Ok, so I asked an employee if they had any usb Bluetooth adapters. Not even a second later he said “we don’t have it” with an attitude . Their web sight said they where in stock. I guess his phone was more important though. He continued to scroll on it after he “answered” the question. ;U;

The Clovis, NM Office Max store really helped me out with my business cards. I had been looking everywhere for someone to print off my business cards but I didnt want to pay a arm and a leg. They swopped right in and got me connected to the website where I was able to order my business cards and for a decent price.

Staff members didnt make make an effort to make sure they understand what I neede. I guess because I ONLY SPENT $110. THIS STORE SUCKS

Selection of products for a store this size is decent. Customer service was non-existent. I wandered around the computer section for about 45 minutes and no one asked if I had questions or if they could help me. I did notice that men were being helped. Consequently I didnt buy a computer and a printer. Ill look for a computer and printer at another store.I have since returned to the store and the customer service has improved. More people asked if they could help me and were willing to answer my questions. By the way this store is bigger and has more products than the ones in Lubbock.

Really awesome employees, great products, very orderly, great environment!Parking lot needs a bit of attention, its uneven with holes but it is handicap accessible. Flooring is a bit worn out but its ok. The bathrooms need a bit of attention and the water fountains need serious attention. Theres calcium, and oxidant build-up on the fountains basin, and on the fountain tip.

No one bugged I looked around. The the cashier was great. Didnt catch her name.

Called and asked a question waited for worker to respond. Then asked what else i needed and I repeated the question, said hold on then after 10 minutes on hold hung up. Called back asked the same question said hold up while he finds out and hangs up. Called again and soon as I started to talk he hung up. Sadly this the only office max in town.

Everyone is the store was extremely helpful so sorry for the not so great review. You all had free shipping on desks so I dont have to deal with the hassle right? Suppose to be here Wednesday, the Friday before I was home all day waiting on another package Saturday I check my status guess I got delivered on Friday. So I called they said uh it wasnt delivered and we can call you with in 24 hours to give you a better time and date to expect the package. Called like 30 hours latter oh well the People that would be able to do that dont work the weekends so Monday theyll probabaly call if its changed between 8 and 5. Like do you guys even know where my package is? Or how to tell people how things are done. Again this was customer service witch wasnt to do with this specific store but still shenanigans. Would not order from again unless you instore pickup and have a truck.

The print technician wasnt available so they sent another team member, Matthew, back. Matthew had a rather horrible attitude and walked in talking negatively about the missing tech and how annoyed he was about filing in. Our laminated print product has another image imposed on it making it appear dirty. When my husband pointed that out and asked about it Matthew told him I didnt do that. I dont know anything about it! and made it clear he wasnt willing to fix the issue.Sarah was our cashier and was very friendly even though they were busy and the air conditioning didnt seem to be working.

Horrible service. Went in today (march 4,2017) to get repairs done to my computer. The tech was rude and not very knowledgeable. When asked if he could fix the problem he said no, I think our system is down Im sure you can find someone else to fix it

Office max no longer lets you get color copies off the Internet. Every year I have purchased color copies of my luggage tags for my cruise. This year they would not allow me to do that since it is a website that had to be logged into. Don’t know how they stay in business!
