They dont honor their own promotions or coupons. We were there last weekend to buy a recliner. At checkout, they had a basket of plastic Easter eggs. My wife opened one and it had a 10% off coupon. The manager would not honor it, claiming the eggs were for decoration only. But they didnt remove the coupons, so theres no telling how many other times Factory Direct Furniture didnt honor their coupons.Other than that, they were great. They have a good selection of styles and quality.
