Contracted withe Crystal Illusions for our new home. The products they recommended and we purchased to keep the glass clear and streak free do no work at all. I verified with the owner who claims the product was indeed applied, but over promised and way under delivered. Five figure $ for the glass, not worth it and would not recommend.

Amazing to work with from start to finish. Bill took the time to go over all the options and found what worked perfectly for us. Couldnt be more pleased with how it turned out. Highly recommend will use them for all future projects.

I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent workmanship and professionalism of your estimator Sal who took a lot of time preparing for the job. And to Brian and Robby the two installers who were very knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. Everything turned out well, if I need anything more in the future I will certainly use Crystal Illusions.

We are very happy with our custom slumped cast glass shower enclosure with ocean wave design. We spent a couple months on just getting several estimates, and Crystal Illusions was still the cheapest of them all, so dont waste your time and go straight to them. Sal took excellent precise measurements, and it is very sturdy and solid. I wish we were told that it would take almost 6 months to actually receive it, we were given a rough estimate of 8 weeks. I wish we didnt have to keep calling and emailing to ask for updates and estimated installation time. If you need it by a deadline, I advise you add it to the contract. Also, all our oil rubbed bronze hardware turned out to be plain matte black, not dark brown like it was pictured in the CRL catalog, so we will have to touch it up with some bronze paint, since we dont have anything black in the bathroom, but its fixable. In spite of anything, we still love our new shower and highly recommend Crystal Illusions to all our family and friends. Thank you.
