He also tested my alternator to make sure it was charging my battery. Overall, great experience and the customer service from Steve was excellent.

I needed a hard to find bulb that is no longer available at Lowes, not available for pick-up at Walmart. Went in to local store looking for a particular bulb for lamp. Clerk worked very hard helping me find the right bulb. All for a $7.50 cent sale. I have a commercial account and purchase from store regularly, but she didnt know that. Excellent service..!! Always enjoy the experience at the Clovis store.

Screen repairs in general are expensive however they had the lowest price I could find. Had the phone back within two hours. Very smooth service, also very informative.

I came in needing the screen on my phone replaced. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Mike, he made recommendations on protective screen and did the repair. In my case, best price for local pickup. Easy to place order online for store pickup; order was ready before I was out of the shower (less then 20 minutes).When picking up, the store appeared to be very clean and well organized.

I purchased online to be picked up in the Clovis store. The sales associate was VERY helpful when I picked up the group size 8d batteries (which are HUGE). The same associate helped me when I returned the cores again he was great. I was very impressed with their professionalism and willingness to help customers.

Steven is very customer oriented. He took the time to explain everything before, during and after reprogramming and cutting a key fob for my 2007 Honda Ridgeline. He even took the time to install a new battery in my old key fob. Can’t get any better customer service and can’t beat the price.

Every store offers different customer service given they are franchises. 95 W Shaw Ave Clovis, CABatteries + Bulbs rocks!Had only 3 months left on warrantywhen battery put out 0 volts dead.Stranded in Merced CA and late formy appointment in Palo Alto, CA.Had to jump start but went to this storeto have battery tested the next day. Glad I did.Battery tested ‘bad’ and replaced under warranty. Alternator also tested.

This place is a complete and total RIP off. They are ridiculously over priced. 200% higher on some items Compared to other local retail stores and over 300% higher Then my usual Internet battery source. Typically a business that specializes in one item exclusively is more competitive than anyone else because thats all they buy. And if thats not the case its because there product is the best quality available (obviously not the case here either considering 7-Eleven stocks Duracell on the shelf. Okay, common sense will tell you if theyre the most expensive on the same exact product then the price is justified by the expert knowledge of the staff. Uh, wrong again! In this day and age, What are those is not an appropriate response to the question, where do you keep the 18650s?

Over the Phone Customer Service is horrible. The Prices are cheaper and they readily have inventory but with bad customer service makes want to pay more and go somewhere else.
