I go to Duo whenever I have an issue with a laptop, and I would go there if I had an issue with any other electronic that I couldnt fix. They were able to fix issues when other stores in the area told me I needed to replace a part. Their team is professional and knowledgeable, and they will take the time to explain things to you if you ask.One small but important note: on my first visit I was not told how much a repair would cost until after it was done so be sure to ask so that you arent surprised (lesson learned). I thought I had gotten scammed until I verified that the amount I paid for the work was actually very reasonable, still was not a good feeling though. Duo would benefit from letting customers know price estimates as well.

Was told my repair would be a two day fix. turned into 12 days. left a piece for my cooler on my motherboard that was to be shipped back to amazon then calls me the next day to try and get it back. Then charges me for the piece that HE forgot about. i’ll go to micro center next time

October 2020: DC to the rescue again!!! Hard drive crashed during virtual learning! I can not believe how fast they moved to help my son get back to virtual school! They were done before the school issued replacement! When I call I always get a person who is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and understands the stress of not having a computer in today’s environment. I adore Enid! I needed help reinstalling Windows 10 on my system after installing a new SSD card and they got the job done pretty quickly. I was in a hurry but they got it all done the same afternoon. They charged me $89 which is not bad at all comprared to other places where the usual charge for reinstalling your OS is upwards of $150. If I ever need anything I will definitely be coming back. Thanks guys.

Totally Ruined my laptop and lost most of my files . Told me I would have my laptop back on fri and didnt get it back till the following Thursday stating that they were still working on it . Then just called and said that your computer is ready come pick it up . Didnt even know about the lost files until I got home !!!! Never again !!! They dont even deserve 1 star !
