The place is always clean and stocked well. The people working there are friendly and knowledgeable. They help you find the right part to fit your vehicle. Most of the customers like me go there and have been going thre for years. They give good helpful advice for keeping your vehicle up. If you dont know a lot about car parts; go there they can help you.
Came in to return a part ordered on line. Unfortunately, I didnt have my transaction ID. I thought I was pretty much on my own since normally, Im told to figure out out myself.As I was about to leave, they corrected me since they were already on the phones trying to figure it out themselves. 5 minutes later, I was good to go.A++ effort.
This place has sucked out loud every time I have ever been here. Id say its the worst thing in Clinton, but if you have ever been to Clinton, youd know that wasnt true. But its up there. Just go to advance auto parts across the street. More knowledgeable staff and better prices

Crystal is a wonderful representation of your franchise. She helped my daughter with the receipts for all the parts we had put on her car for an insurance claim. Her help played a great part in the claim. The staff always displays excellent customer service and satisfaction. Everytime I go to this store, it seems like the employees dont want to be there. And it reflects in the lack of customer service. Even though the prices are a little higher, Id rather go to the Advance Auto across the street.
Some days are better than others. There are a couple of employees here that are in spirit at this location. Retail establishments in this area are in a true dispair these days.
Great disappointment this visit! Several employees were engaged in a LOUD conversation with others & missed an opportunity to greet & assist me. Finally located section only to discover they didnt have what I needed anyway.

I ran into the store 15 minutes before 9pm today when they close and I was so flustered because I just lost my gas cap coming from the gas station, that I forgot to out my mask on when I ran into the store. The staff on duty were so nice and respectful and quickly retrieved the part I needed, as I apologized for not wearing my mask they understood and we even joked about it.Great visit - thanks for being pleasant throughout these trying times...
Called store looking for radiator fan on Monday was told to come in on Tuesday to pick up (first bad information) So on Tuesday placed the order and payed was told comeback Wednesday to pick up(second bad information)we told part was never ordered that was bad business two services rep and neither one helped with my problem got my money back and went around the corner to Car Quest and got my part no one has that kind of time for those kid of mistakes, think I will give my business to Car QuestThanksGladys Person

Consistently the worst Auto Zone location Ive ever been to. There are usually 5+ people working there but only one person on the cash register. The rest seem to just wander around talking to each other. No one really seems to know anything about cars. And the managers flat out ignore both the customers and their employees.The people working the cash register tend to be nice at least.
I have been here a few times and they have excellent customer service. Just left here and they were extremely helpful with putting in a brand new battery. Thanks Colton!

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! Completely rude and unprofessional. Was placed on hold for 37 minutes, asked for some parts and if they had them in-stock. The person I spoke too could not even tell me the difference between ceramic gold and max. It just comes with the grease is what he said. Then I got placed on hold again to sit there and wait. When some one picked up the phone they hung up on me. Not even a response. So that 120 + the price of full synthetic oil and oil filter. Sorry autozone but I will buy my parts from Carquest over this company any day. I advise other shoppers to do the same.

Solid parts store. If they dont have it theyll order it for me and I can pick it up the next day or so. The staff is knowledgable and they dont try to sell me thing I dont need. Overall good store and I have had a number of good experiances
