The repairs took a little longer than expected. However that wasnt the mechanics fault. They had to wait on my warranty company & for parts. They where all very polite & got my Traverse back to me as quickly as possible. Thank you all very much.

Problem navigation system.been in the shop every other week for over two months. Last time they kept it in for the whole week including the weekend. We had plans and had to rent a car. Still not fixed...manager told us he would contact gmc for guidance...That has been 2 weeks and havent heard from him. I would really like some action on this matter

I was told my battery would not charge and was too low to even run the test to find out what was causing a parasitic drain of the battery. My brother took another new battery to the service center and we were told the vehicle was fixed by putting the new battery on the vehicle. My brother and the owner of Carquest in Logan, NM tested the battery that I was told was bad and nothing was wrong with the battery. I explained over and over how the vehicle had the same problem with three different batteries and I know the battery is not the problem, but I was ignored and the problem with the vehicle was never solved!

Horrible customer service specifically Landen who decided to run his mouth as I was leaving saying I should take my vehicle with the recalls to the dealership I bought it from (which was purchased at another dealership due to their lack of inventory). This is a small town and they are the only GM service dealership in the area. I will be filing a complaint about this experience, never been treated so horribly by a dealership.

I took my 2018 Camaro ZL1 to Bender Chevrolet to get my front splitter replaced due to a mishap with a pothole. When I first talked to their parts department they told me the part would be delivered unpainted. Since I was told the part would be unpainted I then asked them to arrange with the body shop to have it painted (without specifying a color). After the new part arrived I took my vehicle in to have it installed and return to my Camaro having a blue front splitter when it was originally black. Seeing that the splitter was the wrong color, I then went in to the body shop to inform them that it was the wrong color, When I did this the body shop manager yelled at me saying I told him to paint it that way. With a calm voice I decided to tell him it was ok so long as it got fixed and I have the correct color (black) splitter on my car. He then agreed to order another front splitter and apologized for his behavior. After talking with the body shop manager he informed me that the part actually arrives already painted the correct color and that there was no need to paint it in the first place. When I finally bring my vehicle back for a second time, they install the correct color of splitter but then proceed to charge me for painting it the wrong color in the first place. After displaying an unprofessional behavior and yelling at a customer I would assume the least the dealership could do is not charge the customer for their mistake.Secondly, when I received my vehicle back the interior was in poor condition. My floor, as displayed in the picture was covered in muddy boot prints. I can understand if my floor mats get a little dirty but mud is unacceptable and the customer should not have to clean their carpets after getting serviced by a dealership.

Came in for oil change, fuel filter, and tire rotation. Service was timely, but upon pickup (at closing) I noticed a severe steering wobble starting at 35 mph. Not really what I wanted before my 400 mile trip the next day. I also noticed from the dash that all four tires were 70+ psi. The spec for the truck is 60 psi on the front, 75 psi in the back. This is the kind of poor attention to detail that I would expect from a random tire shop, not experts in my vehicle. And the wobble made me immediately suspect loose/uneven lug nuts as potential causes for the wobble--fortunately not.And since this was my 5th oil change, it was free, but I was surprised my fuel filter came out to nearly 200 parts and labor. Ill be going elsewhere or doing it myself from here on out.

Had my oil change and tire rotation 9/4/18. Was surprised and thankful they washed my car.Then got home and engine was smoking... a LOT! It stopped after about 10 minutes. Looks like oil spilled all over!Now I understand why you washed my car. To clean up the oil spillage!Not happy that you failed to even tell me you spilled oil and had to clean it up!Horrible customer service. Absolutely wrong of your Service dept NOT to tell me!

The worst service department. Over two weeks I called several time and it always went to voicemail with no call back. I had to physically go in to get an appointment for my vehicle. I tried on the website to make an appointment and that didn’t work or have the options needed for service requirements. I went in to drop off my truck and the person working the desk was so rude and he said they were short staffed and would only answer calls that went to voicemail. Thankfully some woman working in the office was far friendlier AFTER I told her I was a military widow. Thank goodness my warranty is up on my vehicle and I never have to get service done there again. Side note: also tried to review them on the email link they sent - but neither of the links work. Garbage.

Our commercial van broke down rolling into Clovis and we would have been stuck if it wasn’t for the awesome folks in the service shop at Bender. They were able to replace our alternator same day so that we could get back on the road. I am so grateful to Jennefer and the mechanic who went above and beyond to help us out. Bought a new 2019 buick envision at benders. Had a tire losing air. Took it there to be fixed. They dont fix tires!! Not a great warranty having to take a new car to a tire store!!

Ordered my brand new Impala from these unprofessional rejects, and not only did they put 27 miles of joy riding in my brand new car before I was able to even drive it, but they also took it upon themselves to spill coffee all in the center console, the headliner, the dash, and instrument cluster as well as when the vehicle got detailed they decided to wash it with a rock causing $10,000 worth of damage to the paint and all the glass. They refused to cover the cost of the damages and refused to take the vehicle back and that was all before the vehicle left the lot. The sales manager got so unruly that the local law enforcement had to be called out to keep the peace. Thank you Bender Chevrolet for screwing over yet another military member.
