The manager, Scott, was extremely understanding and helpful regarding the exchange of a defective office chair. Will most definitely return to this location for future needs. It is great to know customer service is alive and well here.

The worst seevice at the print &scan. 3 clerks are doing nothing. Served each one and ignored me on purpose. Wasted 15 mins just for a simple pick up. You guys suck!!!!

We just had to place a mandatory order from them for my sons school supplies. Whoever they used for shipping placed the order in my drive way right next to the tire on my pick up truck. They never rang the bell knocked or anything. I examined the box and no shipping company name was on it to inquire why it was left there. This is the last time I will every order from them.

The manager here tonight was extremely rude and couldn’t be bothered with helping me after I struggled for 30 minutes trying to email and print a document. He instead just kept complaining about how they would be closing soon and I needed to hurry up or give up on trying to print itI’ll never go back here againWorst customer service I have ever experienced in my life

My husband and I bought a desk and hutch at this location. There was an associate named Logan who was very helpful. He assisted my husband with loading the furniture into our truck was friendly, helpful and a hard worker. Giving this location a 5 because of his work ethic.

The staff was very helpful. I had a few things I needed printed. I wasnt really sure how to go about it. The staff helped me. My invitations came out beautifully.

I ordered a laptop online for curbside pickup and received the confirmation email, an hour later I received a text stating there was an issue with my order and someone would contact me shortly. After waiting a half hour for them to contact me, I decided to go ahead and call the number on the text to speed things up. The gentleman I spoke to at the Clovis location informed me that the issue was no big deal, but the laptop Id ordered had actually been used as their display and that they would still sell it to me, but Id have to actually go into the store and they would have to run a factory reset on it. I informed him that my husband was actually running errands in the area waiting for the call that it was ready (we live about 30 min away from this location) and Id send him in. When my husband got there he was told that the laptop wasnt paid for and that wed have to pay the in store price not the online price and my husband handed them our card and they attempted to run it for over $200 MORE than the online price but it was declined because apparently Office Depot placed a hold on the amount listed online. I tried calling corporate but they were already closed, I called the Clovis location and was told Id have to call the 1(800)# the next day... For 4 long days I attempted every possible way to contact this company an be finally spoke to someone via live chat. She sent me a copy of their invoice saying 0 balance and told me if have to present that to my bank and get them to cleare the hold. So Office Depot is pointing fingers at the bank, the bank is pointing back at Office Depot meanwhile I had to buy a different laptop from one of their competitors with money set aside for bills, its been about 7 days now that theyve been holding me hostage. Big corporate companies playing keep away with the poor during global pandemic!

When i got in line there were 3 associates behind the counter. 2 helping people the third wandering about. I stood in line for twenty minutes. The first associate said shed be with me in one moment and vanished. The second associate said hed be with me in one .moment then went on lunch i assume because he left with a water bottle. The third associate got to me said they didnt have my print and that it was at another location. I ordered online specifically chose this location but it got sent elsewhere and i had to stand and wait 20minutes to be told that. Waste of my time.

Ordered a desk online, was ready speedily and loaded to my car. Great customer service.

Edit: I am DONE with this location. Consistently have problems getting helped, including at the checkstand. Have had the cashier walk off and leave me standing in line, to do who knows what. Print shop line still takes precedence over the checkout too apparently, and as I was exchanging water bottles I couldnt just leave, since the machine pretty much never dispenses exchange tickets correctly, if at all.------Some decent prices to be found. Always well stocked, but sometimes on the slow side on checkouts, the print operations seem to take priority over the registers on a regular basis. Would love to see a self checkout option implemented

Ive been to alot of Office Depot stores in the Central Valley, Bay Area and in Sacramento.But this store is my go to store. Christine, Bill, Haley and the rest of the unamed workers are always awesome!

Bill in the print shop is the most unhelpful person and should look for employment in a job where he doesnt have to deal with the public. Ended up going to their competitor for service
