Had trouble with the AC on my brand new Sienna wheelchair van. Cold air froze us out on LO, hot air burned my toes on anything else. They gave me a really nice loaner truck while they fixed it. Great job!! Photo is of the loaner truck from Enterprise. Customer service and satisfaction!

It seems like every time I bring my 2019 Sienna in for regular maintenance the assistant service manager Tim always comes to me and tells me that something is wrong with my new van. I will probably take my business elsewhere. So sad because its just the same service guy.

Had oil change and tires rotated. They were friendly and it took less than an hour.
