I am glad I could take my truck to them and insurance will accept there bid that says something. I did not have to wait for an adjuster to come look at it. They did a great Job paint looks great especially the clear coat flawless it looks with depth great shine and match to the 10 year old black. What I liked also was Jackie would keep me updated every couple of days one day she did not call early after noon but she called about 4 pm and said my truck was done.GREAT job folks

Our car had been bumped in the rear and the rear bumper had caused the bottom parts of the rear fenders to pop out of the clips in the fenders. We had received money from the insurance companies for repairs, and we had anticipated there would be a fair amount of repair required. The service advisor, Kevin Brown, looked at the car and said the bottoms of the fenders just needed to be pushed in. Kevin pushed the fender in on one side, and took the car in to remove the rear light cover to restore the other fender. The work took just a few minutes and was completed satisfactorily. We were impressed that Kevin could have taken the car into the shop and charged us quite a lot of money to make repairs, but he didnt. It was refreshing to have an honest person running your facility.

A month ago my car was torn up while parked on the street, major body damage to the drivers side rear panel and the front. Since CC did such a great job on my repair the last time I had an accident, I let my insurance know that I’d like to bring my car to this location again. Thomas was my point of contact on my vehicle. He provided me with a realistic timeline of how long it would take to fix it and explained why it would take that long. Even i got impatient towards the end, he was patient with me calling and being slightly worrisome each day lol. Thomas gave me a call that my car was ready only one day past the original date, and my car looked like new again. Im so appreciative of him and his team!

My car was fixed but the person assigned to me was hard to get a hold of. Didnt return my calls and my car was fixed 2 weeks after scheduled time, and after I spoke to several people who told me it was on schedule, the car was still being washed and waxed for a week!When I got frustrated they finally let me know that it needed a part that had not arrived yet. Why not say that in the first place so that I can extend my rental, or plan for travel to work and childcare for my children.I was told you will have it by 4p today which was 4 days past the fixed date. At 530 p I called they r closed, and I didnt get my car until the Tuesday of the following week. Not sure what went wrong there in customer service or the communication between the shop and the front desk but that gotta get better.People depend on their vehicle for life errands and situations, especially in this pandemic where UBER is hard to come by, and losing your job can be catastrophic. Be honest if repairs need more time so customers can plan their lives. In total it took a month for me to get my car back for front collision body repairs with no damages to major parts.

They did the Lord’a work on my vehicle. Got tboned by a deer and went here for the body work repair. There was damage down the entire left side of my vehicle and they repaired EVERYTHING. I honestly don’t think she has looked this beautiful since I got her off the lot. Stupendous work!

I was involved in an accident at the beginning of March and GEICO recommended this facility for my auto repairs. I have to say, they took wonderful care of me during the initial walk through for the damages, they called and texted to keep me updated, and when I got the car it looked as good as new. I did notice a scratch on the opposite side of the car that I was uncertain if it was there before I turned the car in along with some black marks on the seat. Mr. Thomas went above and beyond by taking care of both! He was truly wonderful and if I could give him and this facility 6 stars, I would. Thank you!

Caliber Collision is an excellent auto body shop with a focus on making sure repairs are complete. I was originally told it would be ready by a certain time, however, that was delayed. The repair was not fully done up to par so instead of rushing my vehicle to me they made sure everything was done. Super thumbs up to Dan and the rest of the customer support here. All around an amazing job and happy to have my car back to its original state.

Ms.Diane is the best! I usually take my car to the original service dealer but my insurance recommended them. Once I got there I was respectfully greeted at the door. It wasnt weird or anything cause of the virus they had it set up according to the CDC Guidelines and all that! Ms.Diane did her thang and she was the only woman in there I seen and had me in and out. The whole time the car was there she kept me updated. They phone lines went down and she called me from her personal number to ensure they are still working on my car next day as promised my car was out. I picked it up and she said see I told you I got you. Now I got her, keep up the good work Ms.Diane!

Friendly, informative and efficient. They got my vehicle back to me within a week and that was with having to order parts, a paint job, & washing/vacuuming my vehicle. I got daily updates. Very pleased.

I dropped my vehicle off on Tuesday and received it Friday early afternoon. The texts messages kept me informed on the status of my vehicles repairs. My vehicle looks like new and I would recommend family and friends to this business.

Beware of this place they really look out for the insurance companies and not you. Do not explain anything to the technician, tell them to speak with your insurance company. They will have you paying more than what you should. They will not inform you if the insurance company tell them not to replace something, but will still charge you. Awful experience.

Decided to take a extra step on my experience at this location, I have a Honda Accord coupe 2014. She was in pretty bad shape when I brought her in (big dent on the side and my car was just overall looking raggedy bc of it). It took them no time to fix my car and on top of that they detailed the inside and outside, customer service was also outstanding. Every one I came across was very nice and professional. I really appreciated that, my last couple experiences with customer service in business hasn’t been the BEST unfortunately! But this staff is outstanding, and I really appreciated the professionalism and how they looked out for me. :-)

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I sent my vehicle here for repairs. My vehicle has been in the shop for 7 weeks. I was originally told that my vehicle would be in the shop for 2 weeks. Every week after those two weeks, Ive called to check and was told that repairs would be completed the following week. We are now going into week 8 and I still dont have my vehicle. I was told again today by the shop that it would take another week. They are not proactively communicating these MAJOR delays in my repairs.

The worst communication ever..i had to call for everything I wanted to know. Vehicle was not ready on time twice during the time it was there. Scott had no cares for this inconvenience. If it were family or friends of this location this would not happen to them. Not to mention the white leather had black fingerprints on the seats and headliner and the rear window sunshade was not put back on track after the windshield was removed ..the geico rep assigned to come there was even worse because he approved the car to be ready with all this stuff wrong
