Came in and got amazing service from the two young girls working there. They were nice, fast and professional!! Coming back ASAP and ordering something different- this time I got the vanilla cone and brownie blizzard. Love DQ and this one is a great location!

Cute,easy family stay. My son loved the lazy river, sand play area and dj. Pool facing Rooms were cute for the price but, the bathroom really needs a deeper cleaning/update. The staff is absolutely amazing. Couldnt ask for a better welcome and overall friendly vibe. Id stay again with my young son but,hoping the bathroom will be updated next time.

Visited Dairy Queen on our stay in Cocoa Beach. The blizzard was good, but the shop smelled so bad it made me nauseated. Not sure if that has to do with the Subway in the same building. They have a sign saying they have the right to not turn every blizzard upset down, but I didn’t see them do that to one blizzard while in the story. That is part of the fun of going to a Dairy Queen.

Who doesnt love DQ!!Love the variety of ice cream sundaes & Blizzards. My fav at the moment Mr. Misty Freeze.. blue raspberry. Yum! If you have never had one I highly suggest it with vanilla ice cream.

They had alot more m&Ms than other DQs. My wife really liked it and gave it a big thumbs up!Sign should be bigger and/or brighter. It shares a building with Subway, whos sign over shadows the DQs

Service was horrible. Staff very unfriendly. The order was wrong twice. I would not eat ice cream at this location ever again.

Multiple times I came to this dairy queen with my family and it used to be better. Now it went down to the worst level. The two people working there were terrible and nasty and had no knowledge of cutomer service. The lady was yelling at us because she didnt understand our order! Never in my life have I ever been disrespected and treated like that at any place before! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS DAIRY QUEEN AT ALL!!!

No food, just DQ. Girl in DQ was very nice and pleasant to customers. She was very appreciative of the tip. I support tipping at the DQ.

Ordered a tiramisu shake . . .from picture you can see its a vanilla shake with 2 cake cubes, looked nothing like the posted picture. From the company that invented the blizzard, I expected more; dont order, read standard email from corporate - would have thought they would treat returning customers better, wont be going back. Very nice little shop. Being that am from MN my son and I went with intentions of getting dinner and ice cream but realized upon arrival that they only serve hot dogs or chili dogs. So we just got ice cream.

Very courteous staff. I didnt have Ice cream this time, although their is plenty to choose from.I just enjoyed an old fashioned Chili Dog. 😁

When they gave us our ice cream there was ice cream and chocolate syrup all down the side of the cups. We had to get back in line just to ask for napkins and lids because he didnt wipe the side of the cups nor give us napkins when our order was up. I understand there is only one employee working and there was a line out the door but napkins should be standard when you get ice-cream or food at that matter. Other then that the ice cream was good really no complaints other then please give napkins and dont make us get back in a line to get them so our ice cream is melting before we can eat it. Also give us lids so we can take them home without a mess especially since with Covid there is no real dinning in at this time.

My blizzard was literally vanilla soft serve with some cookies on top

A bit of an odd location with the smell of both Subway and DQ mixed in the lobby. But our Blizzards were cold and tasty as expected, so no complaint, ha.

I had Ordered a chilly cheese dog with a Pineapple mango Orange julius to get a free small blizzard which was part of a blizzard member coupon. I ordered just that and never received my small blizzard. When I went up to the lady and asked where my small blizzard was she said that, I instead got a dollar off my orange julius drink. I said I still wanted my small blizzard. She wanted to charge me for it! After this scam I and my Family will never come back to DQ in Cocoa Beach, FL!

Awful and very unprofessional experience. Went in and ordered a blizzard and a shake and waited 30 minutes. Decided it was time to go and asked for a refund and nobody knew how to do that. They called the owners (assuming) and they couldn’t issue us a refund because they were out to dinner. How do they not have a manager working? We ended up leaving without a refund and our ice cream. It was the worst experience I’ve had. This Dairy Queen definitely put a bad taste in my mouth.

Its the neighborhood place every one loves to stop in for a treat.

I just left this dairy queen highly disappointed and angry. My son wanted a cotton candy blizzard and got something had no cotton candy flavor and some rock hard candy pieces. He wouldnt eat any after the first bite. I asked if they could replace the blizzard, and first they accused him of eating it (it was all there except his bite and my brief taste) and then said no, we had to pay for a new ice cream. The blizzard was over 4 dollars and the cone we asked to replace it was 2.99. They called the owner and the owner then said we had to pay a $1 for the replacement. They refused a refund. At that point, I was so disappointed and angry that we instead left the establishment, and went to their competitor across the street. Dairy Queen has gone down hill, and this franchise is probably the worst one in Central Florida. I will be contacting corporate and posting this on twitter.

Been there 2 in a week and get their strawberry cheesecake which is excellent if your a cheesecake lover. however I ordered it with extra topping and was so disappointed. The top was the only thing that had topping on it. Three- fourths of my blizzard was just ice cream. Same employees both times

I always come to this Dairy Queen with my family when I visit Cocoa Beach. It looks like they are always hiring new people. Workers seem always learning and not familiar with process. One time a worker made a scene, yelled and quit on the spot. They always seem like they are in a chaos. One of the ice creams we ordered was a Dreamsicle. The worker did not have gloves on and gave me the ice cream while his bare hands on the cone then he moved it to the paper side. I told him to return it and get me another one which he did. He should not touch our cone with his hands. I dont know what kind of training they give their workers; however, it should include wearing gloves when in contact with the customers food. This is a health issue.I tried to give this place another time but the lady serving us was very nasty. Giving me attitude and getting angry with me because I asked for a plain Sunday. I saw her Bering nasty to other people as well. I need to talk to the manager and complain. What a horrible service. If there is lower than one star I would give it to them. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! 07/052021

Ice cream is always fun near the beach! Next to a Subway sandwich shop, so you can have a healthy meal and then go next door for dessert. Bathroom was convenient and clean.

