Everyone I met at the store was incredibly kind and helpful. Shaun and Janet helped me with Quartz and countertops, both super responsive with emails and never made me feel like I was bothering them with my questions.

Fantastic! They have an amazing selection of everything from hardwood and vinyl to carpet and countertops. Their staff was super knowledgeable, and friendly. Best of all, their prices were significantly cheaper than any other place in town, and that isnt even taking into account the fact that they price match. We chose our entire home remodel here, and you should too.

Everything about this process with them was terrible. We purchase tile for our bathrooms from them and was going to be purchasing carpet and vinyl flooring for the rest of our house ($10,000 worth) as well but we stopped at tile since the service was so bad. No one had answers on where our tile was after it was suppose to have arrived days prior (apparently no one noticed it didn’t show up until I called) and the only communication I would receive was when I called. They said they’d call back in the afternoon multiple times and never did. The quote they gave us was wrong (due to the sales person not listen to what we were actually saying) and we ended up owing $550 MORE the day of install and almost having to rescheduled after weeks of waiting already. They don’t stand behind what they say or even try to make their wrongs right . We 100% will never be going through them again because the communication and customer service was SO poor. Carpeting we ended up going through Lowe’s on Shaw and they were FANTASTIC from start to finish and we’ll be going through them as well for our other flooring too. So save yourself the headache and go anywhere else but here.

Some of the workers that installed the floor are not responsible that they use like Joseph. Very poor will never use them anymore.

They would not honor their price guarantee correctly. Freddie practically wants notarized price quotes from the competition. Even with the quote he had trouble figuring out the difference in price. Oh yeah, he didnt seem to be able to understand the large signage guarantee painted on the wall. Love the product but if you think you might by chance have a service problem, Shop Somewhere Else. Besides, other companies price match and honor their guarantee.

Ordered lots of flooring with assurance more could be ordered. Not 6 months later it is discontinued and only enough for one more room. I buy it and 2 boxes are all messed up. Good news is however they did call and refund me on the damaged boxes. Bad news I wasnt able to finish the house flooring.

We had the floors in our house completely done. Our Salesman was Freddie and he was so good to work with. He was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the best flooring to meet our needs. We have 4 dogs so it was important that we get it right. The transaction was seamless.He sent the installer to our house to take the measurements. He was on time and he and another worker measured the house and made some recommendations and explained the process. We had to have a lot of tile removed and we knew it was a big job. Once he took the measurements back to Freddie we went and finalized our decisions. He ordered the material and the next day we received a call from the installer that The materials were in and he would start the demolition the following day. Danny was our installer and he said he would be to our house the following morning at 8am. He was early.This was a big job. They started on Friday and finished by noon the following Wednesday. They ere on time every day. Cleaned everything up and were very helpful.To finish it off we needed our new baseboards painted. Danny referred the painter to us. He showed up on time and stayed until 8pm that night to get it finished.I am very happy with happy with the flooring. It’s beautiful. The entire experience was as good as any home renovation can be. The fact that they did such a food job makes it even better.

I BOUGHT OVER $4000 IS FLOORING 30 DAY LATER WHEN I WENT TO BUY MORE THE PRICE DROP ABOUT 30 CENTS A SQFT WHICH I GUESS IS GOOD BUT I WOULD HAVE FIGURED THEY WOULD HAVE GAVE ME SOME KIND OF CREDIT TOWARDS ANOTHER PURCHASE FROM THEM BUT NO THEY SAID 30 DAYS IS A LONG TIME AND PRICES CHANGE WE WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANY KIND OF CREDIT. ITS NOT A LOT BUT ABOUT $350.00 DOLLARS IT WOULD HAVE HELPED WITH MY NEXT PURCHASES FROM THEM. I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANY MORE FROM THEM IF THEY CANT BACK UP THERE PRICE FOR ONE MONTH

Freddie & Shaun in the Clovis branch were awesome! Very courteous, friendly and made us feel like we were friends instead of customers. To top it off Jimmy and his installation crew at Flooring Unlimited were as top notch as they come. I would recommend anyone looking for flooring of any kind and a great installer to go through Flooring Liquidators in Clovis.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible customer service, well at least for me. The couple that came after me got great service!! I walked in with my daughter, not a man, so Im guessing me being a single Latina might have something to do with it. There were two employees. One was helping a couple (the only customers there!) the other on the computer facing the door. We walked in, no greeting, looked around right at the front door then I walked over to the counter, since no one approached me. The employee looks up and says looking for vinyl flooring? I said yes. He points and says over there, those 4 rows are vinyl flooring. We walked over, I was thinking he was wrapping stuff up and would be over to help soon. Nope. Wrong. Another couple walks in, the employee stops what he is doing comes from behind the counter and begins helping them. Lol!! Really!!! How horrible to treat someone like that. Dont support a location like this. My money is just as green as the next guy. Shameful!

Very accommodating and helpful. Shaun helped me with my countertop and backsplash choices and helped coordinate a smooth transition for installation. I’m looking forward to buying some flooring in the near future.

Best place to get flooring

The sales associate was more interested in engaging in casual conversations with his co-worker from his computer chair than assisting my husband and myself in a purchase. His assistance was so minimal, it was apparent he could careless about the sale.The wearhouse location was even worse. Flooring liquidators of Clovis was a hudge disappointment as we left feeling like an inconvenience rather than a valued costumers.

Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend to others.

My wife and I shopped around for flooring and decided to go with Flooring Liquidators in Clovis, and we are happy that we did. From start to finish the project was handled professionally and their service from the day we walked into the store to the final install was perfect. The sales team was not pushy and answered all of our questions with expertise. Shawn B. came came to our house to give us our install quote and we couldn’t have ask for more from him. The price for the product plus the install was priced very competitively. The guys from JNS Flooring did the install work, and my wife and I were pleasantly surprised at both their professionalism and quality of their work. I work in construction, and construction personnel tend to be a little “rough around the edges”. This was not the case for the JNS crew. They were the most courteous and professional group of guys I have ever encountered on a home renovation project. Special thanks to Shawn B. We walked in off the street in search of LVT for a remodel: We were warmly met by the manager who went out of his way to explain the various derivations of LVT and then continually checked in on us as we browsed the selection. We left with samples in hand. A few weeks later we called back to the store and was put in contact with Liz. She helped us place a order for LVT not carried in stock. Because of the current shipping issues brought on by the Pandemic, vaccine rules and the current State Politicians and Unions, our order was stuck in Port somewhere,. Liz kept us regularly updated on the delays and finally called us the day the LVT arrived. All this done by phone after our first visit. Couldn’t have asked for better support than what we received from Flooring Liquidators and, especially, Liz.

I got new granite counters in my kitchen and bathrooms, as well as laminate flooring in bathrooms and carpet in bedroom. Janet, Freddie and Shaun were all friendly, knowledgable, courteous, and professional. I shopped, and found the best price here. Glad I came here, great experience!
