They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I didnt know exactly what I needed but they were so experienced that they knew right away and helped me to decide what was going to be the correct glass . They cut and polished it for me and gave me an unbelievable price that was easily affordable. When I got home with the glass, it fit and worked perfectly for a piece of furniture that is going to be a Christmas gift for my wife.

UPFRONT let me say, I never did business with this company because when I went in there to look at shower glass for my bathroom remodel I was so disgusted that I left pretty quick and went home and took a shower. The office stank like cats (I saw four) and dirt, their food bowls were sitting on the floor, customer service was nearly non-existent, there were at least 7 people crammed into this office the size of my new bathroom and not one person/employee had on a mask in this time of Covid-19 except me. Maybe they are good at glass, maybe really nice people, but they have nothing to look at except a photo album of snapshots of previous work, (most of which looks very old) and they dont seem interested in putting forth a good impression, cleanliness, nor selling to a potential customer. Took my $1,200 job to Chatt.

Very professional, Good service & great communication. We had a window broken from a rock from the lawn mower & they replaced it & sealed the window back. Cant tell there was a thing ever done. Looks just as good as day #1.

I decided to look outside of the city and that is where I discovered Nationwide Glass in Cleveland . There were no hoops to jump through and no excuses. They knew what I needed. they gave me a date for delivery and installation. Bing Bang Job beautifully completed. Thank you for a job very well done.

Awesome place to get any type of glass cut for ur needs of any kind

I was told for a few hundred dollars shy of $4000. Wes could do my glass backsplash. I asked how he would keep moisture from getting behind the glass? Wes said he would seal it. They started yesterday. I noticed what looked like scratches behind the glass on the wall, which were not there before. He said it leave some paint out and the would fix it today. Got home the spot I was referring to was gone. Wes stated that when the glass touches the wall it looks like marks but he would put spacers so it wasnt right up to the wall.I get home there is a place under the glass where the sheetrock was torn!!! (was not there before glass). Marks all over my walls. Under the glass. The did not seal the glass as I was told they would(which is dinenow because I dont know what Ill do?) the sealant above looks like a 3yr old did it!I called Wes and said I was not happy with job and he really didnt seem to care, it was apparently people that werent heres fault. If any one interested I have pictures!
