I called Drift House yesterday afternoon with a slough of questions, looking for a very specific item. I spoke with Gabby and though the store sounded like it may have been busy, you wouldn’t have known.She was beyond patient and incredibly helpful.After spending much of my life in the service of others, I always do my best to acknowledge someone when I receive great service.Thank you, Gabby.

Gabby and Parker immediately made us feel welcome. Fully geared up for the COVID requirements, they still managed to engage and make us part of the experience. A diverse selection and terrific inventory. The store is clean and well organized. Great job to the owners In creating a positive energized vibe that draws you in to the experience.

This is by far the best shop in town. The employees are all fantastic, The clothes are awesome, and the discount rack is gold!

We just left Drift House and hands down, one of the most remarkable shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The gentleman working at the store, one I presume was the owner, were incredible. They were patient, kind, and took the time to give us a Onewheel lesson after our purchase. Tips, tricks, encouragement, they were just stellar. They thanked us several times for shopping local, and when we went back in to purchase another item, they were just delighted to see us again. When I am back in Cocoa Beach, I will be back in Drift House!

Stoped in while visiting Cocoa Beach. Super cute shop, and the person behind the counter (who I think was the owner) was very welcoming and chatted up my husband while we shopped. We also found out that they have an awesome venue in the back, so be sure to look for events happening if you plan on visiting!

This store is great! I had been searching for a pair of Vans that I could not find anywhere except at Drift House. I called their store to make sure they had the item I was looking for. They were so nice to deal with on the phone. I ordered online and they were shipped next day. Cant beat that!

If you’re looking for a unique skate/surf shop this is this the place for you. The moment my girlfriend and I walked in we were greeted by the owner. Never thought I could enjoy a nice cold beer while browsing some clothes, they have a vast selection of both skate and surf gear. And the back patio area is awesome! Great local vibes and I highly recommend stopping by!

What an amazing addition to Cocoa Beach!An extremely well thought out and designed space!Every detail is exceptional. The bathroom is even gorgeous!A wide array of womens and mens clothing, accessories, sunglasses, skate and surf gear, and gifts!There is even some local artists who have their own jewelry line. So lovely!The backyard patio is absolutely dreamy! It reminds me of a Southern California patio. There is beer on tap, and wine... yes you read that correctly!There is even a vintage Simpsons arcade game.The owners are so welcoming and friendly and really make a point to make you feel welcome! They will happily take you on a tour and show you the work they did by hand to bring this beautiful space alive!

From the moment I walked in Mss. Jackie was very friendly and most importantly helpful. She took the time to help me find an outfit for my sons graduation. No masks anywhere, employees came uncomfortably close to us as though on purpose because we were wearing masks? Im new to the area, but I didnt realize this is the norm? Extremely uncomfortable.

I finally got a chance to stop by the new location this past week. I just stopped in to do some browsing, but I walked out with bags of many awesome new items that I absolutely love. The staff was so caring, friendly, and kind to me and they cheered me up completely. There is such a great vibe at this place and I was happy and in such a great mood when I left. I cannot say enough positive things about this store.I was first drawn in when I noticed the abundance of surf related goodies whimsically displayed in the windows. From surfboards to skateboards, shoes and hats, to men’s and women’s clothing, there was no way I was passing this place by.I swung in to check out the goods and was immediately greeted with a warm, laid back “how’s it going bro” from the back somewhere. I couldn’t even see anyone but felt immediately welcomed. The mysterious voice then said “feel free to check around and if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask”. This no pressure atmosphere is exactly how I like to shop.As I meandered around I was blown away by the plethora of gear in this shop. There were more sunglasses than a sunglass hut, mass amounts of men’s and women’s clothing, backpacks and bags and all well displayed in a fun atmosphere.I glanced around in awe for a while before a gentleman calmly approached and asked if I needed help finding anything in particular.As we got to talking, I was blown away at the depth of knowledge he had of each brand, the materials used, the back history of the companies they sell and how well he pointed me to just what I was looking for. All with a laid back, no pressure vibe.I found my new go to shop for myself and have no doubt I will be able to handle 90% of my Christmas shopping in one place.Thank you Drift House for opening such a gem of a store on our little island.

At first I was very, very skeptical... but In the end, there are Really great people behind this business. Me and the owners were in a conflict that they have very maturely and professionally resolved with me. Showing me their true desire for positive customer service, where as we all know, many businesses lack of. Drift house deserves all of its 5 stars.

Love this local shop and everything about it! The staff is always super friendly and I never get that “Too cool for school” vibe from them that you get from some other stores. They carry a wide variety of brands and always have new stuff when I go in. Im a major procrastinator so I especially like that I can shop for something on their website and then just pop in and pick it up same day without having to spend a lot of time in the mall hunting around for something. This type of customer convenience is HUGE. By far the best store on the Island!

I’m on the water quite a bit, so I want to make sure I’ve got the best quality gear that won’t fall apart on me after a couple of uses. That being said, it’s tough to find a local shop that carries all or most of the best quality brands. One shop I can definitively say tops the rest and carries the best is Drift House. I can’t say it enough, if you want to find good stuff AND shop local, the guys at Drift House need to be your first stop. Trust me, this place is the jam.

Drift House has got to be one of the best places for clothes and beach stuff! Everytime that I have been here the staff was super helpful and totally friendly. I placed an order online for some shorts for my brother for Christmas. I was having trouble with the order online and Jesse was very helpful on the online chat late on Sunday night. I called to confirm the order Monday morning and spoke with Jesse again. He couldnt have been nicer, the customer service was excellent and he made sure my order was taken care of. Jesse at Drift House Surf Shop went above and beyond when trying to locate a swim top for myself! They did not have it in the store so he contacted his rep who within 15 min found the top at a different retailer. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had!

I dont frequent the mall often, but this store is great. They have a really nice selection of brands outside of the typical billabong, quiksilver, etc. found at most stores. The entire staff is super friendly, helpful, and just all around good guys. When I have more time I hope to check it out again :).

I recently ordered a Duvin hoodie from Drift House that I wanted that was no longer available in my size on the Duvin website. So I google searched the hoodie and found my size at Drift House. When I ordered the hoodie, I had an issue checking out because it said my size M was no longer available. I then received a text message minutes later from a sales associate (Jesse) from Drift House following up with my order telling me that they received my order, but no payment was received. He was very helpful, resolved my issue, and offered me a 10% discount as well. Happy to say that hoodie was still available and I got it at discounted price.I was very impressed by Drift House and their A+ service. I will definitely be shopping with them again!

I stumbled upon DriftHouse when I was looking for the Primitive x Rick and Morty collab. They had all of the pieces (shirts, decks, mug, socks, etc.) in stock, which was awesome. I had some issues with the order due to production delays with Primitive, but DriftHouse customer service was on top of it every step of the way. They sent me e-mails and called me. I was always able to reach them via chat, e-mail or phone. The customer service at DriftHouse is top notch! When I finally got my stuff there was a hand written note on the invoice, which was really cool because you dont see that very often. Definitely earned a customer for life!
