Annoying staff. I was in the store no more than 5 minutes and they kept asking me if i needed help. Give me a chance to shop so can I realize what I need to get. Also they charge .15 for a paper bag which is ridiculous. They dont have a lot of products in stock either. I wont be returning to this store

They have better brands of black hair care products but you are on your own to make a choice. The staff, friendly enough, dont know the brand differences. Its very hard to get a recommendation.

The staff is very knowledgeable of the products that you carry.. Condonement that you walk into the shop you are greeted by beautiful people.. I would recommend that shop to anyone .. I will go back there any time I need great beauty products.. .

I should have read the rude remarks before I step foot into this place. While I understand the feeling of counting down to closing time, in the customer service industry thats not the first thing you say to a customer. This place supposedly closes at 9pm but apparently they shut down the registers at 8:55p . Therefore they dont close at 9pm they close at 8:55p . And thats what should be posted on the door. Instead they have cashiers who say we close our registers down in 7min a soon as you walk in the door instead of how may I help you.

Employee was extremely rude when items were ringing up the wrong price. Not my fault the items were marked incorrectly! Last time I checked, you honor the price on the item!

The manager/ owner or whoever the hell she is, is so rude and the rest of her staff follows her lead, I bought a nail drill and all the bs I had to go through to return it was ridiculous. I just had to go to a totally different location. I never really come here cuz they’ve always been nasty but I’m never spending another dime at this location. Hopefully they’ll replace the woman that works there and get better customer service.

Extremely horrible customer service! Catherine is the worst! Not only is she yelling at customers about that she is closing in trn minutes, not once did she or her associate offer help you find the products customers were looking for. Take your money elsewhere.Go to Luxe Beauty Supply instead! At least they have better customer service.

This is the worst supply store i have been to. The staff is atrocious. & on a Sunday with gospel playing overhead, you would think they would b pleasant. 1 out of the 4 employees there was pleasant&useful.
