For years I put up with fogged glass in 4 large picture windows across the front of my house. I thought it would be a huge hassle and very expensive to get it taken care of. Recently I contacted Castle glass to finally have the problem fixed. They came out to measure within a few days and the next day we had a quote to remove the old glass and install new safety glass. We scheduled to have it done as soon as possible. The appointment was three weeks later but they called to reschedule for sooner when the glass was in. The guys that came out were very friendly and efficient. They came in the morning and the job was done by lunchtime. Now I can look out my beautiful new window glass and watch the deer strolling through my front yard without fog blocking the view! The cost was very reasonable and it was not a hassle to have it done at all. The installers even washed the windows before they left!

Oops They Did It Again!!!Mike and his team at Castle Glass has done another wonderful job in our upstairs bathroom. I had informed Mike that I wanted some type of glass shelving in my bathroom to increase my storage but, also needed the glass enclosure for the shower. Once again he came by took measurements and I also discussed how this bathroom was just a “refresh” and he therefore knew that I wanted to limit my costs on the budget. He took everything I said into consideration and worked with me and my budget. Even after we had made decisions on what I wanted, I made a couple of changes BEFORE he had placed any orders for my mirror and informed him I wanted a full mirror on the wall rather than the one we had originally agreed upon. He came out and re-measured the space and while he was here; I also informed him of the need for a shelf over the sink, since our space for our sink was very limited. He found something that would work within budget. In the end, Mike and his team has added the jewelry to my bathroom once again. Mike’s team installed all the glass shelving, shower enclosure and the full mirror in the wall (the glass block window is not part of their work). If you are looking for customer service beyond expectation, a professional and courteous team and superior work and a quality product... Castle Glass is a top notch, A-1 business and I highly, highly recommend them. Thanks again Mike... if I have another project you know I will be calling you.Update: I previously had a wonderful review about Castle Glass related to our downstairs bathroom - the pictures of the shower only but, apparently the Google review process does not allow you to give more than one review for one service but, the other bathroom in the pictures is the first bathroom that was completed by Castle Glass and it was for that very reason we called them back. I just like their process, you send an email with an estimation of your needs and he provided me with a range and then if the estimate is within your needs he came out and got more accurate measurements and a true cost analysis of the job. This way you are not wasting either parties time of the estimate is not what you feel you want to pay. I must also say that he gave me a range on the job and when the true cost was quoted it wasn’t even at the high end of the estimate AND he was considerably less than the other 2 quotes I had gotten. I am just impressed with his responses to my emails or request and he customer service is just something that you don’t see today. This business really knows how to service a customer from beginning to end. Again a great big thank you to Mike and his Castle Glass team they are truly a “(G)lass Act”... you know what I mean Class Act.

Lady at the front desk is very unwelcoming and rude no matter how nice I am. And I see this isn’t her first time doing this. Really really rude

Wow. Installers showed up, marched in, covered the floors and in less than 90 min my new glass shower walls were perfectly installed. Impressive. Professional.

The people at Castle Glass were nothing but kind. Mirror came out perfectly, even helped when I messed up the measurements. Couldn’t be happier.

I have down two orders with them. They installed a shower door that was perfect and I ordered shelves.I had some issues with the woman who answers the phone but Mike the owner called me within 24 hours and sorted it all out. He is a good business owner and made everything right. I just bought a new home and will be calling him again in 3 months to do another shower door.

HIRE THIS COMPANY! I recently had 6 huge storefront windows and 2 glass doors smashed by some kid. I gathered a number of quotes and Castle was very reasonably priced compared to their competitors. His staff was fast and courteous. About a week after the install a stress fracture formed in one corner of one of the windows. I was sure I had no recourse as the glass was not broken when installed, but called Mike to inform him of what had happened. He immediately agreed to replace it at no additional charge! I was blown away. These guys are the real deal - good character people that you can trust!

Excellent service, and quick. I needed to replace some cracked windows for a small greenhouse and these folks had the panels ready within a day, exactly as ordered, and even offered to carry them out to the car. When I broke one (totally my fault), they had a replacement cut in an hour and couldnt have been more helpful.
