Nice store from the outside. Don’t know otherwise because I didn’t get to go in because the didn’t open on time. After 10 minutes and the lights not even on, I left.

I love Bealls in Cocoa Beach for its unique and reasonably priced inventory and outstanding customer service! Nikki is the manager of this location and is always present and available to assist regardless of how busy she may be. She never fails to go the extra mile to ensure her customers are always well taken care of. You certainly don’t feel as though you’re shopping in an outlet at this location. It’s evident she leads her personnel with this same level of integrity and kindness. The employees are always pleasant and helpful. Surely a reflection of good management. A rare commodity these days!

I guess Im not sure whats going on. Website says its open. All the signs on all the doors say its open. The hours listed on the signs state it should be open but it is clearly closed hours before it should be.

As with all outlet stores, most items are manufactured only for the outlet stores and are inherently inferior quality. In other words, you get what you pay for and the clothes arent worth any more than whats on the price tag. So, a $10 shirt is $10 quality. As long as you think of the merchandise as being comparable to shopping at a dollar store chain, you wont be surprised. I purchase lots of casual clothes here and am satisfied because I understand what Im getting.

Needed workout gear, x prices on everything I needed, also have disposable masks available, X-mas stuff is out as well.

Only problem was the long line at checkout only one person working that..six people in line

This Bealls has 2 stores. One side for men, children and household. The staff are nice and helpful. The second store is all women. The staff is rude and inconsiderate.

This is a Very busy store and I can only guess it must be the highest producing store for Bealls Outlet. The only reason I am giving the store 4 stars is because the store is an Old building and the enviroment looks Old. Thats possibly the reason it also smells of mildew sometimes. The building itself is ancient as a reflection of the old ceiling, bathrooms and flooring. Those from this area remember the old pharmacy that was in that location. If you look at the floors, you can see just how old and dingy it is, even the paint, cash register, counters, and bathrooms are way past their prime. BUT, the merchandise stock is plentiful and between the two stores, its hard to come out empty handed. Remember that Mondays & Fridays are discount days for the different age groups. The current cashiers are friendly. But, tourist attitides take their toll on the current staff and you will see a change once again.

Love the prices! And the store is always cleaner and more kept together than both Ross snd TJMaxx.The employees are always willing to help and go that extra little bit for the customers.

Apparently this store and Bealls are NOT AFFILIATED!! I was sent a $10 birthday coupon and they wouldnt honor it. I was told its not a Bealls store ...maybe its me but it says Bealls outside on the sign above the doors.Who knew?

Large selection and friendly staff

There are two Bealls . ones for mens clothes and the others for womens. I looked at the mens clothing and it seemed to be mostly for young urban kids not a lot for grown men. But the prices are good and I found something that worked for me

Love this store!! Discounted items from overstock and returns. Clean, and well layed out store. Comfortable to be in, friendly courteous cashiers. Great bargains. They sell mostly clothing, accessories, shoes, and household items like dishes, glassware, etc.

I like Bealls Outlet. The staff is friendly and sometimes real bargains can be found. Some days are better then others but that is all part of the game. The store itself is a bit run down but that is part of the bargain hunting atmosphere.

Huge fan. Always find good stuff here. Brand names GREAT PRICES. Bealls outlets are what Winners, Marshalls and TJ Maxx are trying to be but are not.

The staff at this location are always really helpful. The selection of clothes and shoes are good. The dressing rooms could use some work and be looked after a bit better, but all in all, I enjoy my shopping experience everytime I come.

Bought 9 items ..cashier gave me one sack of items...large sack..i assumed all items in that same sack...upon returning to condo..found last 4 items missing..immwdiately called store..cashier was smart mouthed..not only denied missing a bag..but my remaining items given to next customer behind me..cashier clueless..returned to visit with floor manager..nothing she could do til another manager checked security cameras to find missing items...no refund on items left there..no more outlet for me..in conclusion ..the cashier on next shift knew issues with the cashier making mistakes as did the manager i spoke with...as of yet no refund...but someone behind me in line got a very nice surprise in her bag...free surprise! And she has not returned those items to the outlet either

Loved this layout! An entire store split into two entire stores. One store suite for womens items, another suite for mens. Liked the selection loved the price. Seemed a bit understaffed. Overall had fun shopping here.

Love the Outlet in Cocoa Beach!!! It is waaaayyyyyyy better than the one in Rockledge, such a shame since there is the regular Bealls department store just a few doors down. Makes no sense. Anyway, great discount store!!!

This is the best Bealls outlet I have been to in Central Florida. There are two stores, one with mens items, and one with womens. They didnt have a lot of staff on when I went, but the deals were great, and so was the selection.

I have always loved these stores, but it doesnt look as if anyone cleans. I find it hard to believe the staff actually uses their restrooms...Bealls with Lady and Jr Clothes and handbags.

Are you serious? One cashier that happens to be rude even though as customers weve stood in line for 10 mins. Never ask for our reward cards & was snippy when one lady offered her reward card.No one ever sent any help, course never heard anyone call for any either.Snowbird & holiday shopping going on and this was an awful check out situation.At least it reminded of me why I continue to drive on by & why I will continue to avoid.
