 am and they were not ready. No chicken tenders.Meatball takes forever and they heat it in a plastic bag. Thats BAD for your health.Im here for the sub, daily for the last 30 days. They dont have the bread ready till 7:30. The chicken tender till like 10:00. Be a were that Boars Head is is one or two dollars more. Chicken tender is the best, unfortunately, Im here before 8 am. So no way I can get it.

Very rude woman at the customer service counter. Too busy to acknowlege me and then once she did, treated me like a criminal over coupons. Worst thing is another employee and a Custome Service lead watched the entire interaction and didnt say anything. Low standards at this location!!!!!

I wanted to do an even exchange but this associate named Melanie told the cashier not to do it. I asked for a manager she told me to wait for 30 minutes to an hour because he was on his lunch break. An assistant manager was there named Louis she said he was new and he wouldnt be able to help me. Melanie was rude, refused to help and told me I have my freedom too Im not sure what she meant by that

Started out as a great shopping trip. People being very friendly. Then going down one aisle, there was someone stocking the shelves. He had his cart of goods to stock in the middle of the aisle. Actually more over to the left of the aisle. And he was up on a stool and the right of the aisle. This made it a very very close call for me to pass with my shopping cart on the left which was approximately a third of the aisle. As I passed, I knocked a box off of the cart. The gentleman stocking the shelves decided to turn and asked me if I had a drivers license. He then proceeded to tell me that I should have gotten a ticket because I dont know how to drive. I found this very rude and inconsiderate. I said back to him that he should be ticketed because he made it so that it was impossible to pass while he was doing his job. Very frustrating experience actually.

Been shopping at this Publix for years and never had any complaints until today. The staff at the deli department got our order completely wrong and did nothing about it even when we told her. The customer service rep was no help either when we voiced our complaint, all he did was say he didnt know and to voice it to corporate. Regular grocery shopping is great, just wouldnt recommend trying to get a sub there.

Extremely disappointed with the deli manager Kyle never had an issue with this store nor this manager but his customer service skills need to change. Every time it seems they always run out of an item I go to order I was annoyed and complained witch I never reviewed anyone from a supermarket but he seemed annoyed I questioned him about it. Who are you supposed to go to when you have a question when it comes to their department?? Exactly if you don’t have time or want to hear customers then maybe you should step down!!I’m ashamed of Publix!!

Ive been living in Victoria Park in Fort Lauderdale which is quite an upscale neighborhood never used to be to I-24 20 years before my husband passed and of course because of the difference in price and compared to that Publix was Id say 50% less so if you want to go shopping at Publix do not go to the one on 15th and sunrise in Fort Lauderdale Florida any other Publix very reasonable excellent service but not its just not as expensive as mine

This particular pubix always seems to have a problem every time I go in. Whether its a problem with the cashier, Customer service, or general management, I honestly dont know. Publix needs to get on the ball with this particular store. They do not honor the Publix Promise, they do not have items in stock many times. It is an all around mess. Corporate already knows that this store is problematic.
