I have taken my vehicles to Certified for years. Grant and his staff are friendly, honest, fair and always willing to go the extra mile. I feel they really care and take the safety of myself and my family behind the wheel as seriously as I do. Their communication in regards to repairs and the cost/time associated is always clear and accurate. The work that they have done for my family’s vehicles is through and never less than quality. I highly recommend Certified Auto.

3 trips over 5 weeks. $4150 spent, and my truck still leaks oil. Nice people but definitely disappointed in the outcome.

Finally I’ve found a auto repair shop that makes me feel comfortable and gives me peace of mind leaving my vehicles with them. This is a group of experienced and talented mechanics who offer great value with first class service.

Once again Grant and his team are Wonderful. I go to certified for many reasons one is for a car Sticker. Im in out and most of all I know my car has been checked carefully and diligently. Every employee listens to my questions and always knows the best way to fix the Car. Most fixers are not to Expensive. You dont have big labor bills u get at car dealers. Had a big problem with a my car and Certified Auto went above and beyond to make sure they figured out the problem.

Got some work done here. The new sway bar they put in was not at all tightened. Heard banging in the rear for 2 weeks before I figured out what it was. The paint job they did was also absolutely garbage took weeks to do and had to go back twice.

Great customer service. Went in for an inspection and was driving away within 10 minutes! Would definitely recommend!
