Wow, this spot has everything you could possibly need for any weekend project, all your grilling needs, firearms, outdoor necessities, a great spot to get gifts for loved ones! It was spotless, well organized and had friendly customer service to help us find what we were looking for. Found some great buys on ammo, trying some new coffee, bbq cleaner and got a few other things. Very glad I stepped foot in this place, I’ll be back!!

Great local hardware store. I think they have about everything you might need. Nice bunch of grills and smokers on hand including pellets.

Super clean store (newly remodeled) and had basically all the hard to find hardware I needed for a reasonable price. The staff was very helpful, and the manager had no issues letting me finish finding the things I needed even past their closing time. Ill definitely be coming back!

Friendly staff & knowledge of the store. There was a young lady named Anita who went above & beyond to come out to our car & find the right screws & screwdriver for our license plate & was nice enough to put it on.

They were extremely helpful. I had quite a few items I felt would take sometime to locate. I was approached and asked if I needed help. Before I new it an employee directed me to everything I needed, had my larger items carried to the register, rang me up, and helped with loading my purchases. I was very impressed with their customer service!

I like this store because if I need something for the garden or house is right there, also, have products you dont see in another store, workers as soon you step in to the store greetings with a big smile and willing to help.

Always ask you if you need help. Way better than lowes you have to hunt to find something.

I absolutely love this store. I’m old so I remember Barry Hardware that used to be down town. Burns reminds me so much of it which is nice. Helpful people, nice store with great selections & great at helping with advice. I will never waste my time with that other hardware store that is so unhelpful & rude. My mom works upstairs so I come and hang out here all the time.i have gotten to know the staff they are friendly and helpful along with patient, I love helping out when I can to get to work with these amazing people! Have never been happier with a hardware store. Just bought a home here and am new to town. Have multiple projects need doing and limited experience. Went with a list and had no problem finding an absolutely amazing clerk that literally walked me through every isle and helped me check off everything. Couldnt not have been nicer! Will only ever shop here now for my home project needs!!

Has plenty of hard to find hardware for special products. Rating is based other True Value stores on the success of finding specific items related to heavy machinery. Other than that, Burns is my go-to.

Prices are slightly higher then your box stores but the knowledge of the floor staff is outstanding. No waiting in line EVER. You are a customer and not a dollar sign.
