Yaritza is my favorite. The staff there is so so so nice! Not only do I get text updates from Yaritza about their new items in stock, but they send out friendly reminders on the day you pay! Love love love this place. I have 2 things I currently rent out from them and don’t have any regrets :)

Buying within your budget is the KEY to success in using this business .Keeping in mind that 90 days same as cash option is a good idea .The staff working is pleasant and easy to talk to .From paying your bill to negotiation in a price tag .Every person is obviously knowledgeable about the products .

The people are NOT trained at all

First I Had 2 fleas jump on me while sitting on the couch in their display room. Ordered a washer and dryer set has to be delivered on Monday at 4 p.m. went into the Rent-A-Center on Tuesday evening the previous week to place my order and make my payment. Come Monday at 4 p.m. they never arrived I receive a call at 4:30 p.m. the manager had lost my application and needed all my information again over the telephone so I gave it to her then she decides at that moment to check all my references and job and verifications mind you they are already a half an hour late with the delivery so therefore I did not get it that day. Next day they say they will deliver it between 4 and 6 p.m. again there late they show up at 7 p.m. with a broken dryer they take the dryer and say theyll be back first thing in the morning with another dryer first thing in the morning I called them and the guy states that he did not say first thing in the morning that it would be in the afternoon sometime I told him keep in touch and let me know whats going on never received a call back so I called them around 5 p.m. and I was told they cannot find another dryer I told them come get their washer and I want my money back and I will never do business with them again worst place ever I should have known better not to go back to them to begin with I decided to go to Eagle Rental instead I will never mess with rent a center again they just do terrible business

Rented 2 things from this location and this second time around was a washer and applied my 100.00 store coupon so got my washer for a good price and paid it off in 4 months..... But prior to recently paying it off, Rent A Center delivered my washer and had to pick it up 2 days later cause latch was missing.... How didnt they know that before selling it to me... On top of that i was promised a loaner never got that.... 2nd they bring my washer back hook it up and break my outlet in basement.... Now heres the problem!!!! They took almost 4 hours trying to fix it and couldnt fix it... They said they will.send a electrician out to fix it that never happened so my Son n law and his company fixed it.... Not only did i save them over 200.00 dollars but now they refuse to acknowledge that i had to pay out my pocket and wont reimburst me.... The manager there Adriane is the worst to deal with she has been so unprofessional on the phone in person and has her employees disrespecting me as a paying returning customer. Im goimg to be filing a law suit on them i have video and recordings and receipts... If u have to rent avoid this place

Im disturbed by this store. And so should customers. Im currently renting a computer from this place and there is pictures and letters from previous renters. They dont wipe the computers clean. People please be more careful with your information.

If you can keep up with payment you can enjoy every penny that you spent

Horrible horrible horrible.... Tell them youll be there a certain day and they make you give a certain time. So i told them i would be in on Saturday afternoon and that wasnt good enough she needed to know a time so i told her 3pm and the next morning at 8am before they are even open they are pounding on my door. Very very rude people. They dont do their job. Ive never signed any thing never got an agreement or agreement number and they never even checked my id or seen me in person. Sad but it would be very easy for someome to steal someones identity and get items from here. I couldnt even get a straight answer about how much my payments would be and how many payments i needed to make. But yet everytime i call to try to get the info they are super rude and refuse to give the info i need!!! Called the other day to pay even tho i shouldnt til i have some kind of paper work and they refused my payment cause it wasnt cash said they just wanted to pick the mattresses up. So told them to come next Tuesday when i am back home from out of town and they want to continue blowing my phone up! Why keep calling? You dont want my payment and i told you when to come get the items so what else is there to keep calling for?? And NO you wont be going to my home why im not there to get anything!!!!!!

So if you rent from them and been a customer for awhile doesnt matter . they bring on new crew all the time. Manager knows you and you are a little late sometimes its ok. But then you get the new guy harassing phone calls. If your late again were taking back property. Smh a costomer of 2 years down to $200 on a tv that has been payed on weekly for 2 years and was pre owned with over 15,000 hours on it. This place will try to play bully and its almost comical. Please use caution when renting from a buy here pay here place.

Its been a problen and issue almost all along the first guy that gave us service messed up our contract, manager at the time promised to fix it he got fired and magicaly all the paperwork that was in his office was destroyed so they tried rob me for more money

Only gave 1 star because theyre closed on Sundays lol
