It never fails and why I come back here, but to say ... this is convenient to our business, and is close by. When I ask questions one of the customer service rep talks way to fast and interrupts before I can finish my question. Another customer service rep refers to us by our clothing when talking to the other service rep instead of saying Ill help the next customer. Its the little things that might not sound like a big deal, but it is. There CAN be improvements.

Had my baby shower invitations and games printed there! They were on and off helpful as I needed help because I had never been there. Prints came out great. Went to cut my cards out with the paper trimmer and was barely even able to use it as the blade piece kept coming off and it was ripping my paper as I was cutting (I was cutting one paper at a time). I asked if that was the only one they had and was told it was since the other was broken. You’d think they can get a better one since they sell them in the store. After I left a friend had told me they would cut them for you (not sure how true that is). But I will definitely not be going there again for prints. Might as well do them at home since I had to buy a paper trimmer of my own.

Fairly good selection of products. I wasnt greeted upon entering, although they seemed well staffed. Fortunately, i knew what i wanted and where it was. I usually have been able to find any office products i need here, but pricing is generally average. Watch for some good specials in their flyer. They carry a lot of products for organization. Also a good selection of writing tools. Staff could be a little friendlier, although my cashier was polite. Plenty of parking.

Employees were helpful, store wasnt busy, and there was no line to check out!

Excellent Curbside pickup service ! I needed something for working at home and I ordered online and it was ready for pick up within 15 minutes!They brought it to my car with an invoice and a smile! So thankful for this service !

I was having a stressful moring due to the fact that my printer was acting up last minute.I decided to stop by office max to get my papers printed. It was the best choice ever . Mark was wonderful . He helped me out with everything that I needed . Mark made my day a whole lot easier. Thank you office max for having amazing employees.

Clean and well maintained store. Ive been here a dozen plus times and the Staff has consistently worked to avoid me vs offer help. At one point a rep even told me, I seemed pretty intense. though he never addressed me before he checked me out at the register. 🤔 I suppose I am intense but are they trained to avoid intense people here?Store layout is straight forward so items are easy to locate. Restrooms are neglected at times. Copy service center is one of the largest in the area for this chain. Worth a visit to form your own opinions but if you invest in the idea of a great service experience going into the store you might be disappointed.

I love Office Max! We buy everything there for our office and for our printing. April is the best employee ever!

The store manager matt was the least helpful person I have ever encountered. I wanted a price match, albeit a stretch, he wouldnt oblige. But then he didnt even ask if I still wanted to purchase the item with out the price match. I asked for his district managers phone number an name. He refused and gave me the 1800godepot number. It was a horrible experience.

This is not about the office max in Clovis- unless the guys who were at Red Robin in Clovis are from there. We had the unfortunate experience of sitting next to some management employees at the bar-apparently they are regulars. They were rude and loud and all wearing office max polos. They were being very vulgar about the female employees and racist remarks were made about other employees.I will never step foot into an office max store again if this is the caliber of employees that are in management positions. Could not even have a conversation because of how loud they were.After having several drinks they were on their way to another bar to continue partying. Very disgusting. The employees at the restaurant said this was not even them at their worst.

The staff is always friendly, the store is clean, and their prices on binders and labels was actually comparable to Amazon. Buy local, even if its a chain store!

Poor customer service. Online pick-up. 3 employees in print area where online pu is. Two were helping customers, one named Myranda was just watching another employee help someone. The employee helping the customer was not speaking to her as if he were training her. At one point she looked over at me, did not say anything and looked back to watching the other employee. I continued to wait to see how long it would be, after a few minutes a customer behind me spoke to the manager. Suddenly the employee helping the customer told Myranda to come and help me. Poorest customer service Ive seen anywhere.

Always have what you need and at a fair price.
