When I go to Best Buy I am normally in the market to buy something. Without fail I end up leaving because there is no staff available to answer my questions. I really not interested in being greeted at the front entrance. Best But wake up !!! Your bottom line will look better if you hire more knowable people to sell your products than saving on employee costs.

BEWARE!!!! Do NOT buy Amazon Products from Best Buy or anyone other than Amazon....There is ONLY a 3 month Warranty on ANY Amazon Product bought from stores like Best Buy.Best Buy will tell you there is a 1 year Warranty on the Amazon Products....IT IS NOT TRUE!!! When you buy from Best Buy and NOT Amazon it is only a 3 month Warranty. If I bought the Amazon Product from Amazon there would of been a 1 year warranty....I found out the hard way.... I have the receipt from Best Buy, the emails from Amazon, I have Witnesses who were with me when I first bought the product when I was informed about the 1 year warranty from Amazon..... AND Witnesses were with me when I went back today to Best Buy to see about the warranty. Oh well, what do I know, Im just a Senior Citizen who trusted and shouldnt of.

I wasnt happy I had to wait for them to find a table they said they had 3 in stock. At the end of it all I just bought one online and now Im waiting for it to be shipped. Customer service was nice but the time it took was a bit to long.

Went here to by a laptop for school after a negative experience at the other Best Buy. Service was super friendly and very helpful. Rebecca was able to answer all my questions without any problems, made me feel comfortable I was purchasing the right laptop for my needs and went above and beyond in her customer service. Ive been going to this Best Buy for about 16 years and have never been disappointed, I only went to the other one because it was closer to my work and I will never do that again. I highly recommend this Best Buy for your electronic needs.

Bought a new phone here. I was very happy with The staff. Everything was clearly explained and they Helped with every aspect of setting up the phone. As a side note... the Young lady who helped us. (I think her name was Renee?) Noticed that an elderly woman with a cane was standing and waiting. She Excused herself from helping us to get the Elderly woman a chair and then quickly came back and Continued helping us.🙂👍

The Clovis Best Buy location is pretty solid! I was looking for a very specific EKG monitor and they had it right there sitting on the shelf. Also, I purchased a laptop because the hard drive on my old one crashed and their Geek Squad was able to help me transfer all of my data to my new laptop. I will say it seemed a bit understaffed, probably due to COVID, as I had to wait nearly 30 minutes before an associate was available to assist me with my purchase. This was a bit frustrating considering I had made all of my selections in 2 minutes.

Great store. friendly staff. however. I was trying to find my mother a new phone but apparently they don’t sell the razor flip phones anymore. I politely told them that they have lost my business and that dinner would NOT be waiting for them when they got home. Turns out that my son didn’t appreciate me embarrassing him in front of his crush who works there. I love Best Buy but I do not think it’s in my sons best interest to invite me to work anymore.

I purchase an item on 6/22 and was told it would ship to the store by 6/29. Well, I have yet to get the item I purchased and it is now 7/6. I tried calling this store on 7/5 but the recording said they were not taking calls. I tried calling again today 7/6 but again, not accepting calls. No email update about the product/item ordered, no text, nothing. I am not a Best Buy fan to begin with but my options are limited here in the Fresno/Clovis area. After I get the item I purchased or even a refund at this point, I will NOT step foot in this place ever again. Its bad enough that when you do go into the store to shop NO ONE is ever around to assist you.

A very clean and organized best buy! Ive never been to this best buy, but I but compared to the one where I love it is very nice. The customer service was great there seemed to be enty if employees around to help me out I never once felt at a lack of assistance. I went to get my pick up order and it was ready in such short time. Another great best buy if you have not been to this one yet give it a try and you wont be let down 👍🏽

I waited around for 10 minutes after I asked them for help, everyone was grouped around the door doing goodness knows what. I went in to buy a dyson air filter, I had questions that I hoped someone could help me with but no one ever came to help me. So I left and went to the best buy on blackstone. Customer service was terrible. Staff walked by me several times ignoring my attempts to get their attention. When I was finally helped, I had to prompt them to take my rewards # and then after I left realized I wasnt offered a protection plan for my earbuds as I had intended to get. Rude employee answered & had me on hold to get the answer to my question, returned and still had no idea. Said “I’m telling you just to come in to see if they’ll do it” then hung up. Richard (manager) should be commended for his superior customer service and his ability to get stuff done! Best Buys online and phone customer service is HORRENDOUS, and every time Ive had an issue, Richard takes care of it. I was just at the Best Buy on Herndon Ave. In Clovis.I walked back to the TV’s because I want a new one.Looking at them for 20+ minutes and passed 3 at the desk in the back, not one said a thing to me. Then I stood at the TVs looking and 3 different associates walked up to the door to the storage or back room, but not one stopped to say hi or can I help? I walked up to the front looking for someone and I saw 5-6 associates standing at the desk talking to each other with a store full of customers! Then as I took a picture of them I was approached by someone! This is unacceptable in every way for a electronics store!!I will go buy my electronics somewhere else!!

Cant say that this place isnt too bad, the most recent reviews seem to be mainly about the customer service of the employees here. I can gladly say I guess something has changed! Ive been approached in every department I visited today, which is awesome. The employees that helped me out today were in the appliance and mobile department. Other than that, AP was very welcoming.Other than the employees itself, the products in the store seem very limited, possibly due to store size. I was able to find what I needed and got out in under 15-20 minutes. Visited on a Wednesday morning, so it wasnt so packed nor were there any lines.Good experience at this location, keep it up guys!

Update to my review below. I spoke with a supervisor in home theatre and he scheduled a new TV to be delivered. Well they delivered it yesterday and when I opened it up to set it up the screen is shattered. And no luck getting anyone at the store on the phone yet again. The box also had a huge cut in it. I should have checked the box but I was in the middle of working so I just let them drop it off and go.I only put 1 star because I had no choice to put one. But I would personally give a zero!I purchased a 55 smart TV on 2/11/21 which I had good customer service. On 2/21/21 the tv would not shut off then later when I tried to turn it back on it would not go on. We had to unplug it and then it turned back on. So I called to report this since I got the warranty. I spoke with a gentleman who stated I am within my 15 days to return it. He offered for them to come out to my house to swap them out. But then went onto to tell they do not have it in stock and I need to purchase a different one but they only have ones that cost more. I declined that. He then offered to speak with his manager to see if they can transfer one from Bakersfield and swap it out when that arrived. He would have a manager call me back with an answer. I never got a call back. I called again on Tuesday spoke with Anna who stated she wrote my issue down and a manager would return my call. I still have not gotten a call back. So I called back today and spoke with Breann who refused me to speak with a manager and said she would email the general manager, store manager, and assistant manager to return my call by the end of day today or tomorrow morning. I asked for the managers names so I knew who to expect to call and she hung up on me. This is HORRIBLE customer service and I will never go back to purchase anything there again or refer anyone to this store. I really hope they make this right and call me!

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Manager Richard for helping me solve the audio problem in my 65 Samsung Smart TV, which was purchased from Best Buy six months ago. According to Samsung TV instructions, it needs to update the Software of my Samsung TV from support center.The Tech Support center from Samsung promptly sent a Samsung-care technician to my home to fix the TV audio system free of charge. I like that at the entrance, there’s a hand sanitizer with a box full of medical masks. The store is small compared to others, but it has most of the stuff that anyone would look for. The service is good and the experts are very transparent with their inputs! I had a good time, thank you Best Buy!