Lunch menu is only hot dogs. Cups of water are available, however, if you just order water, you better be specific...otherwise you will be charged for bottle water. Prices are too high. ..... two regular hotdogs, two small cokes, two small icecream cones and bottle water.....15 bucks.....no refunds or exchanges so be specific on ordering. Personally, i will not come back.

Went to dairy queen cocoa beach on sunday its was busy line out the door one lady taking orders and the manager making everything i must say the manager was doing a great job she greet everyone who came in the door she apologize for the long line and told everyone thanks for they patience i must say is a great manger i just hope she find a better job because all the bad review about this dairy queen going to make her look bad

Upon arrival, no customers in line. Slow service even though two employees on job. Soft serve had unusual taste.

Worst Dairy Queen experience for sure. Our family decided to go out and splurge on a delicious frozen treat tonight and headed for Dairy Queen. When we got there the place was packed with only two people working. Not only was the cashier quite cranky while taking our orders but the girl making them obviously had no idea what she was doing. I ordered a medium Reece’s royal and asked if Oreo could be added, they said yes but it would be extra, I told her it wasn’t a problem. When our treats came out, they weren’t flipped upside down, but we decided not to say anything due to the fact that they were so slammed and the staff was quite unfriendly. Leaving for home I dug into my royal and after a few bites I noticed there was no Oreo...as I dig deeper there was also no peanut butter filling. What a waste of a splurge.

I took my 5 yr old to pick up surprise dessert for the fam. I pay for 3 small Oreo blizzards (one w fudge), a small cookie dough blizzard and a mini Oreo blizzard for the little one. So they hand me the first two and then the guy gets his fingers in both of them putting them in the tray, she hands me the third, no golden spoon? I ask which one has the fudge, and the girl stands there confused, and says, Thats a good question. So I dig around to find no fudge. She tries to hand me a golden spoon, to which I told her there was no fudge...she then hands me my little one her mini blizzard and says, oh wait! Theres one more then hands me a vanilla blizzard, with 6 pieces of cookie dough...I know bc I dug around and counted them in front of her. None of these were tipped over by the way...which is my bad for not calling them out on it. Next time, I sure as hell will. They watched me tip them 3 bucks before they handed me anything! Yet, they still let me walk out with that and could care less. Ive been a Blizzard Queen since there were Blizzards, but this may have killed it for me here on A1A....definitely never going back on a night shift.

The shop was clean, though a smaller shop for a DQ. This made the small line that formed feel very crowded. There were only two young ladies working: one taking orders and the other filling them. Therefore, it did take a few minutes to get your order, but the staff was friendly enough for teenagers working a summer job. The ice cream was standard for dairy queen, nothing super special but it was tasty and refreshing.

Went there on a Friday night after family (6 people) played putt putt golf across the street. We got there at 1030pm and the place closed at 11pm. Both employees, young punks, were out front goofing off and as we were walking in they said the dining room area was closed, even though they were open for 30 more minutes. Staff had an attitude, not friendly. We opened the front door and the mop fell almost tripping my son. The dining room was not even clean so I do not know why it was closed. We walked home eating our melting ice cream. Will not go back.

Miss the midnight mocha frappes, but still a good place for ice cream.

The employee did not flip my blizzard, since I had it to go. I explained it did not matter, it was DQs policy to provide a voucher for your next blizzard same size or smaller on next visit. He walked away and another employee asked what I needed, and both her and another female employee stated their sign that was not on letterhead, stated the reserve the right not to flip every blizzard. I will reach out to DQ corporate on this policy pertaining to this location.My response to your response, then why does DQ corporate websites advertise this promotion if your franchise owners are not going to follow your policies?

They really skimp on ingredients!! The Blizzard wasnt mixed & over 1/2 of it was plain ice cream & we even paid for extra ingredients!!

I’m from out of town,here for a vacation and my husband wants to share a triple choc brownie,one of the best we’ve ever had:) and here’s the kicker this lady was doing it all by herself and she was getting slammed with customers the whole time we were there,so kudos to you Miss:)

I’ve been here probably a dozen times over the past decade and its always quite slow. Either there’s one person working and almost always a line, or 2+ people working but only one of them preparing items. Our orders (of only 2 or 3 items) have been wrong multiple times as well.

My wife loves this place because they have cherry coating for their dipped cones.

I went to this Dairy Queen and ordered 4 Large Chocolate Extreme Blizzards with chocolate ice cream. From the start the cashier was displaying an air of not caring about customers. Then when I received the Blizzards they were not mixed right, they had started melting already. If I had tipped them upside down to check them like DQ is supposed to do they would have fallen out of the cups. Finally when I got the Blizzards home and we started eating them, it was found out that 3 of them didnt have any chocolate chunks or chips that a Chocolate Extreme is supposed to have. And the last one had a few chunks and chocolate chips congealed at the very bottom, which goes to show that they were not made or mixed properly. This is the worst service that I have ever received at a Dairy Queen. I usually am happy when I ordered their Blizzards. But after this I am hesistant to go back.
