So the experience with this place was very stressful. There were so many problems and spent more money then we wanted too. The crew they hired were horrible broke my screen door would not talk to my wife when it came to decisions and just ignored her. They left some work unfinished and did some messed up things. The main guy even told me he wanted to be done with this job probably why they left some things unfinished. Now Nick he was cool but after this experience I will never do business again! Gilbert the main guy who did the installation just horrible. See the picks below from crooked base boards to not putting in the strips on door ways. The tape behind the baseboard was my favorite.

Just got carpet and vinyl wood flooring installed in majority of our home and very happy with the whole process. They helped us stick to our budget, good communication. Went in the store last week to get flooring for my whole house. They have a wonderful showroom with lots of products to choose from. Their staff is very personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store.

Clean and spacious store. I was there for an insurance claim, so mine was not the typical shopping experience, but NICK was very helpful. He really helped me to eliminate poor choices / get things narrowed down. I love that he let me take samples home to look at in MY lighting and surrounding colors.

Im leaving this poor review because I am very disappointed with the interaction between the sales associate/owner(?) today. She was very defensive, rude and condescending. I had detected it a bit in the beginning but ignored it in hopes this was the place that was going to install our flooring throughout our home. As I asked questions she responded defensively and said she knew what she was doing. I didnt doubt she knew her job but I wanted to be sure I had seen all that they had as it is a large showroom. Ultimately, I walked out because I dont want to do business with a start out like that.

Not impressed. Customer service was average and not that knowledgeable.

Visited store on 3-6-17. asked to see cheapest carpet. young girl that helped was rude and uppity after that.
