Is it possible for me to leave 10 starts???? I love this beauty supply. I have been a customer for 8 years and I am so glad that Bella Crown will always be my beauty supply of choice! I say this even though I live in Baltimore now! Most recently, I needed hair and I was unsatisfied with the products my local beauty supplies and Amazon had in stock. I didnt want to drive so far to Bella since I live in Baltimore now. I called the shop and as usual received friendly customer service. Monica Johng helped me quickly identify the hair I needed and then she said dont drive here-I can ship to you! In less than a half hour, she helped me pick and purchase my hair, created the shipping label and had the hair packaged up so that I would receive it in 1-2 days!! So efficient and helpful. This is the service that I always receive and the reason I will continue to support Bella Crown! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!

My new beauty supplies spot! Went to a new store close to home. No greeting upon entering. Didnt even look up. Regret spending one dime there! My mother & I were pleasantly assisted by Monica. Destiny, the stylist is outstanding. Saw her finishing a client. Loved it. So, I will drive farther from my home to receive exceptional service! I believe her son & husband were there and they were just as kind.

I went for the first time today and was flabbergasted by 1. How helpful the staff were 2. The look of the store 3. The amount of products, especially organic they offer. I will definitely be returning to make some shampoo . Lol -& 4. The bundles are affordable and soft . I haven’t installed yet though. They now have a new loyal customer !

Great customer service! Very knowledgeable of products.I went to a nearby hair supply store. It took forever for someone to help me and when she did, she was not knowledgeable of crochet hair products. She pointed me in the direction where I could possibly find something.I was lost as to where to find what I need and exactly what I needed. I walked out of that store & into Bella Crown.As soon as I walked into Bella Crown, I was greeted and asked how could I be helped. I explained what I was looking for & was taken to the item. I got a verbal and visual (online) overview of the hair.Im so glad that someone was there to advise and explain exactly what I needed. Thank you Bella Crown!

Its a beauty supply store without all the overload of the larger stores. Big enough to have everything you need with a clean, bright and friendly atmosphere. The staff and owners are helpful and knowledgeable. They have an array of essential oils, coconut, shea butter, and whatever else you need to create your own beauty concoctions. Love this place!

Clean, helpful, and fully stocked. Went in looking for something for my mother. She walked out happy. I rarely go into beauty supply stores. But I wont hesitate to visit this one should I need something.

Unfortunately the full lace wig I paid over 500 dollars for is shedding like a bear or should I say a dog to the point it has a big bald spot in it...had it less than a year...wont be back sorry bella...I have only used the best products to wash it only installed 3 times
