My wife and I were shopping at the outlet last week and came across this store for the first time even though we are always at Clinton outlets!The older lady (wish I got her name) was very kind and and made us feel very welcomed in the store.she let me smell all the Tom fords I asked and even the Jo Malone collection and did not judge us and get impatient at all even though most of these items had a hefty price tag and we are pretty young and were dressed bummed up that day.we ended up purchasing many sets and I treated myself my father and uncle to the 5 pack Jo Malone sampler pack which I’m very happy to have purchasedThanks for the awesome service, Patience and friendly welcome into your store we can’t wait to visit again!Happy thanksgiving!!!

If you like faulty products and poor management, this is the place for you!Drove 40 miles roundtrip with an injured disabled dad to get him a perfume. Get home and find the tube inside the bottle that draws out the liquid has been completely cut. The perfume is entirely unusable as its an all glass bottle The store fails to hand us the receipt, so I call them and ask what can be done. The store manager Stevie is rude, condescending and unhelpful. They offer an exchange but I have to make the 40 mile trip again, with NO additional compensation - no discount, no discount on a future purchase, no nothing. Absolutely no consideration for customers and seem OK with selling defective products. I explained the situation to her and she said she was unable to offer a discount or credit of any kind. Unable? You are the store manager. You have the authority - you just dont care. This store needs to properly train or replace their management or better yet, just dont sell faulty products.Oh, the icing on the cake? The manager gave me a corporate phone number to call and when I called that number they said they werent the people who dealt with this. Utter incompetence.

My boyfriend gave me some Christmas gifs, cosmetics from this store (powder, compact, foundation) a wrong tone, I went to change the products for a suitable color of my skin and they did not accept. The packaging, box, everything is in perfect condition, completely new. we lost $ 130! They were not friendly, they just said no changes are accepted. I do not recommend this store

This place serves me well with my basic makeup requirements. I rarely go elsewhere but please note that I am not very liberal on trying new kinds of makeup trends. In this place, no one bothers me with a sales pitch and that’s what I need most -peace!If you are looking for a catered experience, where staff puts on expert makeup on you and helps you make decisions, please avoid this shop. It’s mostly for pro makeup wearers who know what they are doing (at least with their own face).

The staff fluctuates..sometimes it’s nice toGo in there and others not so much. I recently made Christmas purchases and spent a lot of money in there,barely any packaging The second time. My first time was a great experience.

Such a great place to get discounted MAC, Clinique, Origins, and many other well-known brands. A must-visit for any makeup junkie. Sometimes there are great sales to boot! I am only subtracting one star because I feel the employees could be just a *little* more upbeat and friendly.

Worst experience with the counter girl ever. If I could give no stars I would.I asked where the mascara was. She doesnt leave the. Said all over what brand...I told her I didnt care brand and I also asked if it came in a brown ...she looks at me and goes ya at CVS. Ahhh ok...attitude...still never leaving the counter. Finally ill looking around still did not see the mascara I asked to come over and show I do not see them. She finally comes out from the counter. Grabs a sample/display taps it down and went back behind the counter. Im disgusted with this young ladies attitude. She should not be in customer service. I live here and will never go back.

I bought a two pack Estee Lauder eye jelly gel at this location as a gift for my mom. When she received the package in China she told me one of the item is only half loaded and she sent me some pictures as well. I went to this location told the sales lady the story and showed her the pictures I have. She said they are not going to do anything for me because I dont have the item with me. I told her it doesnt make sense for my mom to ship it back here because of the shipping cost and time. However, she said they can do nothing and gave me her manager phone number which is never picked up by anyone. Im very disappointed with her attitude and the way she handled my case. Whats worst, there is no one else I can ask for help. I feel no people can help me out. This is one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Staff would rather talk to each other than assist the customers standing in front of them for 5 min. NO knowledge of product at all. Trys makeup on themselves to try to find the colors and feel that is best for you.....

Ive been going to this store for over 10 years. Never had a problem until recently. I had been using Estee Lauder Double wear foundation for a very long time when all of the sudden I began breaking out in my chin. Never, ever had a problem with this before-even in my teens. I used everything over the counter, acne scrubs, Differin, etc.... Nothing helped! Finally I became fed up and tried ulta for some new (and very pricey) Estee Lauder Double wear. The woman there asked me where I had been getting my makeup and I told her. She said shes heard MANY complaints about their products being old and causing skin reactions. Well... I tried my ulta makeup and within weeks my chin completely cleared. Im not saying the store isnt great, bc trust me it is. But if you notice your skin having a reaction .. Maybe just stick to eyeshadow, perfume, mascara, etc.

The staff so rude. I use to purchase so many items every week when I be there they keep talking abut me like why she come too much .thats not nice at all hope the company change them all
