I am so overwhelmed by the kindness and efficiency shown by the owner and staff of Mail Run Business Center. I called requesting a quick turn around on a funeral service flyer and they treated me with compassion and urgency. One staff member even stayed late to finish the job so we could pick it up in time for the service. Unbelievable customer service. The print job was completed beautifully. Thank you so much.
I cant say enough about John and his staff. They are friendly, efficient and makes my life so much easier with all the services they offer. Easy to purchase stamps, mail my packages, get copies done and take care of my DMV needs. Love the greeting cards selection they have along with unique gifts makes for a great shopping experience in this large store. I highly recommend the services of Mail Run.Hilda Morrison

*update-I spoke with John, and he apologized profusely. He stated they actually do have overnight with UPS, and the girl who was working somehow didnt know this. John made it right and refunded our money, so we recommend this business.- original post- I dont know whether to blame this business or not... But I asked to have something overnighted. The girl up front said they had one to two day delivery. I asked again, no overnight? She said no, but many times it will be delivered the next day. This was approx 915 AM the day before yesterday. Its now 4:43 pm and still not delivered. Way over 48 hours. I just wish the girl would have recommended FedEx or UPS. Instead of needing my business, charging me $40 (for a KEY!) and it not be delivered on time. I got an email it shipped at 430 pm that day. I took it in at 9am for a reason. If someone asks for overnight, its obviously pretty important. And unacceptable that its been well over 48 hours and still in transit. I was niave and I just wish she would have directed me elsewhere that actually does overnight. Now we are in a situation where we might be having to change major plans. Unfortunate and I will not use usps anymore. Private companies like UPS or FedEx are obviously the way to go. *update-I spoke with John, and he apologized profusely. I recently visited this business to return an item I purchased from the United Kingdom. It was a $150 item that I also purchased insurance for. It was explained to me that the USPS has been taking exceptionally long due to the COVID pandemic, which I completely understand. I sent this package on June 6, 2020. I have been tracking the package, and there had been no updates since July 15 as it apparently stalled in the UK. I have also been in contact with the company I made the purchase from. I called Mail Run today just to see if I could get any kind of update. I was met by an extremely rude woman on the phone that told me there was nothing she could do, and she made it a point to reiterate that she ALREADY explained to me that they can’t guarantee when the item would be delivered. She even acknowledged that she was being rude! I absolutely was in no way calling to complain or to hold them responsible. I was simply calling for an update as I do not know the inner workings of this business or the USPS. I did mention to her that the cost of the item was a concern for me (at $150) and was told “Well, what other option do you have?! You’ll just have to wait!” I understand we are all stressed and tense during this pandemic, but a little patience, understanding, and grace would go a long way... especially for a locally owned and operated business while so many others are unemployed and businesses are at risk of going under. Additionally, always remember that you have no idea what others are going through, and a little kindness goes a long way. I am giving this business a 1/5 stars not because of the service they provide, but simply because of this TERIBBLY rude and unhappy employee.
Employees not wearing masks, extremely rude and condescending, and tried to gouge me on registering my car because they thought I hadnt done my research on what was required. Avoid this place like the plague unless you want to get the plague while being overcharged for basic services.
First time doing business here on Friday 7/6/18. Very nice store, clean and neat inside. Needed to have a document notarized. Older lady (not some kid on their phone reading emails while they are helping you) was very efficient and handle the signing, documenting and mailing very fast... even while helping two other customers. (Us past retirement age people can do that, are brains are fully developed)When you mail something via USPS from this store, your tracking number is updated to your email automatically. You do not have to go over to USPS each time and enter your tracking number like when you mail from the post office. This is of great value. I always misplace the post office receipt or dont have it with me.I plan on mailing all my US mail that requires tracking from this store from now on.
